Villa Sol ligger i ett lugnt område. Huset är perfekt för din semester med vänner eller familj. Från alla terrasser har du romantiska solnedgångar och en drömlik havsutsikt, utsikt över bergen och gamla stan med slott. Det fristående huset vetter mot söder, den privata poolen är omgiven av olika solterrasser med solstolar och ett bord och stolar. Grillterrassen rymmer 10 personer. Privat garage med ny rulllucka finns i huset nedan. Det finns också en parkeringsplats på fastigheten bredvid. Överliggande vardagsrum med två sovrum, på olika nivåer, alla med eget badrum. Köket är utrustat med allt, vardagsrummet är bekvämt inredda, två soffor (varav en är en bäddsoffa), en fåtölj, satellit-TV och gratis internet WiFi-anslutning, i huset och på terrasserna!
Det tredje sovrummet, på översta våningen med tre bäddar, badrum, balkong, satellit-TV, har sin egen tillgång inom fastigheten. Villan kan hyras under lågsäsongen, billigare utan det tredje övre tre sovrummet.

Lovely hosts who communicated well and were very kind. The villa is in a great location, close to amenities and the coast. Arrival was smooth and efficient and the whole stay very relaxing.

Lovely elevated views and privacy on edge of Spanish Town

A very well equipped house with welcome separation between different rooms of the house. Lovely views and spots of sun and shade on terraces on several levels. Lovely hosts who were prompt at helping with queries. The small pool was great for cooling off. It was a short walk or drive to Town or beach although we took the car during the heat of the day, especially as the house is at the top of a steep hill. Almunecar has a Spanish feel. Parking in Town can be tricky at some times of day. Thanks for a lovely place to stay.

Extraordinary property

This villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. It had everything we needed and more! The pool is perfect size for swimming and inflatable fun. The terraces have beautiful views of the town and to the sea and mountains, providing spectacular sunsets. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. There is 'the hill' and a fair few stairs as the house and outdoor spaces are on different levels, but not a issue for us and helped worked off the tappas! Alumecar is a wonderful town, lovely shops, great bars and eateries. The water park is brilliant fun (tip; wear socks or beach shoes so as not to burn soles of feet). Leoni and Jarda are great hosts, both present to greet us with a tour of the villa and bottle of wine on arrival and the pool was kept clean throughout our stay. Thank you for a fun and relaxing holiday. We hope to book again.

La casa era mejor de lo que parece en las fotografías. Está muy bien ubicada, tiene muchas terrazas con buenos toldos para tapar el sol. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventilador y/o aire acondicionado. La cocina está muy bien equipada. La experiencia ha sido muy buena. La recomiendo

Familienurlaub im Casa del Sol

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus! Es ist alles genau so wie in der Beschreibung, sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Die gute Aufteilung und die vielen Terrassen ermöglichen viel Freiraum. Das Haus liegt am Berg und man hat eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Stadt ist fussläufig erreichbar (jedoch muss man natürlich auf dem Rückweg den Berg wieder hoch). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sofort da, wenn man sie braucht (ansonsten angenehm unaufdringlich :-) Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten

Superior property - even better than it looks

Photos do not do it justice - gorgeous property, lots of outdoor space across multiple, separate terraces. All inside space big and airy, all amenities provided. Everything worked and it was very clean. 12 minutes walk from town, but return is steep in places! Property not suitable for elderly or very small children due to steps between terraces, but great for everyone else. Town has lots of variety of restaurants etc, and recommend flea market on Friday morning, 10 minutes walk away. Beach also walking distance, and there is an excellent salt-water waterpark reasonably close by. Thanks to excellent hosts, very welcoming, great communication.

Easter break

We had a very enjoyable stay at this house which we found to be fully equipped and very well furnished with everything needed to relax in and outdoors on the various terraces. Communication with the owners was very good. It’s a 15 minute walk into Almunecar town and during our 9 days we managed easily without a car. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a holiday in a typical Spanish coastal town.

Heel mooie woning met verschillende gezellige terrassen en een heel mooi uitzicht op de stad en de zee. 10 minuutjes stappen naar zee of de winkel. Woning is proper onderhouden. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Excellent stay in Almuñécar

Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Leoni was an excellent host and the property was great! Any small issue we might have had was taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was very comfortable, and the views from the terraces were amazing! Muchas Gracias y Hasta Luego!!

Velegnet familieferiehus

Vi havde en helt ubesværet kommunikation med udlejer inden opholdet. Venlig modtagelse. Fint hus med mange opholdsmuligheder ( ikke velegnet for dårligt gående og helt små børn). Almunecar er den rigtige by - både til at leve i og som udgangspunkt for ture i området.

Das Objekt bietet einen super Blick über die Stadt, es ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet sehr viel Ruhe. Die Stadt ist dabei fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind super... die Empfehlungen bzgl. Ausflugszielen, Events und örtlichen Gegebenheiten waren extrem hilfreich. Jeder Zeit wieder...

A Balcony With A VIEW❤️

We were met by the lovely Leoni, who lives very close by( but very discrete, we didn’t see her the whole two weeks👍) Brandishing a bottle of plonk & a big smile, she showed us around the sprawling villa. You will want for nothing, everything you need is here. We had a terrific time & we’re already planning another trip next year!! Did I mention the view, well you won’t be disappointed, it’s just Wow xx

The house of terraces

A nice spanish-style house, located up on a hill in a quiet and peaceful area. 2 bedrooms with baths, 1 separate studio (outdoor access) with bath. Many terraces to choose from both for relaxing and dining outdoors. Superb to have an own pool with outdoor shower for the hotter days. Both the house and location exactly like described. Short distance to the town centre, down a steep road. Good exercise if you want to walk but easy to access by car as well. Fairly large garage, our large family car fitted nicely. Almunecar seems to be a nice relaxed area with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also several beaches (small pebbles/no sand). Lidl&Mercadona have good selection of food items.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben als Familie einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Einzig der Parkplatz ist mit einem SUV problematisch, soll aber noch verbessert werden. Garage eher für Kleinfahrzeuge, da die Straße durch parkende Anwohner nicht sehr breit aber zugleich sehr steil ist. Der Pool wirkte auf dem Bild etwas größer, er läuft aber zum Ende schmaler zusammen, was aber der Erfrischung nicht geschadet hat. Grundmaße in der Hausbeschreibung sind vielleicht hilfreich. Alle Räumlichkeiten und Bäder waren wie in der Beschreibung sehr schön. Vermieterin und Vermiter sehr nett und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Gesamturteil: Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sein sollten, würden wir das Haus jeder Zeit gerne wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für ein schönes gepflegtes Feriendomizil.

Schönes Haus mit Traumblick, gut zu Fuß in die Stadt und ans Meer

Wir fanden zu sechst immer ein nettes Plätzchen auf einer der Terrassen. Schöner kleiner Pool der allerdings erst ab 11:00 Uhr Sonne bekommt . Komplett ausgestattete Küche, drei schöne Zimmer mit jeweils tollen Bad.

Very nice and charming villa

We stayed in this house 4 weeks in March/April 2018 and enjoyed it very much. Villa Sol is a very nice, clean and charming house with beautiful vievs over Almunecar and the sea. The owners are very friendly and helpful and they responded very quickly to our queries. The house is very well equipped and the kitchen has everything you may need. Outside there are four different terasses and a private pool and you have your own garage for a car. The house is located in a very steep hill not far from the town center but we preferred to use the car instead of walking the hill up and down to the town.

Dejligt hus og beliggende i fin afstand til byen.

Tak for et dejligt ophold. Familien på 6 voksne og 2 børn (1 år og 4 år). Det var dejligt at vi havde hver sit værelse med tilhørende bad og toilet. Lejligheden for sig selv, passede fint til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Huset havde mange forskellige muligheder for ophold på de forskellige terrasser, dette var rigtig fint. En god vandretur i området krævede en god kondition med de store niveauforskelle. Vi havde fine oplevelser i byen med bl.a et stort marked om fredagen. God beliggenhed i forhold til ture i området. Vi besøgte også den dejlige badestrand dog nogle dage med meget store bølger. Bedste hilsner Familien Hansen Danmark

Perfect

Lovely Villa in the hills surrounding Almunecar, only 5 minutes by car to the centre of town. The property is well maintained, clean, beautifully furnished, with 4 sepearate terrace areas and a usable swimming pool. Kitchen has everything that could be required. It also has the added benefit of a garage which is large enough for even the largest of cars. Owners are helpful and friendly. We'd recommend this Villa to anyone,

Very nice house with nice and sunny terraces.

We spend 4 weeks in the house in February 2017. We were very satisfied with the house. It was as we had expected it from the pictures. The house has five different terraces’ in three levels, one with a pool. It is turned against south, which means, that there were sun on all the terraces’ from 10 o clock until sunset. In one of the weeks we were six persons and the three bedrooms with bathrooms was ok. When we were two alone in the house, we used the “studio” as breakfast room, and enjoyed the sunlight coming up over the town and the mountains. A car is useful, as the roads from the town is rather steep. Almunecar is a very charming town, and there are lots of walking routes in the area.
