2018 Höst & vinter perfekt utflykt! Denna uppdaterade rymliga 3 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum villa i Plantation Club Villas rymmer upp till 8 gäster och är centralt beläget i Sea Pines Plantation, bara ett kort avstånd till alla de fantastiska bekvämligheter och aktiviteter som Sea Pines har att erbjuda!
Med helt nya golv har första våningen en öppen, luftig layout, vilket gör det enkelt att interagera med familj och gäster i hela vardagsrummet, matplatsen och köket. Vardagsrummet har nyare möbler, en bäddsoffa, flera stolar och bord, en platt-TV och en DVD-spelare. Matsalen har plats för upp till 6 personer med ytterligare sittplatser för 2 på barstolar vid köksbänken. Både matplatsen och vardagsrummet översvämmas med naturligt ljus genom de stora skjutbara altandörrarna. Köket ombyggdes 2013, är fullt lager och möjliggör massor av bänkskivor prepping. Ett vackert ombyggt halvbad och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också på första våningen.

På övervåningen finns 3 stora sovrum med vardera eget badrum, som du tycker är oerhört bekvämt för alla dina gäster. Var och en av de 3 badrummen totalrenoverades i oktober 2015 och uppdateringar har gjorts i alla 3 sovrum också. Varje sovrum erbjuder massor av naturligt ljus och fantastisk utsikt över det frodiga grönska omger komplexet.
Den bakre uteplatsen är tillgänglig via skjutdörrarna från matplatsen och vardagsrummet. Det naturliga grönska erbjuder en avkopplande flykt från öns liv och rörelse. Brand upp gasgrillen och njut av en måltid på uteplatsen med plats för upp till 8.
Denna villa har en TV i vardagsrummet och vart och ett av de 3 sovrummen. Det finns en DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet, sovrummet och det andra sovrummet. Wi-Fi ingår också.
Plantation Club Villas är en liten gemenskap med två våningar. Det är omgivet av de höga tallarna som är så rikliga på vår ö, vilket gör området mycket privat och tyst, trots dess centrala Sea Pines-läge. Samhället har en stor gated pool bara 187 steg bort från din ytterdörr med platser för sol och skugga och gott om sittplatser. Det finns även en liten barnpool! Great Location, Villa is good not great

We stayed the whole month of March, 2025. We loved the location - short walk or bike ride to Sea Pines Beach. No issues with driving over and getting parking. We loved the path that runs through the Heron Point golf course, which we didn't discover until halfway through our stay. The bike paths in Sea Pines are awesome for getting to South Beach, Harbor Town, Sea Pines Center. Coastal Vacations (the management company) were very responsive to our calls. And, the Xplorie discount package saved us a bunch of money on golf. The villa itself had some wear and tear. No handle on oven door, screen doors not functioning well, running downstairs toilet, grill needs cleaning, bifold doors coming off tracks, musty smell in one guest bedroom. Don't expect a "cooking kitchen". The layout, cookware and utensils are less than satisfactory. There are a ton of villa options in Sea Pines so we won't choose this one again, plus our first look at the pricing for 2026 showed a substantial increase on this unit.

Perfect location!

My family of four and I stayed for 6 days and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We loved the comfort of this villa which felt like a home away from home. The amenities were everything we needed and more. The location within Sea Pines was ideal for biking around the island. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation

We were impressed the second we entered the front door. This condo was tastefully decorated with a coastal theme with plenty of seating for the six of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. when we decided to cook. The patio was a plus for my husband and I to have our morning coffee and the landscaping is beautiful. The Plantation Club complex was very quiet and the pool was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great property in Sea Pines

This 3 BR Condo was just what we needed. Close to South Beach and easy to bike to Harbor Town. Wish it was dog friendly - would have been a bonus.

Very family friendly

Listing accurate. Great for my family and older kids. Had a pull out couch but didnt provide any linens for is the biggest complaint. Also needed the outside sptayed for ants. We couldnt really sit outside bc of ants. We really enjoyed our stay here. Company was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Would definately stay here again

Excellent Place!

This unit was in great shape! It seems like it has been recently remodeled. The kitchen was great and baths were nice and well appointed. The only minor complaint would be that the internet clicked on and off a few times. Other than that we thought this was a great place to stay!

This property was well

This property was well equipped and nicely upgraded and decorated. However it smelled very musty the whole time we were there. Could have used some cleaning supplies to clean sinks and toilets. Problem with toilet was quickly taken care of.

Convenient to Sea Pines Beach Club

Secluded yet near all the conveniences you could want during your stay. It was big enough for two adults and two 10 year old boys. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The dryer is super fast! We ate out and never needed to cook. We used the fridge for fruit, veggies and drinks. We were pretty much on the go so we didn't hang in the livingroom much. Furniture could stand to be a tad larger for comfort.

Not a relaxing vacation

The property was a nice location. Very upset upon arrival there were 5 bikes chained up at two different spots on the property on the front porch blocking the view from the bench. My family thought these bikes were included with the property which it was not. I was very embarrassed having to explain I don't believe these bikes are for us (after we reviewed the binder). We called bike company to remove bikes which finally happened Sunday night. Unsure why Management did not insist bikes removed prior to new renters showing up? We checked in past 4 on Saturday so they had plenty of time. On I believe Tuesday and Wednesday trees were removed from the front of the property with much noise and inconvenience for parking. On Friday morning, our last day at the unit, we were surprised to find more bikes chained up at the same location for next week's renters. Why should my view of palm trees and the beautiful scenery be worsened by having to look at bikes that are not for me? On Friday two of those bikes were double bikes and were parked in a way to block part of the entranceway to the property. It was an eyesore and should not have been allowed. What a constant reminder that our vacation was drawing to an end. Management was called and did nothing about it. Will never book from you again and will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed. I have pictures to prove about the blocking of the entranceway. I am an early riser and would sit outside on the bench on the front porch which was the most private spot to sit. On days when the bikes were present on the property why should my view of beautiful palm trees and scenery be ruined by bikes? Confused because there are plenty of bike racks very close to unit which it states in the binder should be used. Only one other unit had rental bikes on property and those bikes were not in your face like the ones on the property I rented although the bikes did block the entire sidewalk. When I paid more than $2,000 for a week's rental I expected not to have to deal with previous renters and next week's renters items on the property. I will never rent from your company again and will not recommend you to anyone. We did not complain on arrival of the bikes on Saturday and handled it ourselves, we did not complain about the noise and inconvenience of tree removal, Friday was the final straw. Management was non-responsive. Not a relaxing environment at all. Waste of my money. I will be posting on-line review on property.

Great location

We loved this property. The kitchen was well supplied. All the rooms were clean and comfortable with enough space to spread out. The location was great, just a quick and easy bike to the beach or to Harbor Town.

Great condo!

The pictures do not do it justice. The condo was spacious and spotless, and had a well-appointed kitchen. The location is perfect. We biked and walked to the beach and restaurants daily. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and Family Friendly

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for a quick bike ride to the beach or golf. The house was so clean and a great layout for traveling with kids. The only drawback- the pool was not opened when we first arrived and it is not heated.

Great location/quiet complex/perfect for families

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 children. Would also be great for friends traveling together. 1 king bedroom. 2 twin beds bedrooms. All with own full bath and 1/2 bath down. Quiet pool. Conveniently located to everything in Sea Pines. Easy bike ride or walk to Sea Pines beach club.
