Great place to stay in Kona

Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and washer/dryer are handy. Great location, and BBQ's on the beach to cook food!

Perfectly Simple

This place was great. It was clean, had a lot of extra goodies for local fun like beach chairs and coolers, had enough toilet paper for our stay, an air fryer, and the coffee maker is better than expected. The location is great, sunsets by the water just outside the door, a short walk to all that Ali’i Drive has to offer… Only a couple downsides however, the bed is pretty firm (subjective opinion) and it’s a super bummer that it’s a queen size not a king. Also there’s no actual oven. So yeah, very few downsides! Would for sure rent this place again 💜

Excellent condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the bad: NOTHING! Now on to the good: Great location on Ali'i drive close to many beaches and shopping but just far enough from the pedestrian traffic. Perfect size for a couple and a well equipped kitchen (no oven though, but that wasn't an issue). Lots of beach equipment! Check-in was a breeze and simple. The first floor was a plus and you have a partial ocean view, but it's a quick 1 min walk to the pool and ocean viewing area with lots of tables and chairs. We have stayed at many condos globally and this one is top 3, especially for the price. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Easy living!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived late at night but checkin was easy peasy. Condo has all the essentials. Washer and dryer on site, lots of beach gear, too. Beach gear included sand castle stuff, beach chairs, beach towels, toys for kids, and snorkelling stuff and umbrellas! Also has AC. Stayed here for one week with my toddler and we had a great time. Excellent green area and area near the shore to watch the waves break. Public Saltwater pool is literally next door, and a perk tho crowded by locals in the evening when the water’s finally warmed but the sun has cooled off. 10/10 would stay here again.

Another great stay at Kona isle

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit to Kona Isle and our second stay in unit A4. We had a wonderful time! We love the ocean front location of the resort, watching whales, enjoying the sunsets and bbq's. The pool is also lovely. The resort has many senior owners and visitors which suited us perfectly! For the most part, it's quiet although you will hear occasional traffic noise along Ali'i drive. There was also intermittent construction noise this time from a residential development across the street. A4 is well equipped and met all our needs. The unit is partially renovated with many welcome updates (no carpet!). The tub/shower could use a bit of TLC. It has a view of the ocean across the lawn from the left side of the lanai which we very much enjoyed. Knutson management was helpful as usual, quickly providing a couple of small items that needed replacing in the unit. We look forward to staying again!

Relaxing comfortable Hawaiiana condo home ground floor so no step

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aloha and Mahalo Nui Loa for a wonderfully supplied home away from home. Your unit had everything that we needed and then some. The ocean view was pleasant across the grass courtyard with water fountain at the end where we watched the birds daily. Walking past the pool and sitting every evening at sunset on the garden chairs we were able to see the Green Flash 2 times. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and leaving the bedroom patio door open at night felt safe with the fenced in atrium. Loved having a washer and dryer and laundry soap provided so didn't need to pack dirty clothes upon returning home. Thank you for providing the water pitcher with filter, tasted good. We used the French Press everyday with the coffee we brought with us. The TV controls were a bit tricky to learn about but finally figured it out. Your "ASK GOOGLE" devise was wonderful to talk to daily requesting it to play ukulele and Hawaiian music. My favorite chair was your recliner!We live in Point Loma, San Diego, CA not seattle, wa

Relaxing comfortable ground floor

Its a lovely quiet resort right on the ocean, with lots of lounge chairs on a sandy area by the rocky shoreline. Its a great place to relax, read and, if your lucky, watch whales and dolphins!There's a nice BBQ area as well which we used often and the sunsets were amazing!We also loved the heated pool. We stayed in unit A4 for 23 nights March 3-26. It is well equipped with beach gear,lots of seating, smaller TV and a comfy pull out sofa. We liked the island decor! The A/C unit in the bedroom was an added bonus! Although A4 is not completely renovated, the owners have done many upgrades including nice vinyl plank flooring in LR and bdrm, newer appliances and comfy queen size newer bed.The kitchen is well equipped (no oven). The cabinetry is functional but all original as is the bathroom tub/shower with glass sliding doors. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean looking across the lawn from the left side of the lanai. We were concerned there may be road noise as the A bldg is adjacent to the parking lot but it was usually not an issue. Knutson was great to work with and quick to respond and take care of a couple of issues we encountered. Overall I would recommend Kona Isle and A4. we look forward to staying here again!

食器洗い機が始めから全く作動しなくて、すぐに直してもらえるようお願いしたのですが、作動方法の間違いと思われたのか、あわせて2人の事務員の方が来られて始動手順の指導されましたが、全く動きませんでした。10日間の滞在中この件をどの様に修理、改善がなされるのか全く説明がなく、また帰国した現在でも何も説明がなかったのが残念です。ただCONA ISLE A4 は2度目でもありますし、環境が素晴らしくお気に入りでもあり、これからも利用したいと思っています
