Ladies Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our group to enjoy some quality time together. Spacious with lots of options for congregating and making meals together. The surrounding landscape was beautiful and convenient to groceries and necessities. --Even pizza delivery :) Highly recommend it!

Wine tasting weekend

We booked this place for 10 adults for a 5 day stay in the Napa / Sonoma area. Being near Santa Rosa, it was obviously most convenient to the Sonoma Valley wineries. But it worked out great for trips to Napa Valley and the Healdsburg area as well. The house itself is great and communicating with the property manager was very easy. Would definitely stay here again with a larger group on a return visit.

Amazing view and location

Surprised my wife and 12 other friends/family for her 30th birthday. The property had everything had to offer- beautiful views, common spaces, amenities (hot tub and fire pit), and enough space for all of us to get some rest in the evenings. Also, the location of the property was very convenient to Santa Rosa. We were able to get to Costco under 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend this property and its management team for any future group get together.

Amazing

Pulling up to this property was such a lovely experience. The horses and turkeys were meandering around the grounds. The house is beautiful. Has great lighting and views. Loved the porch with the gas fireplace. Perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. We had 9 in our party and we all had a comfortable place to sleep with plenty of bedding. The kitchenware was plentiful. The hot tub is a nice touch. Overall, I was very impressed with the property. Communication with the property manager was easy and the response was quick. Would definitely rent again.

Friendcation 2022

The property was awesome! The husbands would always be the last ones on the deck so we called it time for the "fireside chat". The location was perfect. The longest drive was to San Fran in a little over an hour. The host response to all of my questions was always very prompt Two bedrooms did not have a TV but, for me and this group, that kind of worked out. We packed a lot into the days, so coming "home" to this property was exactly what we needed to wind down. I'd like to go back.

Great Property

We stayed here with a group of 12 for a bachelorette. The property is very clean and all the appliances work as listed. The only issue is that the bathrooms are set up in such a way that of someone is showering, they have to close off the whole bathrooms from anyone else since there is no privacy wall between the shower and the sinks. That makes it just a little tough with so many people staying there. But overall we loved the place, the views are breathtaking, everything is clean, easy to use, and works well! It’s a pretty adorable taste and well situated to go to wineries like Sterling, Castillo, Rombauer etc. in Calistoga and St Helena area. Over all loved it and would highly recommend for large groups!

Beautiful views

It was the perfect property for our moms weekend away. The location was close to many amenities and restaurants yet felt very private. The furnishings and finishes were lovely as was the communication with our host, Marvie. Questions were quickly answered and overall they were pleasant communication exchanges. The communal spaces were well thought out, and the only thing (this is not a criticism against the property, more of a planning observation for large groups) was that the dining table was a bit of a squeeze for our group of 11 adults, we wouldn't have been able to fit the original size of our group at 14. This would have been a non issue if the weather had not impeded our use of the outdoor spaces. So many great memories were made here, thank you for letting us enjoy your property!

Beautiful memories in Santa Rosa

As anyone who has organized an event knows, the hardest thing when planning is communication between all party members. So, it was such a relief to work with this property when organizing my sister's bachelorette party. The property responded to all my messages within 10 minutes before and during our stay. Any issues that arose, were quickly addressed. They communicated when a service repair person was coming to the house, and had the property manager on site. There were plenty of towels, linens, and beds for the 12 adults staying at the house. The house was clean and all the directions were clear for check in/out. The view from all the windows set a very tranquil mood and the side deck was a perfect spot for our on site "paint and sip" provided by Painted Cellars Sonoma County. The bride to be was incredibly pleased and all of the guests hope to make this trip (at this house) an annual event.

We had an amazing time at this property. It was clean and beautiful and the host was very responsive and helpful by letting us check in early. The only slight issue was that I don’t believe this property comfortably sleeps 14 people. There are 4 rooms that comfortably sleep 8 adults and they do provide a couple air mattresses. However, the couches are not real pull out couches so they do not sleep adults comfortably. We had a full house with 14 adults and we made it work for a long weekend but I would keep this in mind if staying longer. Otherwise it was a great stay!!

Perfect House and Location!

We came in town for a family wedding. The house easily fits 3 couples, 4 if they are comfortable sharing a hall bathroom. The location is really great! Ride sharing vehicles had no problem finding the house. You feel like you are on a remote ranch, but you are really only 5 minutes from amenities! The views are amazing!

A must book location for your next wine country event

we had a fantastic stay here last weekend! We hosted friends and family pre wedding festivities and everyone was incredibly complimentary of the location, the decor and the functionality of the house. The location served as an amazing backdrop for our first look and family portraits. The hosts were also incredible in their communication - I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Girls Cali Wine Trip

This property is amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Nine girlfriends gathered to celebrate 50th birthdays. There was plenty of space for everyone. The views were amazing. A country setting but still close to town.

Perfect wine country getaway

Gorgeous property in Santa Rosa! Stayed here with 12 other girls for my sister's bachelorette party. It was truly the perfect place for our weekend! Beautiful views inside and out of the house, plenty of seating/beds. We had so much fun sitting on the deck by the fire pit each night. Would definitely recommend!
