Köket är fullt utrustat med helt nya top-of-the-line apparater, inklusive rostfritt kylskåp, gasugn / spis, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och master bad med stor dusch. Balkongen har utsikt över Balboa och är tillgänglig från både master-sviten och landningen överst på trappan. Cute beach house

It’s a cute beach house right next to the beach. I loved the location. Perfect to walk either direction to shop, eat at, and hit up places like Fashion Island, Crystal Cove. It was nice inside, loved how accommodating it was with kitchen supplies. I’d recommend this place for sure.

Wonderful home! Great vacation spot!!

The home is just like the posting. Very clean, everything you need to be comfortable for a weekend or a week. Very new and incredibly quiet laundry. Close to beach and pretty much middle of Newport Beach and Balboa Piers.

Christmas at Newport Beach

Our family had a wonderful time here. Close to everything we needed. We walked to view the Christmas Boat Parade! We walked the beach. And one evening we rented a Duffy boat nearby to see all the lighted beach homes. Host was very responsive to all inquiries! A memorable stay. Thank you.

Wonderful stay by the beach!

The property was exactly as advertised. It had all we needed for a family of seven (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids). Clean, spacious, and well stocked. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning. It’s truly just a minute to the beach and it is an awesome beach, which was prefect for the kids to play on. It was a reasonable distance to Disney and San Diego, making it a great central location for family fun!

Magical family time

We took our grandchildren and their parents on a much promised family vacation to see and play in the ocean. This h meticulously maintained house was absolutely perfect. If your looking for a beach vacation this is the place for you.

Excellent 4th of July stay in Newport Beach!

We spent 4 wonderful nights at this home in Newport Beach over 4th of July weekend. The property was exactly as described in the listing and was clean. It had everything we needed to cook and grill, as well as beach items such as chairs and umbrellas. The location is perfect and we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. If we plan any future trips to Newport, we will absolutely stay here again!

Newport getaway- great location

We had a wonderful stay, and the house was the perfect size for the four of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, including the outdoor patio, the deck attached to the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and the BBQ grill. The location couldn’t have been better—just one block from the beach and conveniently situated between Newport Pier and Balboa Pier. I highly recommend renting bikes to explore the area; the bike shop in Balboa offers great weekly deals, and there are bike racks all around town. Just a heads-up to bring your own beach gear (like chairs and an umbrella) as the house doesn’t provide those items. The owner was incredibly friendly and readily available to answer any questions we had.

Excellent Place

This is an excellent place to stay in Newport Beach. The house is well-appointed, super-clean, and comfortable. The location is outstanding: a short walk to two business districts,and the beach is a few yards away.

Amazing Beach house

Our family truly enjoyed staying in this beach house. The beach house itself had lots of room and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. Bonus was a large garage where you could park a car as well as store your bikes. The beach is so close to the house. I would highly recommend this home to any and all friends and family.

Clean, modern and great location!

Our family of six loved this cute and modern blue house in Newport. This house has two bathrooms, which is a must with four kids, AC, upgraded modern look, washer and dryer and master bedroom has its own space upstairs. The location is great as well and our kids could walk to the beach from the sidewalk easy. Host was great to work with. Bonus there’s parking in the garage. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Clean and covenient

We loved the home. It had historic charm with updated finishes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was clean and comfortable. We liked having garage parking, but found it was easy to walk to the beach, jet ski rentals, the Fun Zone and whale watching.

The Vrbo was perfect for our family of 5. The location, amenities and price were perfect!

Visiting NewPort to explore the beaches and visit Disneyland. Balboa was the perfect speed for our leisurely visit. Kim was helpful and accommodating and we would definitely rent from her again!

Daughters 13th birthday

This house was perfect for us. We had two of my daughters friends come with us to celebrate her birthday. We had the upstairs and they had the bottom floor. Great location in between both piers. We rented bikes and had the best time. There was usually street parking also right outside

Blissful Beach Vacation House

Kimberlee's vacation property was everything we expected, and more. The house is newly updated, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.. The location is fantastic, a short trip from the airport, and walkable to the beach and many attractions. This is one of my favorite vacation rentals, and I hope to return in the near future!
