Loft / kontor erbjuder lekplats eller tyst bortrymme, med utsikt över rymliga stora rum med gasspis och välvda tak.

Det spektakulära "flödet" i detta hem är perfekt för festtillfällen - öppen matsal / kök / stort rum, mysig tre-säsongs solporch möblerad i korg, med golv-till-tak-fönster som är öppna för skärm upp eller ner - och uteplats med utomhus matplats för 6. På övervåningen sovrummet har sin egen soldäck och en täckt veranda från loftet ger extra utomhus njutning / avskildhet för andra gäster. We had a wonderful time while staying at the Vrbo. The house was very comfortable, inviting, roomy and provided everything we needed. Additionally, we used the pool which provided a great evening of fun. The neighbors were very kind and they made us feel as if we lived there. The owner was easy to reach and gave very detailed instructions to use or access all items.

Family vacation

The property was centrally located with a short drive to the beach. Access to the pool in the community was a plus too. Our host was very helpful in all aspects. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic beach house

We had a wonderful week - the house is convenient to several different seashores, and right around the corner from a grocery. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking equipment etc, and The house was big enough for our large party of 10. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing quiet spacious home close to Beaches!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our relaxing weekend here. Great access to Fenwick Island, close to grocery store and local restaurants. The home was very clean and spacious with Fully equipped kitchen! Remember to bring towels, linens and toilet paper. Definitely would love to come back again.

We use this present property for a week it was until the last day when her neighbors discovered that we were African-American that started to grow and sudden it’s been noted and I’ve reached out to Vrbo multiple occasions for harassment, i’ve never been so disrespected and lied to in a single instance. once again, the owner and the neighbor, waiting until the very last day to try to play some games that I refused to be apart of, considering this service i will tell all minorities buyer beware. To the owners find god. I am still waiting for VRBO to reach back to me.

Fantastic beautiful beach home!

With seven adults and three kids, this home, minutes from the beach was perfect for us. The open floor plans on both the main and upper levels were great for family time when we weren't out exploring the outlets or at Bethany Beach. I really enjoyed relaxing on the sun porch just off of the dining area. My kids also enjoyed their outdoor space that was accessible from the master bedroom on the upper level. Not to mention, there was a third porch/deck over the garage at the front of the house. My grandkids had fun in their own room with the twin beds while my husband and I relaxed in the second master bedroom on the main level. Location was great! We were walking distance to the Harris Teeter grocery store that allowed us to have family meals in the spacious kitchen and dining room areas. You couldn't get to the grocery store without passing the swimming pool which sits right at the entrance of the community. This was our first time taking the home rental route for family vacations. My communications with Barbara were extremely pleasant and she was very accommodating. Looking forward to another stay at this coastal beach home in Selbyville!

Everything We Needed and More

This townhouse as portrayed in the photos does not convey the spacious living areas that we enjoyed. Lots of room for everyone to gather or have time alone. The decor was charming, but not overly fussy. We have never stayed in a place so well-equipped in this area. The one suggestion we have would be to place grab bars next to the toilets and also in the showers. This is a safety issue for older people like us! Thank you to our host, Barbara for answering questions in a timely fashion.

Best Beach Trip

My family and a few of our friends rented from Barbara! The process was very easy and professional. She responded to any of my questions in a matter of hours or minutes! Concerning check in, there was a little problem with the keys, however, the problem was not due to Barbara. She responded to the problem ASAP and we got the keys in a matter of minutes! The house was in perfect condition. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job cleaning! It felt very homey. Any questions that we had, she had an answer to. She even offered to reimburse us if we hd to buy propane for the grill outside. Overall, this house was perfect and we had a wonderful time!

Perfect Stay!

Listing looked exactly like it did online and was clean and spacious. With two master bedrooms it was the perfect size for two families to share. We did a lot of takeout so the huge dining table for shared meals was perfect. One of the best things was how well stocked the kitchen was! We like to cook even when we're on vacation, but we've gotten used to struggling through with very few pots/pans/utensils or low quality kitchen supplies. The kitchen had everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again.

Family Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves, the house was clean and felt like a home. The neighborhood was awesome and the host was amazing. Awesome very beautiful and clean

We would go back. 20 minutes to 3 beaches (Assateague Island, Ocean City, MD and Fenwick Island). Home is in a very quiet area, grocery store 2 minutes away. We would definitely rent again. Lots of beach chairs, body surf boards and toys, games and dvds. There is a lot of space (open concept). We really enjoyed our vacation.

This house was perfect for our 2 families with small children. There are so many cozy places to sit. The kids had their own space. Tons of kitchen supplies for cooking. It was very clean and comfortable.

Hello, my name is Barbara Fishell and I live in the Frederick, MD area. My dream has always been to own a beach house. As a family we have always enjoyed taking trips to nearby beaches from the time I was a little girl. From that time forward my goal was to own a beach house with my Mother, Heidi. Unfortunately, my Mother died in 2014. She had told me, before she passed, that I should go ahead and buy a beach property when she was no longer with us. That's how my daughter and I came up with the name: Heidi's Gift. Since it is really her sacrifice, hard work, as well as her frugal living that has given us this gift of a beach house.

I hope to share this home with my family and friends as well as use it as a rental property. Please enjoy this home with your family and friends, as well. I know many would say why decorate this beach house so nicely - renters will only trash the place. My answer is - the people that will rent and enjoy this beach home should have some amenities that make them feel at home. I've purchased two unisex adult bicycles - renters will need to bring their own helmets. I trust they will treat this house as they would want others to treat their own homes. So, I've added some updated living furniture, a "fussball" table in the loft area with a flat screen tv, and a 60" flat screen tv in the great room on the first floor. These are items I would have loved to have in the rentals we had rented in the past!

I trust you will enjoy and take care of all the items in this Beach Home. It would mean a lot to me. Have a Blessed Relaxing and Exciting VACATION!! Come back and rent from us again, Barbara

I believe this property offers a relaxing and quiet surroundings. It lends itself to a great party layout as well; with its large great room that can be used to play games, watch TV, or watch videos together. If you want to watch something no one else wants to see you can go to one of the other 4 locations within the home to view your favorite TV shows or movies. If you want to read and not leave your family - just go into the sunroom and enjoy your book or computer. There is a Fussball table for all to enjoy in the loft area; along with a chess/checkers table. The Fusball/Soccer table is a favorite of mine. I used to be pretty good at scoring against my family members, but its been awhile.

When I first walked into this property I fell in love with the large great room with its high ceilings, and gourmet kitchen I could see upon my entry. I went back several times just to observe the community. Finally, I rented the home for my daughter and one of my grandchildren. I knew I wanted this property for many reasons. This property is in a quiet community. You can walk or ride your bike within this community or venture out into the nearby Bayside Community where there lots more people vacationing. There they have summer/fall concerts that you can attend. There is a nearby grocery store (Harris Teeter with Starbucks), that you could walk or ride your bike to if you like. The community pool is just a short walk from the home, and it is very private. No one can see you as you swim except for those who are at the pool with you. You are about 4 miles from the local beach. Ocean City, Bethany Beach, and Rehoboth Beach and Outlets are all within a reasonable drive away.
