Köket har granitbÀnkskivor och utmÀrkta apparater som gör det till en kocks dröm. LÀttanvÀnda maskiner och köksredskap med hög effektivitet möjliggör en enkel vistelse. Köksbaren rymmer fyra bekvÀmt, perfekt för förmiddagskvÀll eller njutning av utsikten.


Den sex personer matbordet ser ut över havet och över vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet har tvÄ soffor vilket gör det till en utmÀrkt plats att titta pÄ vÄgorna eller TV: n med DVD-spelare. En soffa omvandlar till en annan full sÀng.

This condo is a wonderful location and has all the amenities that we are looking for that include: ocean view, pool, fitness center, cleanliness, nice accommodating kitchen and many things to do and places to eat nearby. Immaculate property with incredible view. Unit is stocked with everything we needed for beach fun & meal prep. Pool area was the best! Coffee on the veranda with views of the sunrise from the 10th story couldn’t be beat!

Beautiful Ocean front condo with a great view!

The condo is roomy and very clean with a nice big kitchen. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and the pier. It was right in the heart of Jacksonville Beach with a lot of food and drink options near by.

Great Location

Great location near the pier. Beach was not crowded in front of this condo. Nice pool and building was gated and felt safe. Kevin was prompt with responses to questions. Lots of space in the condo and on the balcony. Would stay here again if in the area.

While visiting family in Jax Beach, we decided to stay along the beach this time. This was a wonderful stay. The condo is magnificent. It's much larger than the pictures lead you to believe. Watching the sunrise in the morning from the balcony was truly a highlight. In addition, Jax Beach is SO MUCH LESS CROWDED than our typical Emerald Coast stays. We actually had our own space on the beach. And when beach time was over, there were so many good restaurants nearby. Our stay was such a pleasant surprise. The condo is great. The location was great. The stay was great.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the huge windows and balcony overlooking the ocean and the proximity to the pier. It had every thing we needed, from puzzles to a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Kevin was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

The location is absolutely incredible! We were able to walk to dinner and enjoyed being right on the beach. While we were there, the shower in the master bathroom was not working. That was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, the stay was great and we will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Birthday weekend

Stayed for a long weekend for my wife’s birthday. Had a really nice time. Condo is roomy with a fantastic view. Pool is great and never crowded. Has everything you need. Only downside is even though it’s a two bedroom condo, there is only parking for one vehicle. Additional guests have to find parking in one of the public lots. We could usually find parking right outside the gate so it wasn’t really a problem. Our only concern was leaving a vehicle overnight in an unsecured lot but we never had a problem. Would definitely stay there again.
