My first stay in this unit, but have stayed in the sister unit about 4 times over the years. Love the location, love the balcony on the water, nicely furnished in mid century furnishings. Very well stocked for cooking & comfortable beds as well. Highly recommend.

LOVED IT! This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The balcony view was our favorite part. My husband was able to fish off the pier and we even saw a manatee on our last day. The beach is very close (about 3 blocks) and restaurants/shops are a short walk (12-20 minutes). Our kids (ages 16,15 and 12) enjoyed the pool during our downtime. The host provided beach chairs, wagon and umbrella which was a lifesaver! We found the pull out bed to be a bit tricky, but the host responded very quickly with a video tutorial. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice location to stay

Nice quiet place to stay in Clearwater Beach but easy to get to the hustle and bustle if that’s what you want, trolley stops right in front of the building and it’s a short walk to the beach don’t have to worry about parking, we enjoyed our stay there.
