The listing was exactly as described and as other reviewers have noted, Peter is an exemplary host. I didn't have the good fortune of meeting his partner, Kristin, so my comments pertain only to Peter, who communicated clearly and promptly. I found him to be a very gracious, thoughtful man.The suite was absolutely perfect for my daughter and her two children ( four, and 20 months - I'm the grandpa). After a long drive from the Bay Area, we visited the California State Railroad Museum and then stayed overnight at Peter's place. We were so happy to find a quiet, spacious unit nestled in a residential area with grocery stores nearby. The unit was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed: a big backyard for the kids to explore, toys to play with indoors, kitchen ware, pots and pans, microwave, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, etc. Rather than listing everything, it would be easier to state that there was nothing lacking. The unit was very clean - everything in good working order.Beyond a shadow of doubt, I would stay here again and highly recommend Peter's listing to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, well-equipped unit. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate it an 11.Thank you, Peter, for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay, it was nice and clean and had everything we needed (dishes, coffee pot). It seems to be a nice area and the driveway is gated which is nice. Host is very kind.

Nice Stay

The property is spotlessly clean, the hosts are very friendly and accommodating, providing thoughtful little extras, and the location is good, the neighborhood quiet. I’m a repeat customer, which is the highest form of praise you can give a business.

Hidden gem

The property is secluded and the neighborhood is tucked away from the sounds of a bustling area. Beautiful landscaping and lush gardens all around. Great for walking and close to restaurants, stores and shops. The hosts are attentive and friendly. The house is perfect for an individual or family group. Great accommodation.
