Tillbringa din semester på vår Lovely Beach Front-fastighet, som ligger nära alla större attraktioner i San Diego. Bara några steg från stranden och några korta kvarter från tidvattenpooler. Sitt på uteplatsen, koppla av i vardagsrummet eller sovrummet för att bevittna en av de vackraste solnedgångarna i Kalifornien. På våren och hösten vandrar valar strax efter slutet av den lokala Ocean Beach Pier. Upplev roliga San Diego-aktiviteter som cykling längs stranden, segling, skridskoåkning, bad, surfing, fiske, dykning, snorkling och golf. Besök San Diego nöjesparker, museer, Balboa Park, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Old Town och mycket mer. San Diego Zoo, Sea World och Lego-land är bara några av de största attraktionerna som San Diego erbjuder. En kort bilresa tar dig till Indian Gaming and Outlet Malls, vidare till Scenic Mountains, och om du vill ha mer äventyr, den vackra Anza Borrego Desert. Denna fastighet är fullt möblerad och inkluderar alla sängkläder. Denna fastighet har nyligen renoverats och dekorerats. Allt i den här egenskapen köptes nyligen. Fastigheten har två master-sovrum med vardera lyxiga queen-size-sängar. Två kompletta badrum, ett med jacuzzi. Dessutom en lyx drottning bäddsoffa och även en cabriolet madrass. Denna lyxiga fastighet kan rymma upp till 8 personer. Det finns ett komplett kök och som inkluderar köksredskap och rätter. Fastigheten har en reserverad parkeringsplats, men på grund av vårt utmärkta läge bör parkering på gatan inte vara något problem. "Rökfritt" - Två kabel-TV, DVD, snabb internetanslutning, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Det är en lägenhet på första våningen med privat uteplats med fantastisk havsutsikt. Delad uteplats med grill. Betalningsalternativ: Personlig / affärskontroll, kassakontroll, postanvisning. En hyresavgift kommer att tillämpas på 10% av stadsrumsskatten. En insättning på $ 500 återbetalas strax efter avresan när nyckeln återlämnats och lokalerna lämnas i ett acceptabelt skick. Vid bokning krävs en insättning på $ 500 och återbetalning av hyresavtalet. Försenade betalningar kommer att bedömas en tillägg på 100 $. Vid avbokning tidigare än en kalendermånad före ankomst kommer 50% av depositionen att återbetalas. Alla andra avbokningar kommer att leda till förlust av hela insättningen.

Ocean Front Condo

The perfect stop for us on our San Diego trip. We spent 3 days enjoying the sounds of of the ocean, exploring tide pools, and experiencing all Ocean Beach has to offer. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed having the patio doors open to feel the cool ocean breeze as well as the therapeutic sounds of the waves crashing all day and night. The kitchen was great, beds all comfortable, but the sounds and views made it such a special and unique stay. Thanks

Spectacular Stay

Besides the amazing views, everything was perfect for our family vacation. You can take morning runs down the stairs to a trail or just a few blocks down I think it was Santa Cruz St. and their stairs lead to a beach area. A small Target store is close by if you forget anything, but this home had everything you needed. We will plan to stay here again when we come back. It is extremely clean and well kept. Parking for us was tight but durable in a Toyota Minivan. You have to back up to the very last inch but it's nice to have reserved parking. It's hard to find an VRBO that has parking anywhere on Mission Beach area. It's close to downtown and shopping areas. Restaurants are really good around here too!

Our stay at this property was absolutely excellent! The balcony was a standout feature— serene, and offering spectacular views of the ocean. We spent time relaxing and watching the surfers right from the balcony—it felt like our own private front-row seat to the waves. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The pantry in kitchen was stocked with everything essential. Dean was was responsive and helped us promptly with any situation at any time. he checked on us everyday to see if we are having a comfortable stay or need anything. If you're looking for a peaceful oceanfront escape or surfing, this is the place.

Great view. Great stay!

Loved our stay here. Truly great view along with sounds of ocean waves and ocean breezes. Host, Dean, was very responsive to all communication. Close to Ocean Beach, shops, restaurants, and walking to Sunset Cliffs. Totally recommend!

What a view!

I wanted a 2 bed/2 bath property with a great ocean view for a special birthday celebration, and this fit the bill perfectly. Watching the surf, the surfers, pelicans, and sunsets was just magical. Plus it’s convenient to many San Diego attractions.

Fantastic location

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was clean, well cared for and offered a phenomenal view of the sunset each evening. Enough space for our family of 5 and had everything we needed, including boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. It’s in a very quiet and safe area, yet within 15 - 20 minutes of everything you’d want to see in the San Diego area. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo overlooking Pacific Ocean

It was a very nice place. Beautiful views very relaxing. Loved listening to the waves crashing on the rocks below. We didn't get to spend much time at the condo, but the time we did spent was very nice.

Excellent Condo in an Excellent Location

The condo was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location to get around the city. We were a family of four and we had all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular and it was so much fun to watch the boats, surf boarders and paddle boarders just outside our window. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the San Diego area!

Great place and location

We came for a sisters weekend, and were not disappointed. The views were incredible, right over the water, and the sound of the ocean just washes your cares away. A short walk or uber to town. The location is convenient to everything you want to do in San Diego. The condo was nicely appointed, the beds are very comfortable and it was very neat and clean.

31st Anniversary stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We'd like to recommend curtains for the balcony door. The sun kept us from watching TV and when you pull the shade down you cannot access the balcony. The place was very clean and comfortable. The property grounds were not manicured very well and the building needs numerous repairs, including stability renovations.

Beautiful Condo In A Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, very comfortable and stocked with everything needed for a great beach vacation. There were coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, beach toys, etc. so we really did not need to get anything. The balcony view is incredible and the sunsets breathtaking. It also was in such a great location for us as most of the places we wanted to visit were a 20 minute or less drive. It’s also easy to walk into Ocean Beach for the shops and restaurants. Dean was very easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this property!

POSTED: Unsafe for human occupancy per San Diego Dept

We arrived at the condo to see a red sign on the garage, that the San Diego Fire Department posted the building as unsafe for Human Occupancy as of April 28, 2024. We were unable to enter the property but could see the deterioration of the bottom floor of the building and rusted out support posts for the decks. The owner did not divulge this information, only that the stairways were being worked on and that it wouldn’t interfere with our stay. He was in complete denial that the building had restricted access and was off limits to occupy and has been for over a month. His untruthfulness about this matter made it extremely inconvenient as we no longer had a place to stay without any advanced notice.

Breathtaking view, crashing ocean waves, SO clean

This beach property is super clean, decorated tastefully and beautifully, is comfortable, and when you add the sound of the ocean waves crashing, it is nearly perfect. Do not bring little things like bandaids, soaps, shampoo, etc- it's ALL there. Even snacks, teas, sweeteners, seasonings beyond salt and paper and more!! It was so nice to have chips and bars left for my teens right when we arrived. I was so impressed at all of the details. We ran into 2 small issues that were dealt with very promptly: 1) I had asked about bikes a month prior, and the response was that two were available. Sadly, after connecting with the owner, I was told that they had just been thrown away. I knew I wanted to jump on a bike right when we got there to explore, since I could tell from the map location that this was in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It was a big disappointment when I found out that there weren't any as we could have brought ours. I did receive a text the next day that the cost of the rentals would be covered if we decided to go that route- which is so thoughtful!! However, we wanted the convenience. 2) The TV in the main room did not work from the very first arrival either. The owner came the next day and replaced it with a new one- talk about service!! It was still a bummer. Maybe it was meant to be so we would look at the gorgeous ocean right there instead of wasting time looking at a screen? ;) Something that needs to be brought up that I was shocked not to see in other reviews- this neighborhood is not the best, but not horrible either. I am not a snobby person, and am very open to different kinds of people...but there are many hippie types, vagrants and hobos in the area. They all keep to themselves and are friendly, but they are visible. My teen said his SnapChat located him at "Hobo Rock." I am not sure if this is due to Covid, or if it's always like this? An easy solution would be a security guard for this small complex, but there is a password protected entrance so that's good. It's a bummer that the bushes outside the balcony block the view of the pier, but I do understand the reason why- to block the view of the types of people who loiter in the area by the stairs that lead to the beach adjacent to the property. It is certainly not a huge negative, but certain types of people who are considering this property deserve to be made aware of this. Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing stay!!
