Nyare 2001 öppen planlösning hem med viktigaste vardagsrum på andra våningen med utsikt över 5 miles av orörda havet. Tyst grannskap med enfamiljshus. Två mil från Waldport och inom 20 minuter från både Newport och Yachats. Inhägnad trädgård för att låta husdjur springa. Gourmetkök fäst vid vardagsrummet och utomhusgrillen gör perfekt för underhållning. Utomhusdäck med utsikt och hängmatta är perfekta för avkoppling. Underhållning: Wifi, Sonos-ljud i hela, 42 "TV i vardagsrummet med utsikt över havet, 150" HD-projektionsskärm i teatern / spelrummet, shuffleboard, dart, badtunna, brädspel. Neflix, HBO och kabel-TV ingår. Sovrum: Sovrummet ligger utanför vardagsrummet med drottning, gas spis, litet sittdäck och master bad med dusch och jet badkar. Franska dörrar öppnar befälhavaren till det främre vardagsrummet. Lämna öppet för utsikt eller nära för att göra ett annat privat sovrum med en drottning Serta Neverflat luftmadrass. Beach Family Reunion

Erin and Kevin's home is spectacular and they were great hosts. The kitchen is fully equipped, each bedroom and bath has every amenity. The views are amazing, 5 minutes to the beach for amazing sunsets. The bedrooms, great room, bar and movie room offer relaxation. Perfect house for families. Every area is a 10 plus. We would stay here again..in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach house!

This was the perfect beach house - ocean views, quick walk to the beach, beautiful backyard with a hot tub and a stunning house with everything you need and more! Loved staying in this home with our family and would love to come back again. The bunk room and projector screen for movies was perfect for our kids!

Fabulous!

This was a great place to stay with all of the necessary amenities. The kitchen was well equipped, and the property had everything we needed, and then some! It was close to the beach and we had a lovely time. It was also a plus to have a fenced backyard for our dogs and kids.

All We Hoped It Would Be

Very nice home. We were very pleased with everything and much impressed with how well equipped the kitchen & bathrooms were. Everything was “as advertised “. Communication with owner was very smooth and prompt. We would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful and the location was amazing, too. It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of little extra personal touches that made it even more enjoyable. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the living room is awesome. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Getaway

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals on the coast and this one was the absolute best. The house was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could ask for. The location was amazing, the views were spectacular and the host was organized, thoughtful and responsive. We had an amazing experience!

Dream House

This home was perfect for our family getaway. The owners were so kind and helpful. The home is beautiful and the setting dreamy. We loved our week there. The kids and adults all had a fantastic week. The house has even you might need and more.

Kevin & Erin saved the day!

My sister turned 30 in October of this year and we wanted to surprise her with a special night on the coast since she was unable to gather with friends due to COVID. My mom, my (other) sister and I had been planning and preparing a meal and celebration for weeks. The day of her birthday, as we were driving from Eugene and attempting to coordinate the surprise with her partner, we received word from the Airbnb host that the previous guests had not checked out and they could not reach them. Our day turned into a complete fiasco and we did not have anywhere to stay. Just as it was looking like we would have to drive back to Eugene, Erin (promptly) returned my message and allowed me to book their house last minute. She took a lot of time out of her day to help make it happen. Let me tell you, being able to stay at Kevin & Erin's home made up for everything! The house is absolutely gorgeous and we just managed to catch the ocean sunset through the panoramic windows. My sister soaked in the hot tub while the rest of us set up our little dinner. We loved the open floorplan of the well-stocked kitchen, the amazing sound system, the luxurious master bedroom, and the home theater system! We all couldn't get over the very cushy carpet- which makes the whole living room feel so cozy and inviting. We all slept super well- even the bunk bed mattresses are VERY comfortable (my 65-year-old mama slept great) and the bedding is all high-quality. There is a very detailed instruction sheet that gives helpful information about things like the sound system and the tv. Erin was super responsive when I had any questions and a delight to communicate with. Yes, the house is luxurious but it's also very warm and inviting. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will definitely be booking it for gatherings in the future. Thank you so much, Erin and Kevin!
