Wonderful experience!

The convenience and beauty of this location is unmatched! Loved being able to walk right out to the beach and the parking was only a short distance away as well. Clean and beautiful little unit! We enjoyed the shaded patio area as well. We will definitely be back!

smoke alarm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was ok. the room needed to be cleaned better ( floor,mirrors, sink ,bathroom has no vent, shower backed up. The smoke alarm went off and could not be shut off. We called and someone was going to come out to fix it. Usually you would contact the person staying there, but we weren't contacted?????? That's a bad policy to do that!!!! Whom ever fixed the fire alarm went into the room without our being there or our permission!!!!!!!!! that's terrible. I expect some money off of our stay!!!!! I will not be back our give you a good review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect girls trip

This is the 4th year me and a girlfriend have met in Florida and stayed at the sea rocket. The price is affordable and it’s right on the beach-no crossing the street or parking far away and walking to the sand and water. We always meet great people who are also staying there and each room typically provides chairs and a tent for relaxing on the water. There is a tram stop right out front for those who want to take a ride down to the shops. There’s a short Uber ride to the grocery store and the surf style for basic needs!

Does NOT sleep 3, false advertising. Love seat opens can only fit maybe a child. Floor dirty, full of sand. Electric shock from stove! Stained sheets. Toilet 1 doesn't flush. It was inexpensive, so get what you pay for.

Not that good

The unit is tiny. I think the way they measure the square footage of the unit is with the Murphy bed is in the up position. The mattress on the bed is old and awful. The towels that are provided are old and have stains on them. The best thing to with the air conditioner is just leave it on as it has a mind of its own. Do your self a favor and stay next door at Reddington Surf Resort. Much better place.

Location, location

Wonderful location! Loved being on the beach! Only complaints were that the kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable and the TV was at a high angle making it hard on the neck! As well it was difficult to navigate around the parked cars on exiting! But it was great for a week!

Year year get away

location was great, room looks bigger than pictures, was we were ok with that. i was very unhappy with the bed and bath towels, mattress was very uncomfortable! the sheets and towels was terrible, we left left 1 day early because of that. really should get a better mattress and sheets and towels, our towels had old stains on them. the bedding was terrible!

Online pictures didn’t match the place we stayed at

Water damage, dirty, rusty fridge, microwave, and a/c unit. hair everywhere in the shower, a/c unit couldn’t adjust didn’t have any power going to the face door lock didn’t want to work 75percent of the time had to repress the number multiple times just to unlock.

The most god awful hell hole I’ve ever seen.

It was dirty, rundown, chunks of plaster missing, rusty metal, dirty walls, air conditioner was filthy and looked like it was falling out of the wall, cupboard was stained, medicine chest had dirt in it, couch was stained and had food crumbs under the cushions. I refused to stay there, asked for my money back, and filed a complaint with BBB. I will NEVER trust VRBO again. Would you like pictures? I have many of them.

We stayed 29 night's, on check out day they would not let us check out past 10am. Most places even one night stay is ok to check out 12n. Not a warm departure.

Perfect location

Our condo was in a perfect location for a beach get away. The resturants are delicious, shopping great and beach glorious. The property manager was easy to work with and room was clean and the perfect size. Only draw back was the bed is a Murphy bed and not so comfortable. We will book again.

This vintage condo was perfect for me and my husband. The location is perfect and is right on the beach & close to our son's family. We have stayed in another condo before and really wanted to return and we did in another condo! We are HAPPY!

Nice cozy little room. Needs a little updating as you can see some wear of the room, floor and furniture. But still very clean and easy to get to. I had a very nice stay. I had no interaction with the property management. So I can not comment. Overall a nice cozy place to stay.

NEVER AGAIN!!

This place was dirty, the ac unit leaked all into our room then we went for a boat ride and came back to our entire room flooded. The ac unit has been leaking so long the whole area around the top of the window was crack and black. If the water has leaked that long there is definitely black mold present. I can say the manager did have maintenance there as soon as she was able to. The dust on the blinds was atleast a half inch thick along with water rust lines all down the blind where the ac unit leaked. The black hair... wow it was everywhere on the white sheets the floor my 14yr old was gagging as to the amount of hair. I feel like the owner needs to do some work in the sea rocket #1 unit. I had to completely clean as I would my own home before I could or let my kids sleep there. Thank goodness I was able to wash the blankets when I got there. The beach was amazing as was our eateries. Everything other than our stay was perfect. It was definitely alot to put up with for a week of events that occurred in our room from beginning to end.

Too small and dirty

Not sure if the room was cleaned prior to our arrival or not. If so, the cleaning person needs a new profession. The floor was covered in sand. The sheets had sand in them and the bathroom was nasty. Photos make the room seem way bigger than it actually is. With the couch pulled out there little room in the room to walk around. The location to the beach itself was fantastic as it was just a short walk (50 foot or so) to the beach. If we stay at this property again we will definitely get a bigger room.
