Another beautiful stay at Tabi's

We love staying at Tabi's and just listening to the ocean, watching the surfers, the birds and the sunset from the Day Bed. It is a great way to unwind. Easy access to the beach for walking in the surf and shelling. A short walk to shops and restaurants or Ralph's for groceries

Family Getaway

Great walkable area. Unit was clean and cozy. The communication with property mgmt was excellent. They provided step by step instructions for check in / check out which were super helpful. Highly recommend this unit.

Ocean sounds and views are amazing!

We loved sleeping to the sounds of the ocean. Great location to get to seaworld, the zoo, safari park, legoland, and cabrillo national monument! Beautiful home would go back for sure - the views were amazing!

Family vacation

Check in description was super detailed and spot on! Property in great location, on the ocean with huge beach and not far from downtown San Diego, La Jolla and places north like Del Mar and Carlsbad. We enjoyed our stay a great deal and would recommend this vrbo to others.

Perfect stay in PB

We stayed at Tabi’s as a family of 4 with 2 children (2 and 7). It was perfect. The condo was clean. Exactly as pictured. The ability to rent a full crib on site was extremely helpful. Views over the beach were incredible. We loved the availability of boogie boards, beach towels and sand toys. Parking space was also convenient. Location made getting everywhere in the San Diego area easy. Would love to stay again.

The view of the ocean was beautiful and we found the place quiet, clean and super comfortable, especially the beds. We walked on the beach each day and tried several restaurants in the area. We also visited a grocery store and utilized the fully stocked kitchen for many of our meals. The garage parking and heated pool were added benefits. It’s a great property and location and I would highly recommend it.

Loved the view.

Had some trouble with a leaky sink, the hot tub didn’t work for a few days, guest room was dusty with stuff wiped on the wall, and the sheets smelled musty. Master bedroom was amazing, slept great every night listening to the ocean. Will definitely consider it for next trip.

Amazing place

Location was perfect and the condo itself was clean and well-appointed. The views of the beach and the sunset are tops. The check-in process is professional and everything worked out well. The only thing somewhat off-putting is the "over-communication"...For most VRBO bookings, I've made the reservation, received the info that I needed, and then communicated with the owner as necessary. In this case, the VRBO reservation was only the beginning...After that, it was multiple mandatory phone calls and forms to fill out. While that was a bit much, once this entry process was complete, everything turned out great and we had an amazing time!

Amazing beachfront condo

We loved our stay in this comfortable two-bedroom condo. The view was epic and it was so fun to watch the surfers and the occasional sea lion. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. There were even some toys in the closet to entertain our kids! It was so nice having a parking spot and the elevators were faster than expected. The laundry machines were on the same floor and they accepted electronic phone payment via the app which was way more convenient than tracking down quarters. We certainly hope to come back when we visit San Diego next time.

Excellent Stay in Pacific Beach!

We had a great time with our spring break trip to San Diego. The property was as advertised, right on the beach, and beautiful views. We had all that we needed in the kitchen in case we wanted to cook. All of the furniture was comfortable, especially the perch by the window where my daughter spent a lot of her time. Sunsets were gorgeous. I'd also like to point out that we felt like we really chose the optimal San Diego location. We were close enough to the highway but far enough way at the same time. We were 15 min drive to most things and a short walk to a myriad of restaurants in Pacific Beach. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place in a central location

We loved our stay! As soon as we arrived, it was easy to check in with the lock box and fob and keypad. The view cannot be beat. The place was perfectly spacious for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked and coffee was available for us. The garage was key and we were happy to have guaranteed parking. The condo itself had plenty of beach toys including chairs and 4 boogie boards. Laundry was on the same floor and used an app so you could easily pay. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable with nice mattresses, plenty of towels and blankets if needed, and toiletries. The location is awesome, right on the beach. The garage had showers to rinse your feet and boards. It is also very central in pacific beach and we could easily walk to get dinners or groceries. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Right on the sand in Pacific Beach

This is a nice property that is currently receiving a face lift. The construction has changed some aspects of the property. The Roof Terrace is closed until construction is complete. You can still grill on the roof but there is not sitting on the roof enjoying the sunset or just the view in general. Also, usually there is overflow parking for additional vehicles for a fee but that is also not available due to the construction. The noise from the construction is minimal and didn't interfere with our enjoyment of Capri by the Sea. The unit itself was very comfortable, super clean and well appointed. Since the pandemic is ongoing we did all of our cooking in the unit and enjoyed our evening view while eating. Nancy's Vacation Rental checked in with us several times and the check-in instructions from them were incredibly detailed. We would definitely stay at the Capri and especially this unit again.

The apartment has beautiful view and everything we needed. It is old though and the building is very old. Many broken elevators. Our check in was delayed as cleaning service wasn’t done but they gave us an extra hour to check out. Great area. Walking distance from everything.

Pacific Beach

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.

Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.

Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
