Detta är en nyrenoverad privat studio ovanför vårt garage. Den har en viktig mindre privat inträde. Gott om parkering. Det finns också en balkong med utsikt över vår bakgård som har en damm! Vi bor i huset bredvid och är det finns du behöver någonting alls eller att svara på eventuella frågor du kan ha! Vi lever inom gångavstånd till butiker och restauranger! Det finns också en trevlig park 5 min bilresa bort! Denna studio ligger 20 min från New Era Field och 20 min bilresa från Buffalo City! Niagara Falls (ett måste se) är cirka 40 min bilresa! Byn East Aurora som är mycket pittoreska och har många fina affärer och en mängd olika ställen att äta ligger 18 min bort! Vi ser fram emot att du bor hos oss !!

Perfect place for our business trip

We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.

Just what we needed

Clean, well maintained and decorated really nice. The outdoor balcony was a wonderful surprise. Some extras one might want to be comfortable like fans, blankets, iron, workout equipment and a comfy bed!

The room was very large, super clean, comfortable bed (standard size), in a lovely neighborhood with stores, restaurants near by. Parking was easy and close to door. A problem coming in was a very steep staircase,to the second floor with narrow risers and cleaning supplies outside the door on a narrow landing. Room was furnished nicely and only problem was one very small closet filled with superfluous clutter that had to be removed before it was usable. Odd heating/cooling system, TV operation, coffee maker and no instructions on how to use them. Kitchenette well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment and some basic food supplies. Lovely view of the backyard with pond and grassy lawn from a deck.

Good location to our family reunion

Unit nice overall & large. Couple who own property were very pleasant to interact w. One suggestion we have is to remove the outlet room freshener items. Scent very strong for our liking - we removed during our stay to help minimize the smell. Also, bec of unit location near rather busy road, we recommend that travelers bring some type of noise cancellation device. Our portable fan seemed to do the trick in conjunction w something they provided in the room. Otherwise, the space felt comfortable & well equipped w items. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect place for our trip

We found the property to be exactly as stated and it was perfect for our needs. The location is close to grocery, gas and restaurants and part of a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of windows made it bright and cheerful.
