Kom och njut av en lugn och avkopplande helg, vecka eller månad i vår mysiga stuga vid sjön vid bredden av Lake Ontario.

Du kan göra så mycket du vill genom att besöka den närliggande Golden Hill State Park & Lighthouse för att vandra på sina spår (2 mil) eller ett antal lokala vingårdar, frukt- och grönsaksställningar, Amish-butiker och antikvitetsaffärer.

Eller så kan du göra så lite du vill genom att bara sitta vid en lägereld vid vattnet och smutta på din favoritdryck och titta på djurlivet gå förbi. Om det blir för blåsigt vid sjön kan du fortfarande njuta av en lägereld i den parkliknande miljön i trädgården.

Om du är ute efter ett äventyr, är Niagara Falls 60 minuter bort för att se de berömda vattenfallen, Cave of the Winds eller ta en tur på Maid of the Mist, besöka den historiska byn Lewistons affärer eller ta en jetbåttur på mäktiga Niagara River (45 min.) eller besök Old Fort Niagara i Youngstown (35 min). Också 45 minuter. söderut ligger Darien Lake Amusement Park.

Comfortable and Cozy

Wonderful cottage right on Lake Ontario. Very clean and well appointed. Close to neighbors but very quiet, with plenty of privacy. The owners are fantastic; super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fabulous getaway!

The cottage is just as described. Very cozy. Love the closeness to the lake. The fire pit was awesome! We got to see the Northern Lights when we were there! It was an amazing site to see over the lake! Sue was very gracious and very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying there. Already talking about when we may return.

Fall get away with friends

Everything as described and shown in the listing. Saw sunrise, sunset and northern lights from the front row seat on the lake. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage

Cozy & Comfortable

My father and I stayed here while fishing in the area. What a great place with a spectacular view! Absolutely no complaints. Would stay here again and the host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Relaxing weekend by the Lake

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Sue and Tom's house. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, right on the Lake shore with great views and a fire pit. Tom and Sue were very friendly and helpful, and they made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a perfect weekend getaway.

The perfect getaway

This was an amazing getaway. Being next to the lake was so peaceful. The house had everything we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable. It’s very quiet other then then sound of the lake waves. I can’t wait to come back again.

Lovely Time in Western New York

The cottage is literally on the lake shore, so it's nice to get up in the morning and see what the state of the ever-changing Lake Ontario is! The house is clean, well-equipped, comfortable, good wi-fi, ample cooking utensils, and a handy set of extra-strong binoculars in case you want to try to read the name of that giant ship crossing the lake! We used it as a base to visit all around western NY and to bike at various places along the Erie Canal, just 20 miles away. Cider works/wineries are in the area, plus we scored the Celtic Heritage Festival in Lockport, courtesy of the heavy Irish presence in western NY. Many thanks to our hosts who were always available but never intrusive for giving us a lovely comfortable week!

Serenity

If you're looking for little to no noise within a pretty home, then this is your place. Situated on the shores of Lake Ontario and surrounded by beautiful flowers, hummingbirds, and purple martins, this peaceful location will renew your soul. Head down to Medina for supplies or nice food choices. The only down side is knowing you'll have to drive away at the end of your visit.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time at this property. The pictures really do not so it justice, but you are RIGHT ON lake Ontario. We took a day and went to Rochester area and saw where the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was founded and took another day to visit Niagara Falls and Canada. There are many wonderful farmers markets nearby too which were fun to visit and the fire pit was great to cook s'mores together. Tom and Sue were wonderful and responded immediately to any questions. After talking with my wife, the only two things we would improve about this stay would be to recommend less see-through blinds in the bedroom and bathroom and the main kitchen countertop would shift when any of us leaned up on it. Thanks again Sue and Tom!

Perfect lodging.

We were two friends attending a workshop in Medina, NY and this cottage was about 20 minutes away. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable furnishings and an amazing view! What more could you ask for? Nice and quiet - perfect place to relax! Hope to return soon! Susan

Nice little clean place right on the lake

This is a nice cozy place, right on the lake. Great place to stay if you come out for fishing. Perfectly in the middle of 18 mile creek and Oak Orchard Creek. 10 minutes from Johnson’s creek and you have the lake at your disposal right in the backyard. Highly recommend. And the folks that own it are very nice.

Quiet Getaway

This little cottage is wonderful. It’s very clean, nicely stocked and comfortable. You feel very at home. It was pretty windy and rained one day when we were there but we were able to enjoy the view sitting outside. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.
