Come & stay right on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean in Cocoa Beach! You can literally walk out the front door, across the patio & you're on the Beach! We are located within walking distance to the Famous Cocoa Beach Pier & all that it offers (restaurants, drinks, surf lessons, volleyball & more). Plus you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or rocket launch viewing.....all just steps from your condo. When in Cocoa Beach, you must visit Ron Jon's Surf Shop....which is also within walking distance! If you're looking for fun adventures for little ones, we have the Dinosaur museum, miniature golf/rope park & Brevard Zoo all within a short drive. And if you're leaving on one of the many Cruises out of Port Canaveral, we're an affordable option on either side of your voyage!

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath unit is on the ground floor (so no steps) & has ONE designated parking spot, which is right by the door. You'll love the easy & safe keyless entry allowing you to check yourself in any time after 4pm. We offer flexible sleeping arrangements by providing 2 queen sized beds & 1 king bed - all complete with comfy toppers, linens, blankets, quilts & pillows! This option also makes this unit a super affordable experience without sacrificing comfort & privacy. Plus there's a 2nd TV in the King bed room! The living spaces are clean, updated & functional for vacationers. We try to offer things we appreciate while traveling ourselves, yet keeping it simple & uncluttered for all the extra "stuff" you bring on vacations. Of course cable TV & internet are provided in case you want to stay in touch with the world (but you probably won't want to!). And there is a TV in the King bedroom as well as the Living Room. Our condo is professionally cleaned & the caretaker lives in the building in case you ever need anything. The complex also offers an on-site coin operated laundry facility.

Feel free to reach out with any questions as to what we provide, but the following is a short list: beach towels, beach chairs, Roku TV, pack & play, Keurig coffee maker & pods, blender, toaster, vacuum, hair dryer, crock pot, all dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, & a starter supply of paper products/soaps/shampoos.
