Längs nerför kullen från det berömda Chatham Light House, är detta ett våningsboende, 2 sovrum, 2 badrum i slutet av enheten, så nära havet som du får!

Detta öppna planlösning hem ligger några steg från condo associationens privata strand och erbjuder underbar utsikt från nästan alla rum. Tänk dig att sippa ditt kaffe tidigt på morgonen och sitta på ditt eget däck för att se tidvattnet komma in.

Klättring och fiske är rikligt och denna plats har en skyddad hamn och den snabbaste tillgången till Nantucket Sound och Atlanten. Den yttersta hamnen marina hamnen ligger precis intill. Downtown Chatham, med sina restauranger och shopping, ligger bara en promenad eller cykeltur bort. Den närliggande Monomoy National Wild Life Refuge erbjuder riklig fågelskådning och möjligheter att utforska!

I vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa och stor plattskärms-TV. De två sovrummen (ett med en king size-säng och den andra med två tvillingar och en dubbla utdrag) erbjuder också plattskärms-TV.

Köket har diskmaskin och bänkskivor i granit. Enheten innehåller också en staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare, central A / C, gratis wifi och en källare med pingisbord. Förutom det privata oceanfrontdäcket och en utomhus sittgrupp för två med Adirondack stolar som ligger på ett "golv" av krossade skal, finns det också en lång täckt uteplats längs sidan av byggnaden med en gasgrill, picknickbord och extra sittplatser för 6-8.

Awesome place, great views & location

The location is the best in Chatham! Sunrise & Sunset views every day. Very quiet but so close to downtown. Perfect place for a nice quiet get away. Sarah & Dave are great hosts. Very accommodating, easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Views!

I enjoyed my time in this pretty home with beautiful views! The owners seemed to think of everything in this nicely equipped getaway, so the only thing to do was rest, explore nature and enjoy quaint Chatham. Loved it and hope to return.

Gorgeous views and comfortable stay

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) spent a lovely week at Sarah and Dave's home. We enjoyed amazing views of the water and it was like being in our own nature show. The kids spent hours enjoying the beach and the crabs. The tide pool that fills up at high tide was it's own adventure, as you had to walk through waist-deep water if you timed your beach breaks right. Even with a couple rainy days, we had an amazing vacation - the condo was well stocked for dinners in a couple nights, and Chatham was a short drive away. We had an amazing week!

Spectacular!

Wonderful condo that directly faces the water! Private beach is steps from the door….we saw beautiful assorted shore birds, bunnies… Walked the flats at low tide collecting shells and making memories! Would definitely book again!

Paradise

The location of this house is spectacular. The views are amazing. We watched seals and so many types of birds. The house is in a great location. Its close to town and various hiking trails and long strtches of beach. Sarah is very responsive. We cant wait to go back.

First Visit to Cape Cod

Enjoyed our very first visit to Cape Cod with our college aged daughters this past week. This place made it as enjoyable as we could have been imagined. While we spent much of our time on the Cape visiting other areas - Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown, Hyannis Port, etc. -Chatham was the best place to call home for dinners and breakfasts, and our VRBO was the perfect venue for quiet nights along the shore. We felt right at home watching movies as a family before calling it a night. Clean and very comfortable, no complaints here. We'd do it all over again. Thank you, Sarah and Dave, for providing the perfect place for our first trip to the Cape!

I Felt Spoiled

For me, it’s all about the ocean. Great view of the ocean, easy access to a quiet private beach, marshland ecosystem you can explore at low tide, shells & wildlife including Great Egrets, Snowy Egrets and some seals popping up in the distance. This place has it all. It’s just a bonus that the condo itself is spacious, clean and well-stocked. The owners have a great informational pamphlet that spells out everything you need to know clear as day. Small caveat: The beach is behind a barrier island so you aren’t directly on the open Atlantic and the waves are not large, no sound of the surf, etc. To me, it was a slice of paradise and I would turn around and go back today if I could.

Perfect beach location!

Can’t beat this location for a low key beach vacation! We didn’t even venture to any larger beach the whole week- just walked out the front door and crossed the tiny pond at low tide or waded through the water if we didn’t time it right and enjoyed the beach right next to the condo where we could explore the flats at low tide, watch boats coming and going from the marina, and best of all watched the group of seals that seemed to like hanging out right there in the water- we could even see them from the living room window! Main Street in Chatham was a couple minute drive to enjoy shops and restaurants. The condo was overall great for us. We had plenty space to unpack and put all our things. Beds were comfortable. Worked out fine for us as my parents took the bedroom with the twin beds and didn’t care, but only one of the bedrooms has a tv (which would have mattered to me if we were in that bedroom). We loved being down the street from the lighthouse and centrally located on the Cape to have easy day trips to Hyannis and Provincetown. We overall had a great week and would likely book again!

Amazing weekend!

Overall this was a fabulous place for a girls’ weekend! You can’t beat the location. Beds were comfortable and the place was well appointed and clean. The cons were that there is a musty smell, but think that is mainly because of the location (really damp sea air) and mostly comes from the basement. Some updating needed. I would definitely return.

Breathtaking views

Literally ocean front, with a private beach to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of Chatham. So close to town, Chatham Bars Inn, National Seashore and so many other Cape Cod points of interest. The condo has quaint vintage cottage, nautical themed decor, and large windows facing the barrier islands... great for seal watching in the channel leading to the marina next door. It was nice and convenient to have washer/dryer in the unit. There is alot of dampness, which should probably be expected in a water front property on the Cape. Sarah is very responsive, and interested in assuring guests are comfortable during their stay.

Great beachfront stay with private beach

Stay was great. Condo was as described and location is amazing. Condo itself was a little dated and being so close to the water, the moisture in the air was palpable at all times. But waterfront is what we wanted and we would definitely return.

Beachfront in Chatham with great views

This first floor condominium with great views of the everchanging beachfront was terrific. Adjacent to the Outermost Marina in Chatham allowed for watching boats coming and going as well as playful seals in the distance. Depending on the tide you could walk right onto a long white sandy beach or you might have to wade in knee to chest deep water to access the beach that literally connects to the Chatham Light Beach. The few kids in the area loved snorkeling in the subsequent small pond at high tide. Lots of exploring and hiking available. The Condo was clean, loved that we had two bathrooms and a full kitchen, full sized appliances, large dining area and plenty of comfortable seating. The stackable washer and dryer were very convenient. The kingsize bed was comfortable with good pillows. The second bedroom had two twin beds and they also seemed comfortable. The decor was cottage cute. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries. We will definitely return in the future. The beach access can't be beat.

Be advised

The location is great, with a major exception. The pictures do not show that you are in a first floor unit with a condo above you. Based on other reviews, this was not a problem for others, but we had two kids jumping around above us all week and it was very loud (the lighting fixture above the dining room table would rattle) and not relaxing. Sarah did try reaching out to them twice, but to no avail. The location on South Beach and near downtown is great.

Perfect location to explore The Cape!

This was our first time on the cape, and Sarah’s condo was the perfect home base to explore all there is to do on Cape Cod. The views from the first floor end unit are amazing, and the private beach is a great place to hang out or take long walks at low tide. It’s an easy walk to lighthouse beach and only a few minutes drive to some great shops and restaurants in Chatham.
