Beläget i den vackra Indian Harbour Beach, Florida i centrala Brevard County, erbjuder vi gästerna en avkopplande vistelse. Alla våra enheter vetter direkt mot havet och ger en vacker havsutsikt! Varje enhet är ett vackert dekorerat 2 sovrum / 2 bad villa. Denna lägenhet på 1350 sf ligger i Indian Harbour Beach Club på andra våningen. Detta lägenhetskomplex vid stranden är en dold pärla som de flesta inte känner till. De som vet om det, bokar vanligtvis sina rum ett år i förväg. Det är täckt och öppen parkering. Och på insidan är masterbadet och gästbadet fullt utrustat med alla nödvändigheter. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. (kom bara ihåg att packa dina strandhanddukar!) Kabel levereras av DirectTV och gratis filmkanaler tillhandahålls. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du kan förvänta dig. Kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis, kaffekanna, mixer, brödrost, etc. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och rummet har två enkelsängar. Tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet. Anläggningen har också en uppvärmd pool, blandningsplaner, gasgrill utomhus och en tvättplats.

Vi ligger bara 8. 8 miles och 19 minuter från Melbourne International Airport, som betjänas av Delta Airlines och US Airways.

The condo needs a deep clean and some mechanical updating. Spare toilet did not flush until husband took back off and fixed it. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Carpet and tile floors need to be cleaned. The condo was well stocked with cooking, baking items.

Great Beach Trip

This property worked great for our Book Club. There was pleanty of room for the 4 of us to hang out for the week on the balcony or inside.

Slice of Paradise

Was a wonderful place for family to hangout and relax. The beach views were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped to cook in. The staff are very friendly and the process while there was painless. We will definitely be coming back and staying again!

Management was very easy to work with, beach was clean and not crowded.. some updates inside ( lighter paint and decor- just a little dark inside for a beach condo) would make it even nicer…overall a great relaxing experience

A slice of paradise 🌴

Nice Beachfront

My family and I enjoyed the wonderful sunrises on the private balcony. The room was clean, a little outdated but exactly what we needed when it came to handicap accessibility for my 90 year old parents. The ocean waves were soothing to listen to, without the noise of a large crowds. Very nice place to stay. I would stay there again for sure.

The place is amazing, manager is great!! I left my sunglasses in the beach shower and they had it at the office the next day. Everybody super friendly 100% recommended. We hope we can comeback next year!

Indian Harbour Beach Club Review

Great location, great amenities, super friendly staff and easy check in and check out process! We had everything we needed and barely left the property, close to many restaurants and grocery store spots. My only suggestion for improvement would be comfiness of mattresses. Still didn’t impact my 5 star rating though everything else was great! Will visit again.

Loved our stay & ocean view!

We loved our stay and plan to be back. Each morning we were able to watch the sunrise (and dolphins!) over the ocean from the balcony, we were able to see a SpaceX launch from the beach and we enjoyed the great location. The walk to the beach is extremely short and easy. The kitchen is filled with everything that you need to cook meals in. Our only constructive feedback is that the second bedroom could have better lighting (it is very dark even during the day) and newer beds. Perhaps a queen trundle bed? Overall, we recommend this condo to all.

Melbourne Beach Memorial Day Weekend

Overall, our stay at this location, met our expectations of quiet and relaxation. We've been to the area many times and really enjoy the beach, laid back atmosphere and nearby dining. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us with a 2nd floor, unobstructed view of the ocean and we enjoyed quite a bit of time on the balcony. The couple of items that I believe could have gone better: smokers - in the unit below us and other nearby units smokers apparently also like to use the balconies/patios to partake in their habits to the point we had to retreat inside. It would be nice if smoking was not permitted on the premises and that the rule was enforced. The other couple of items are minor - all correspondence including stay confirmation, entry instructions and this survey page were transmitted in Spanish and I had to use the computer to translate. Additionally, when I tried to book through the web-site, I was unable to complete the transaction and had to finalize the booking with a phone call. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location with amazing views and great beach access!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. We were traveling for my 15yo son’s baseball tournament. The condo was about 20 minutes from the Space Coast complex and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The balcony was my favorite part of the entire trip. We watched the sunrise one day and took walks on the beach each evening. We refreshed the beach umbrella and chairs for the next guests as they needed to be replaced. Wi-Fi could be better. I worked the first few days but it was slow and the TVs were glitchy. But who needs TV and work when you are at the beach??!!
