Lovely renovated place with heated pool and view of the beach and rockets from Kennedy space center. 1 minute walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Thanks Jan and Byron! Quiet area of town we had no issues!

Excellent location ambience facilities was paradise away from home …..hosts had everything covered from beach to local amenities and were always available if needed ….Was short stay but made amazing memories many thanks for allowing us to share your condo.

We had a wonderful time here. We were only there for three nights and we wished it were longer. Check in and out were very easy. The condo is a great location and had all the amenities you could need. The hosts are available and very accessible if an issue arises. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Stay at Cocoa Beach

The property was very nice and clean and in a great location. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. Great proximity to the beach and also was able to see a rocket launch. All in all was a great experience.

Great place

We love this place! The condo was stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and everything we needed for the beach. It also has a private beach and that was a plus.

Quick trip

We made a quick weekend trip to visit family and this condo was perfect. Great location - easy walk to shops and restaurants. Hosts are wonderful and very helpful. Hope to stay again on the near future.

Awesome stay!

Place was so well maintained and clean. We had a fabulous time. Bathrooms were actually quite spacious and easy walking to the pool and the beach made the vacation so seamless! Would definitely use this property again if we go back to Cocoa!

Perfect.

My friend and I stayed from July 7 through the 10th. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the beach. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for such a great communication and accommodations. The trip was a treasure.

Excellent beach vacation

Clean, updated, well-stocked condo. Right next to the pool so you can watch the kids from the balcony. If we come down again, we would rent it again.

Relaxing

Everything was perfect, very Relaxing, all the people very friendly. We where very close to the pool and beach. I would come back and stay again. The only thing I would say that was tough for us was the parking. They only had a couple of handicap parking but everything else was great.

Clean and cozy

Loved it all! The condo was clean, cozy, convenient and well equipped with everything needed to feel at home. Great location to enjoy the pool, beach, downtown, restaurants, and rocket launches. It was great! Highly recommend!!

AMAZING

From the minute we walked into the door we knew it was going to be perfect. The property was beautiful! The location was right on the beach and near all of the best restaurants and things to do. The owners were very easy to communicate with and went the extra mile for us. Overall this was the Perfect Getaway!!!!

Excellent Stay!

We had an excellent stay! The condo is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. And It is so nice and clean also. The owner has considered everything that guests might need. And when we arrived after Thanksgiving a small Christmas tree was lit. I loved it! We will definitely be back.

Couldn’t have been better!

We had a great time at this property! Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus! Location to pool and beach couldn’t have been better! Jan checked in to make sure all was ok and if we needed anything. We were almost always able to find parking right outside the door. Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful place

Had a great time in this condo. So close to the beach and restaurants. Only suggestion would be a cart to haul all the beach stuff to the beach. Pretty big task carrying towel, umbrella,chairs and coller. Thank you for letting us stay in your place and enjoy the beach. We will be back!!

AWESOME GETAWAY!

Couldn't have asked for anything to be better! Owners reached out well in advance with check-in/out procedures. Location is great and right on the beach. Room was modern, very clean, and has everything you might need, including beach accessories and cooler! The owners also put together a folder with their favorite local restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

June Getaway

Great layout with high end appliances and everything else you need for your stay. Looking down the beach in both directions you would see nothing but crowds about 1/2 mile away. Not on our private access beach. Although we live 40 miles closer to Clearwater Beach the drive time to Cocoa Beach was only 20 minutes longer. We will be back after September.

Thank you Bob! We are moving to Cocoa Beach toward the end of the year so this is our last year renting out the condo. Would love to have you back in September or October before we get down there for good! Btw, the housekeeper truly appreciated the great shape you left the condo in!
