Vårt hem mycket nära Rotorua CBD. I den fridfulla stadsdelen Tihi-O-Tonga med oavbruten utsikt över Rotorua-staden och Rotorua-sjön. En 5 minuters cykeltur till den världsberömda Redwood Mountain Bike. Tillgång från trädgården till Tihiotonga Centennial Park. vilket är ett enormt område planterat och anlagt med härliga promenader. inklusive tillägg av BBQ, toalett, picknickbord, Maple Grove och Peace Memorial.

Excellent location. The house is huge. Way more than the 4 of us needed, but it was still a wonderful stay, with excellent views of the area. The sheep in the field next to the house werr fun to watch. Hot tub was nice and the host was super responsive. Its also very close to the Te Puia thermal wonderland, so you get to see the light show every night. I highly recommend this spot to stay.

Spacious Home with Stunning Views and a Great Spa

We had a great winter stay at this large four-bedroom house in Rotorua. The home is very spacious with amazing views, and the heaters kept it nice and warm the whole time. The highlight was definitely the spa – perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication from the property manager was excellent and made everything easy. The house is a little dated and could have been a touch cleaner, but neither of these things affected our stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place, especially if you want plenty of space and a great spa to soak in!

The house is great, exactly as the photos. Very spacious and with sun light. Heaps of heaters everywhere, we stayed warm and cozy. Thank you for the owners to allow us feel like in our own home.

Excellent Value, Lovely Property

There's no surprises at Awww Sheep, the property is as described and represented in photos to meet or exceed expectations. Tremendous view, excellent hot tub, good amenities. Our group of 8 people were in town for a conference and it was only 10 mins drive into town. Prompt communication from the owner when needed. We did have some issues getting the oven up to temperature to roast a meal so that will be checked by the owner. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for larger groups and families as we were all very happy with our stay.

Incredible view

We enjoyed our stay at aww sheep. The back deck with a view over Rotorua was stunning and we really enjoyed having meals out there. The hot tub was a real treat. The house itself could use some updating, but was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The downstairs bathroom/laundry was lacking a counter top to get ready for the day, so we were all having to use one bathroom sink for the most part, but just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend staying here for the view alone!

Rotorua weekend Away

Terrible experience I won’t recommend . Cleanliness of property was awful . Huge can of Raid left in property … mmh interesting . Realized why when the cockroaches found their way out . Ended in friends washing back in Auckland . Contacted host . Was absolutely lovely when receiving my money , when I ask for particular refund due to my experience she became a different person . Rude , arrogant and just so unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. She finally gave me a $30 refund and told me this is to stop you messaging me . Accepted zero ownership that her property was filthy. Instead made it like I’m the problem . Never 👎 again and I really hope people read this and don’t book with her due to her attitude .

Really good property with a great view! Could use an Air Conditioner in the lounge as it does get quite hot! Great neighbourhood with good location! Would recommend!!

Awesome view

Great place for a family holiday stay, about 10 mins drive from town centre, all activities are within half an hour drive. Cleaning can be done better, such as some of the dishes were not clean, and rubbish from previous stay was still there in the kitchen bin when we arrived.

Perfect spot

We booked the property for a 30th birthday weekend get away. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and wasn't too far from the center of town or the main attractions. Would thoroughly recommended this spot for anyone looking to enjoy what Rotorua has to offer.
