Vårt vackert inredda kök har allt du kan behöva inklusive ett stort "walk-in" kylskåp och frukostområde. Om du vill äta hemma, kommer vår fantastiska matplats att ge den perfekta miljön. Det finns ytterligare tre sovrum, alla med TV / DVD plus två badrum till. Villan har också ett dubbelgarage och tvättstuga. Vårt ledningsföretag är två minuter bort och kommer att se till att du är väl omhändertagen. Så oavsett om du är på familjesemester och tittar på parkerna eller bara letar efter lite golf och avkoppling så är detta verkligen den perfekta miljön. Highlands Reserve är en av Floridas mest prestigefyllda golfbanor som ligger ungefär 40 minuter söder om Orlando International. Flygplats, på US27, bara 5 minuter norr om Highway I4. Inom Highlands ligger vår villa borta från huvudvägen, på Birkdale Street. Klubbhuset ligger 3 minuters promenad bort .. !! Lokala butiker och bekvämligheter ligger två minuters bilresa, med många restauranger som ligger längs US192 bara 10 minuter bort med bil. Om du vill ha en resa ut till kusten hittar du antingen viken eller Atlanten bara en timme bort i vardera riktningen. Perfekt också för att kolla in Kennedy Space Center eller Busch Gardens. Orlando International 40 minuter. Sanford International 50 minuter. Tampa International 1 timme. Miami International tre och en halv timme

The house was very nice. We had some complaints as the internet didn’t work when we got there and the tvs we couldn’t get live tv. We are not computer savvy. We found an outlet on the kitchen counter that was falling out and they didn’t take care of it. We had problems with the pool and sauna on our last day as it frosted over and we were unable to use the pool. I did call maintenance but no one ever came to check it out. The pool guy came the first week and had mud on his shoes and never washed the pool deck off. It was very confusing also with the days of garbage and recycling. We put it out on the days it said to and garbage was the only thing taken. We put the recycling back beside the house but it was very full. Other than that we loved the house and the area.

Nice place

We liked the property a lot and its location. Nice and quiet street. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to instruct cleaning services to clean better. There was trash from the previous visits we found in the house and around; some tables were not clean. We always leave a tip for the cleaning crew, but not this time. If this were my property, I would hire someone else to clean and manage my property. It is a beautiful house. Just the cleanliness is a big minus for us. I still recommend this property and would come back to this exact location. The owners are doing an excellent job of keeping the house updated and modern.

House need some big time help, pool area unsafe with rusty umbrella stands.

I would think twice about renting this house, not one good thing about it, chairs broken no dishtowels, rug in living filthy, I could on and on. Police came to door said 6 cars were stolen out of the driveways. that week. Of all the houses in Florida I would not pick that one. Still fighting with owner because the pool has a leak, never got warm , glad to be back in Michigan the only good about the trip with the weather..

Excellent Trip!

The property was amazing! Everything we hoped for and more! Glad that we paid the additional $$ to have the pool heated for our late December stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and felt incredibly safe! The home was perfect, the pool was perfect, overall an amazing trip for our family!

The pool was the best!

Property was clean but it was disappointing because the cable did not work and there was no cable box or DVD player in one of the bedrooms. There were also small bugs in the master bathroom and one of the smaller bedrooms.
