Hemmet är ljust och rymligt med gratis Wi-Fi. Det bekväma vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV och DVD-spelare Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och platt-TV med eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen-size säng inklusive en platt-TV. De återstående sovrummen har två enkelsängar och platt-tv. Great house for relaxing after a busy day at the parks

We stayed for 2 weeks - we loved the house. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Games room and swimming pool are both fantastic. We have stayed at Highlands Reserve before in a different house so knew the location was ideal for Disney and Universal.

Pleasent and presentable

We had a great stay. The house contained everything we needed for a pleasant stay. When we had a question about how something worked, we got a fast and nice answear from the owners. Only minus was that we could hear the aircon start during night and the pool pump start in the morning If we where going to Florida again, we would not hessite to book this house again.

Home away from home (with a heated pool)

This property was excellent and was everything we could have hoped for. Traveling with 3 kids, 14, 12 and 10 there was ample room for everyone. This is my third time staying in Highlands reserve so I was familiar with the area. The set of golf clubs in the games room was perfect so I couldn’t refuse a game of golf when my wife and kids relaxed by the pool in the Nov heat. The house has everything you need and all towels etc were plentiful . Free WiFi so the kids were happy and there was so much space in the house everyone could enjoy family time and quiet time. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning my next trip.

A little run down but very functional

Good news —Everything worked- microwave refrigerator washer dryer and air conditioner hot water all things you expect... first impressions... you walk into the house and see vertical blinds missing on the patio door to the pool and some blinds laying in the floor... this we found in other rooms too. The cupboards were designed to open without handles but because of age and wear they stuck ....adding handles would be an easy solution. Faucet handles would come off but we could easily replace. The garbage collection day changes but no documentation updated in the instruction book? Couch and love seat were not comfortable. Sank to almost the floor.. overall OK

Loved our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ,being on the golf course was nice with nobody behind you and a view of the 18th hole on the golf course couple nights we just sat and relaxed and enjoyed the pool watched people on their approach shot to the 18th hole . Being golfers ourselves we enjoyed golfing the course that was within walking distance to the clubhouse. The house was very clean. There was a game room with a pool table air hockey table and foosball table. Our new grandson loved the hot tub at 3 months old and the pool was warm enough for him to be in also. The heated pool was so nice just hot enough to not make it feel uncomfortable when you got in but cool enough to be refreshing love the pool. And Disney being close was great about 35 minutes with no traffic maybe about 45 or more during rush hour. just never went at rush hour time. The house had everything we needed toilet paper paper towel dish soap for washing dishes laundry soap for doing laundry that made it nice not getting there and having no toilet paper or paper towel in the house I have rented houses before we're coming off the road from a long road trip and having no toilet paper was an issue but not at this house it was so nicely set up and supplied. Having the master bedroom downstairs and the other bedrooms upstairs was nice my son and his wife and child had their own place upstairs. And the bathroom for them was upstairs so they could feel comfortable walking around in pajamas without anybody else around.

We had a wonderful time staying in this villa for 2 weeks. It was clean and tidy, and it had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect for our family. The communication with the owner and property management was first class. I would highly recommend this property.

Highlands Reserve Home

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Dank Kathys detaillierter Infos funktionierte die Anreise spät abends reibungslos. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Golfplatzumgebung. Es ist nicht ganz neu aber gut ausgestattet und sauber. Alles war mit dem Mietwagen gut erreichbar: Ihop, Publix, WalMart, Target, Outlet, Universal Studios, International Drive, Kajak Tour zu den Manatees und Alligatoren und viele andere Ausflüge. Die ganze Familie hatte reichlich Platz. Für die Kinder gab es eigene Kinderzimmer und der täglich erfrischende Pool war von einer geräumigen und durch Hecken von Nachbarn sichtgeschützten Terrasse umgeben. Eindrucksvoll waren auch die drei nächtlichen SpaceX Falcon 9 Raketenstarts, aus großer Entfernung gut sichtbar von der Terrasse aus.

Second Visit

This is our second visit to this property. We were last year 2 years ago in 2023. It was great to see how well maintained the villa is, how clean it is and I had forgotten how peaceful the pool is. You are completely isolated from your neighbours and although you overlook the 18th hole in the golf course the golfers (whenever they are there which is far and between) are too far away to affect your privacy. Lovely owners and property management. Dollar tree, publix, Applebee's and ihop just a few minutes drive. Wholly recommend booking this villa.

Great Stay near Parks and Golf!

Great property with plenty of room for the whole family. Pool was clean with towels provided. Games in the garage were fun. Quiet neighborhood with great views. 10 out of 10 property!FYI need to provide your own soaps, toiletries, and paper towels.

Another good stay in the Highlands

House was clean, well stocked and accurately represented.Pool area was well maintained with plenty of pool furniture.Grill was clean and worked well. Had a minor problem with a 10 hour power outage that was eventually corrected. One pool problem that was addressed very quickly. Very happy with the property manager. Would recommend this property.

Excellent Time

Very nice house with all necessary amenities. Great location, especially if you golf. Very quiet neighborhood. John and Kathy were very easy to get a touch with to resolve a couple of things that came up.Would definitely go back if available when returning to Orlando area.

Haus ganz schön, leider ist die Beschreibung fehlerhaft

Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Allerdings war die Beschreibung des Inserats fehlerhaft. Pool war nicht beheizt und hätte laut "CheckIn Ordner" der auf dem Tisch auslag pro Tag 25$ gekostet -. entgegen der Beschreibung, dass der beheizte Pool inklusiv ist. Auch sonst war die Poolinnenwand sehr abgenutzt und zersplittert. Grundsätzlich war das Haus sehr schön, und wir würden es auch nochmal buchen. Allerdings ist das Haus auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sodass der Preis von 1,692€ für 7 Nächte schon zu den teureren Häusern zählte.

Amazing house in great location

The house is fantastic and exactly as described on the listing. We are a family of 3, so this house was twice as large than we actually needed. It was a bit of an indulgence, as the view of the 18th hole sold it to me. Check-in was using the lock box, so the pressure was off as to when we would actually arrive. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We only just discovered the local irish bar on our last evening. We travelled out every day to the disney/sea world areas and it took about 30 mins each way. The house offered the peace that we were looking for after long days at the parks. It was lovely to be able to swim in the evening to cool down. I would definitely recommend this property to any group (large or small). It has everything that you need. Comms with the owners was always prompt and very informative.

Family vacation

Enjoyed the view of sunrise from pool deck. Lots of room for our group. Had a couple of issues during stay but quick response from owners and remedied and didn’t affect our stay. Lots of games for children to play. Enjoyed watching golfers on 18th hole. Kitchen well equipped…liked the ice maker in fridge. Quiet neighborhood.

Great stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - 5 adults and 1 infant. House was spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped including good high chair and travel cot. Great location within walking distance of golf club. Pool area was private and with lovely views. Would have no hesitation returning.

My family of 6 stayed at this lovely home for 2 weeks and let me tell you, this house checks off ALL of our boxes. The home has everything you’ll need in the kitchen, bedrooms and the pool deck. We really appreciated the attention to detail in providing us with Pool towels. Looking forward to coming again soon!!!

Amazing vacation!

I cannot put into words how great our vacation was. Staying here with our family was by far the easiest, most relaxing vacation. We had our family of 8, 5 adults & 3 kids and the house worked perfectly for all our needs. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed which made vacation life easy. We are looking forward to coming back and staying again next year. Thank you.

A lovely house

We have stayed at Highlands Reserve several times and this has by far been the best property we have rented Although this time it was just the two of us the house would have been comfortable had there been a party of eight. The pool was very private with great views of the golf course and poolside furniture was great enough beds for a much larger party. Inside the house had everything we needed and the pool table in the garage was a bonus. Two sets of golf clubs in the garage were an added bonus although we never got round to playing as we only had a week, maybe next time. All in all a great stay and hope to be back one day.

good house but tired in a few areas.

Good house with everything you need. Very clean but a few areas are tired. Hot tub needs a new filter as it only worked once during the 2 weeks of our stay (maintenance cleaned the filter but stopped working shortly after) this is an issue if you want to charge renters to use it. Tiles around the swimming pool need replacing , this would make the pool more appealing. Overall , good house and good location for Disney world.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our first criteria on house hunting was a south facing pool with a spa. When we saw this home on the golf course, John was in love. Needless to say, he enjoys golf and I find it frustrating! But after spending 2 weeks at this villa I changed my mind. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee and a book in the morning while watching the golfers is a calming experience.

The pool area overlooking the 18th hole is a plus! Don't need to play golf just watch it 100 yards away. AND if you're a SPACE-X fan you can see the launch from the pool deck.
