Amazing Place!

What a wonderful time! Had great food,fun,and a great stay. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The pool was awesome and our son never wanted to leave it. The new dock was very nice and caught lots of fish off of it. We ate well at all the surrounding restaurants. Lived beach life at Fort Meyers, Sanibel island.Went to a fun Waterpark not far away. And we cannot wait to go back! Scouted many places for next time.

Beautiful home! The owners thought of everything! And when they say heated pool, they really mean it! We were there in January so that really mattered to us and we were able to enjoy the water and the house!

Excellent Accommodations

Our stay at Santa Rosa Villa was absolutely perfect! The house was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. Ryan was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and the location was ideal for exploring Cape Coral, Naples, Sanibel and Fort Myers. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!"

Great vacation!

We loved our stay here! The house is very clean, great location and the kiddos loved the pool, fishing right off the dock and renting the boat! House managers, Adam and Talisa were wonderful to work with. Thanks for a great vacay!

Hard to leave!

Nice location, clean, fun little house. Pool was nice. We had a little trouble checking in, but that was probably more because my wife and I were on separate flights because of work. We would for sure stay there again. One thing is we used tap water for the coffee, I would not recommend that. Go get some water from the grocery store. The water in that city smells terrible.

Great intro to Cape Coral

Calm and peaceful - on canal and dead end street. All needs were met. The gals loved the pool. House well stocked. Great kitchen gear. Would return without hesitation. Straight forward host and managers.

Our family of 5 had a really awesome stay! The location was fantastic, the pool was amazing, the house was perfect, and the owners/managers were great to work with! We will definitely book again when we go to Cape Cod!

We have stayed at several locations through out the Ft. Myers and Cape Coral area and this is one of the nicest homes! The out door/ pool area was excellent! The home was clean and fully stock with the essentials and many extras:) Will definitely stay again!

Spring Break Getaway

The property was as expected, and perfectly set up for our weeklong Spring Break stay. Ryan and the housekeepers were responsive and helpful. We would happily stay again and recommend the property to others.

My wife and I have been in love with Cape Coral since we visited for the first time over 10 years ago. We have a very busy career life's in the Midwest, but we look forward to the time that we can spend in Cape Coral. We treat the houses amenities as if we live there year round.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My wife Carrie, only wanted a home with western sky rear exposure. Then we entered the home and was emotionally attached right away. The screened in lanai and pool is our oasis. We love the charm of the tile roof, to the resort manicured landscape. We have a wonderful couple that manages our home. They treat our guests and home as if it was their own.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The beautiful Yacht Club beach, fishing pier and Boat House Restaurant & Bar is only 1.8 miles away. With in one mile away there is, some of the most delicious restaurants, shopping, grocery, bars and so much more. We are a 15-20 minute boat ride to the open water with no bridges and don't have to worry about the time consuming lock & damn. We are on a quite road at the end on a cul-da-sac.
