Välkommen till Surfside! Vår rymliga 2br / 2 bad fullt renoverade lägenhet har en spektakulär utsikt över det hisnande smaragdvattnet och den vita sandstranden i Destin.

Vår vackra lägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit. Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng, platt-TV, wicker skrivbord, stor klädkammare och en spektakulär utsikt över viken. Den mycket stora master badrummet innehåller en tvättmaskin / torktumlare med bänkskivor i granit.

Det andra sovrummet ligger i motsatt ände av Mästaren, innesluten med dekorativa franska dörrar, två fulla / små drottningssängar, badrum med badkar och platt-TV.

Vardagsrummet är öppet mot matsalen och har en utdragbar soffa, en bekväm stol, en platt-TV och tak till golvglidande glasdörrar med tillgång till den rymliga kaklade
uteplats och spektakulär utsikt över viken.

Wonder condo

Wendy and Tim are wonderful host. The condo is great, view is beautiful. You are close to shopping and lots of places to eat. Beach service is great. You can’t go wrong with this unit. We be back for sure.

Beach Days

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean and decorated nicely. The spaciousness allowed my teenagers to have their space and the large balcony was used a lot. The owners were very responsive with any question that arose. I would highly recommend this condo! Looking forward to going back again sometime!!

Fabulous !!!!

This is a fabulous condo. Very comfortable has everything you need to make your stay easy and fun. Great location. Pool and hot tubs and great beach service. There is also a nice restaurant, gym, massage therapist and hair salon. There are also gas grills outside for guest to loose. Our Host Wendy and Tim couldn’t be any nicer. We will be back

Vacation

We enjoyed the location of the condo, it was close to attractions, shopping, go karts, ice cream shops and on the main strip. The onsite restaurant and bar was a great plus. I always like having my own beach chair setup with umbrella and that was a huge plus. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and spacious. The owners were always available for assistance and questions that arose. I know condo owners pay hefty condo fees and being in a high demand area I feel the building needs upgrades. The adjacent buildings and pool are very nice.

Great Family Vacation!

We loved this condo! It was clean and comfortable! Great view from all rooms! Close to everything! Resort restaurant was delicious! Resort elevator a little crowded and slow, but we were there a prime week!

This property was perfect! Beautifully well kept condo in the perfect location. Directly across from the beach with a bridge walkway from the resort. Owners were very friendly and super easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Great beach vacation!

The actual building could use some updating but our condo was awesome! The balcony was fabulous, it was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Location balcony is huge

Amazing condo. Great layout, balcony is primo, walk over to beach nice and many spots to watch sunset on their private tower but 2 chair and umbrella setup included was icing on the cake. 2ensuite bedrooms was awesome. The little things like coffee filters n soap n paper products was nice not to have to buy or worry about. Bed was comfy. Ice maker on fridge is a must in a hot climate so much appreciated and parking wasn’t an issue but I could imagine a problem during high season. Agree elevators slow only during check in/check out Yes condo building is old but this condo unit is updated n great. Only minor issue was checkin 1. Wouldn’t you explain how to get your chairs on the beach at check in ??? 2. We arrived at 443 pm, you can’t check in until 5pm and literally she sent we away till the clock struck 5. Was annoying but rules are rules I suppose. All in all a great condo, great owners to work with and a huge balcony to enjoy. Would definitely recommend

Great condo

Husband and I brought our two boys aged 17 and 12 years, and our 17 yr old's friend. The condo was perfect size, not cramped. Most important to me other than the size and layout of the condo were (1) that it very clean and well kept, (2) the king bed in the master suite was very comfortable with nice soft bedding (not sure about the 2 queens that our two 17-year olds slept on but they didn't complain and I assume they were comfy as well), and (3) the easy access to the beach over the sky bridge. There are stairs to climb down once across the sky bridge and that got a little exhausting to climb back up after some hours enjoying the beauty of the white sand and gulf water, but it was well worth the effort to avoid having to cross the road and traffic. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to our stay and while we were there. The restaurant on site was wonderful and I got very spoiled on the delicious food and excellent service. The only minor negative issues were that the sofa was not the best for sitting on (but we didn't spend much time on it anyway because of all the amazing things to do in Destin) and the elevators were sometimes slow but that wasn't a big deal. Also plan to bring or buy toiletries and shower items, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. There was minimal toilet paper and paper towels and none of the other items. None of that was a big deal for us but I wouldn't have minded knowing ahead so am mentioning it here because I really rely on vrbo reviews when booking. But those minor issues were really nothing overall...... I could see sunsets from the balcony over the other nearby resort buildings and a decent view of the gulf and beach. I would stay again.
