Gemini Lodge, Paradise precis vid vattenkanten av Lake Rotorua.
Starta din båt, Jetski med antingen ditt fordon eller jag kan hjälpa dig med vår traktor eller låna (gratis) en eller två av våra kajaker och lansera någon av dessa utanför vår fastighet.
På sjön Rotorua sjön är vår Chalet den perfekta tillflyktsorten för en avkopplande dag eller några spännande åkturer antingen från Chalet med egen jetbåt eller på 4WD äventyrspark, Gondol och luge rides eller den vackra Kiwi och öring sanctuary allt inom en 5 minuters bilresa. Eller koppla av i vår vackra miljö och ha lugn och ro, promenader vid sjön och bara 10 minuters bilresa till centrum av Rotorua township.

WANT TO COME BACK

We just LOVED this place. GREAT host! GREAT location! GREAT place. We were 2 couples so there was 1 room not used. The place was so clean, kitchen had everything in it. Linens were great GREAT lake view!!! Loved the boat trip. How made the stay just amazing. HIGHLY recommend!

Highly recommend staying here. It was a highlight of our trip to Rotorua. The cabin was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the lake. The grounds were well maintained and the communications with the host seamless.

Perfect, cozy home!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon visit to Rotorua and loved this little home! It was close enough to the main city area but still had a private get away feel! The host is amazing and the home was very clean!! We would definitely stay here again!!

perfect stay

Amazing place!

Everything was very easy. Joe and Cynthia were fantastic hosts- were there if we needed, but gave us privacy. The lodge was really spacious and had everything you needed, including some very kind welcome gifts. The shared outdoor space was incredible with a beautiful pool, hot tub and views!

Top notch facilities

The property is one of a kind. The pool and spa were essential to keeping everyone entertained, and worn out at the end of the day, also great for soothing sore muscles after a day on the skis. We had a great stay, very clean and tidy chalet, all the comforts of home - Great value.

We Want to Go Back!

Wow! Five stars is not enough for the Gemini Lodge. Everything was perfect. Communication with Joe and Cynthia was fantastic, the grounds were immaculate, the lodging was pristine and not only had everything we needed, it had extra touches, too (including a snack basket, teas, Nespresso, extra towels, etc). The only problem was that we didn't stay long enough! If Joe offers you his custom boat ride, take him up on the offer. That was one of our favorite things we did while in NZ. Bottom line: We can't recommend this place enough and we hope we can take another vacation that allows us to stay at Gemini Lodge longer!

A Must

This was an unforgettable experience. So much more than just accommodation. Lovely open space for kids. Enjoyed the kayaks, the pool and the spa. This is a MUST stay. We'll be back.

Beautiful, tranquil, cozy - awesome stay!

This is the cutest house. The setting on the lake inspired many early morning walks to the lake front for pictures of the sunrise, the black swans and other shore birds. The owners have taken a lot of thought and care to make our stay comfortable and peaceful. We were gifted coffee, a bottle of wine, snacks and everything was there to make our trip easy and comfortable. It was a lovely home, in a magical setting that made day trips easy. If you visit the Rotorua area, stay here. You’ll never want to leave.

Amazing Property

The Gemini is an amazing property!! I’ve been to several countries and stayed in many rental properties. This was a one of a kind! It felt like we were at a resort. There were many on property activities to do from swimming to kayaking. It was nice to have it all included. The owners were great to work with, answered all of our questions and were extremely accommodating. If I ever return to New Zealand, I will definitely stay here!!

A GEM on Lake Rotorua

This premium chalet sits on a large gated property with multiple homes. The location is very convenient to many great and must-do activities: Redwoods Tree Walk, Mitai Maori Village, Geothermal wonders (Waimangu Volcanic Valley, Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland), Huka Falls, Lake Taupo, Skyline Rotorua/luge. You have access to a shared hot tub (although we never had to share) with a beautiful view of the lake. Joe and Cynthia were great hosts. The wine and snacks were highly appreciated! House was remarkably clean, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Impressed our overseas visitors

Lovely accomodations with lots of amenities. Only downside was lack of screening on some windows which prevented opening the windows on hot nights and not enough fans to ventilate the bedrooms.

Moving to Rotorua in July 2017 was an awesome lifestyle change for our family. Having three young kids, 5, 7 and 9, a girl and two boys, it has allowed us to enjoy more outdoor activities like Mountain biking, water activities on the lakes and only a few hours to the ski fields to name just a few.
An absolute change for the better.
