Bird lovers paradise.

Very enjoyable stay. Walk to pub with good menu. Conveniently located for bird watching and city centre.If we ever come back to Launceston we would stay again.

Amazing home, extremely clean and beds comfortable. Great location, peaceful and private back yard over looking a lake. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely quiet relaxing location. We would stay again.

We had a very good experience staying at this lovely house. Our grandson enjoyed feeding the birds. We even saw a baby native hen haven't seen one of those before

A great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our group of 5 adults and one 12-year-old. The house was spotlessly clean, all essentials were supplied and all the modern appliances worked. The beds were very comfortable.The layout of the house was excellent, providing comfortable spaces for mingling as a group - inside and outside - and also providing privacy if required. All the rooms were large and the house was bathed in natural light.A small shopping centre with a supermarket was conveniently located just a couple of blocks away.Communication with the owners was helpful and immediate.I like to assess accommodation by asking myself 'would I stay here again?'. In this case, the answer is a definite 'YES'.

Disaster!

The host canceled our reservation without telling us. I had to call VRBO customer service to try to get a hold of them, and after 45 minutes, they finally responded and told VRBO that they could not honor our reservation. There was zero communication from them leading up to this Or afterwards. We had to scramble to find another accommodation for the evening. Horrible experience!

Location was on a very busy 4 lane highway Leather furniture was old and cracked from a distance pictures looked ok until you got up and close Bathrooms clean rest of the property not so sticky finger marks on chairs and kitchen cupboards oven broken couldn’t be used Outside furniture stacked up in a corner and very grubby bbq had cobwebs Very high tech property with no instructions on how to use appliances etc not helpful Very disappointed overall not what we had expected from the pictures and write up

Peaceful and comfortable

Property had everything we needed and in close proximity of places we visited. Very convenient location to shops. Very comfortable beds and we totally enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again should we come back in the area. Thank you.
