Att komma in i byggnaden Acquilus är som att komma hem till ditt eget privata strandfrontslott.

N��r du går in är husets uppenbara havsutsikt precis framför dig. Ett kort avstånd är gästrummet med full storlek Murphy Bed med en TV. Gästrummet har eget badrum med badkar / duschkombination.

Köket har granitbänkskivor och utmärkta apparater som gör det till en kocks dröm. Lättanvända maskiner och köksredskap med hög effektivitet möjliggör en enkel vistelse. Köksbaren rymmer fyra bekvämt, perfekt för förmiddagskväll eller njutning av utsikten.

Den sex personer matbordet ser ut över havet och över vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet har två soffor vilket gör det till en utmärkt plats att titta på vågorna eller TV: n med DVD-spelare. En soffa omvandlar till en annan full säng.

Hemmet har också trådlöst internet så man kan spela och jobba var som helst.

Från vardagsrummet är sovrummet en separat oas från resten av hemmet. King size-sängen har utsikt mot horisonten och havet och är verkligen ett bra ställe att vakna upp. Befälhavaren badrummet har en dubbel fåfänga, privat toalett, duschkabin och en bubbelbadkar. Från sovrummet kan man gå ut på skjutdörrarna till havet.

Verandaen är också tillgänglig från vardagsrummet. Denna nästan 400 kvadratmeter stora yta är perfekt för att grilla eller sitta vid bordet för fyra och titta på soluppgången. Detta är vad du kommer till vår strand för; elegant komfort perfekt för avkoppling och minnen.

Beautiful Ocean front condo with a great view!

The condo is roomy and very clean with a nice big kitchen. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and the pier. It was right in the heart of Jacksonville Beach with a lot of food and drink options near by.

Amazing condo

The view overlooking the beach was incredible. The updated furniture make the entire condo very comfortable and the layout ensures there is plenty of room for everyone.

Great Location

Great location near the pier. Beach was not crowded in front of this condo. Nice pool and building was gated and felt safe. Kevin was prompt with responses to questions. Lots of space in the condo and on the balcony. Would stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful Condo

Beach front get away

Loved everything about our stay! Kevin and Lin was absolutely amazing. Lin made our check- in perfect. The views of the ocean were outstanding. I will definitely stay with them again. Our condo was beautiful and so clean.

Lovely!

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the huge windows and balcony overlooking the ocean and the proximity to the pier. It had every thing we needed, from puzzles to a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Kevin was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Beautiful Beach and

We really enjoyed our visit to Jacksonville Beach Fl. It’s not a tourist town for sure. The beach is wonderful. The condo was clean and well stocked with all starter items you would need. Security was great as well. The only negative was that the condo. could use a little updating, painting and it would be good to get rid of the carpet. Visit “North Beach Fish Camp”. Wonderful food and fun atmosphere!

Great experience!

The condo was better than expected. Beautiful, comfortable beds and tons of room. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! We enjoyed our stay. From Check in to Check out everything was quick and easy. Prompt, helpful responses from Kevin! Trash chute right outside the door which was extremely convenient and you could not hear a thing. The view of the beach and pier were beautiful. The sand art was impressive.

Excellent all around

The condo is beautiful. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean, well stocked, tons of room, and a beautiful view. The condo is secure with gated entrance and exit. The entire property is clean and well maintained. It’s close to everything. The host is absolutely amazing! She met us upon our arrival and showed us around. She was super friendly, very professional, and very responsive. This stay far exceeded our expectations!

Birthday weekend

Stayed for a long weekend for my wife’s birthday. Had a really nice time. Condo is roomy with a fantastic view. Pool is great and never crowded. Has everything you need. Only downside is even though it’s a two bedroom condo, there is only parking for one vehicle. Additional guests have to find parking in one of the public lots. We could usually find parking right outside the gate so it wasn’t really a problem. Our only concern was leaving a vehicle overnight in an unsecured lot but we never had a problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spring break family vacation

The kids loved having access to beach at all times and parents loved having coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up. The condo itself, was very clean, well equipped, it even had a high chair and crib for out 9month old. The only negative thing we experienced was the guest bed was not comfortable, the mattress was the old spring mattress and uncomfortable but it didn’t ruin our vacation. The rental company was great to work with. We had a great family experience with great vacation accommodations.

Ive stayed in this bldg several times over the years. Never once berated by the renter for not answering his text, even after paying him almost 4k just to find a soso kept up luxury condo, woth awful bedding. To top it off a " Karen" in the bldg had us kicked out of the pool at 10:15 on the 4th of july. Closes at 10 Needless to say I thought Lancelot sucked. I usually pick well Ill try harder next year for the 4th. The bldgs great, this one just wasnt worth the time or money

View is stunning

Immaculate property with incredible view. Unit is stocked with everything we needed for beach fun & meal prep. Pool area was the best! Coffee on the veranda with views of the sunrise from the 10th story couldn’t be beat!
