Harbor View Loft # 3 är en helt ny, waterfront lägenhet - tillräckligt stor för alla!

En utmärkt plats för dessa unika sjön Condominiums i resortgemenskapen Macatawa ger en unik miljö där det är lätt att koppla av och njuta av livet vid vattnet. Harbor View Lofts ligger i de två översta våningarna i den tidigare Piper Restaurant på Eldean Shipyard Marina och har utsikt över den aktiva sjön Macatawa Harbor. Gästerna på Harbor View Lofts har tillgång till den privata Lake Michigan-stranden som ligger en kort promenad bort.

Detta är NY enhet, HV # 3, har många förstklassiga funktioner och bekvämligheter. Enheten har 8 sovrum och 5 badrum. Ett stort kök, matplats och vardagsrum med utsikt över vattnet från 2: a våningen medan en "Flying Bunk Room" ger en fåglar utsikt över sjön från toppen av den 3: e historien. Det finns 3 vattendäck. Två sovrum, en andra och en på 3: e våningen, har alla ett däck utanför sovrummen. En huvudsaklig "grill" däck, med utsikt över sjön, och ligger utanför andra våningen vardagsrummet och är komplett med en Weber gasgrill och uteplats bord och stolar. På bottenvåningen finns en vattnet uteplats / däck.

Det finns ett shuffleboardbord inuti för roligt och spel!

Begränsad tillgång är tillgänglig för användning av Eldean Marina s anläggningar under sommarsäsongen, inklusive användning av Sandvolleyboll, användning av pool / badtunna (max 5 personer i taget - inga stora grupper) och användning av lekplatsen . Poolen och badtunnorna är öppna Memorial Day Weekend genom helgen efter Labor Day.

För båten finns slipsar tillgängliga för en extra nattavgift på Eldean Shipyard. Elektriska cyklar, kajaker, paddle boards, våg löpare och en ponton båt finns att hyra från 1Adventure Company och Holland Water Sports.

Girlfriends Weekend

Nine best friends stayed here during Girlfriend’s Weekend for 3 nights. The view over the water in the early spring with ice still on the water was amazing! The place was very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of towels. My bed was very comfortable. We loved all the artwork, the natural sunlight and openness of the condo.

Way above excellent!

We used this as a homebase during a family wedding. This property is extremely well equipped! We were there over the first week of January, I’m sure in the summer it would be a bit more noisy with all of the activity in the harbor. But if you go in the summer, that’s probably what you’re going for! The host is very cooperative and quick with the communication communications.Cannot recommend this large, spacious and art filled intentional home highly enough!

Weekend Getaway with Old Friends

Four couples who have been friends for over thirty years met at up at this property for a long weekend. The property exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well appointed, the view over the harbor was beautiful, and the many bedrooms and bathrooms ensured everyone was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful spot on the water!

This was a great spot for our group of 5, as we each had privacy and access to bathrooms. The view was great! The space was comfortable! We had all that we needed. It is a fun and whimsical space, but very usable and enjoyable. Appreciate the whole experience and the property.

Loved harbor View loft #3

Ours was a girls trip. We loved the property and area. Spent a lot of time in making meals and reminiscing. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Would book again. My only complaint is with the WIFI. TV's are streamed and WIFI is too weak to support it. We could not get cell service either. In this day and age of technology I would think there is a solution for this. The property manager tried her best to fix...but was unable to.

Tulip Time on the Lake with College Friends

Very nice location. Beds were very comfortable (good mattresses). Nice layout. Excellent views of Lake Mac. We had 5 couples that had plenty of privacy with the number and locations of the bathrooms.

Another wonderful stay!

Sister’s reunion. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all to be comfortable. Enjoyed the view with both our morning coffee and evening cocktails. The staff was, once again, a pleasure to work with.

Family getaway

Great place for forced family fun

We enjoyed getting together with extended family for our Dutch Christmas. We loved that there were bedrooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms so no waiting. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a crowd. The table bowling was a huge hit with all ages. The views of lake Mac were incredible.

Perfect Getaway for Thanksgiving

This was a great location for our family to meet to celebrate Thanksgiving. The condo was spacious, very well equipped, and was well supplies. We enjoyed the view over the marina and Lake Macatawa. Although it was off-season, we did spot a freighter. Thanks for hosting us.

Perfect Weekend in Holland

We loved the space and views from this condo. It was spotless, check-in was a breeze, beds are very comfortable and communication with host was fantastic. Jessica had the condo cleaned early for us because we were trying to arrive early. We were also able to check-out a little later than the normal check-out time because no one was checking in after us. Thanks for accommodating us! The kitchen has everything you need, there are lots of games and books available. Even though it rained most the time, we still had a fabulous time. Thanks!!!

Another Great Stay at Harbor View # 3

This was the second time six couples stayed at Harbor View #3 for our annual golf trip to Michigan! Everything from reserving the unit through checkout was great. The unit is well stocked with everything expected and needed to cook in for dinner on occasion and relax on the deck overlooking the Marina. The unit is clean (very important to us), the website pictures are accurate and there is plenty of room to spread out and have a bit of privacy if wanted! No complaints from 12 Type A adults (well some of us) so that should tell you something! We highly recommend this property; enjoy your stay!

Fantastic family reunion

Great for a crowd in a beautiful spot. Lots to keep everyone - from mid 20s to 90s in our group- engaged and happy. Deck terrific in nice weather and we enjoyed the grill and big kitchen. Also enjoyed trips to Saugatuck and Holland. Having a kayak, paddle board and pontoon boat concession right next to the house was also really nice.

Beautiful lake views everywhere!

Many great spaces for relaxing with family/friends. The amazing views of the lake can be seen through the large windows in many directions. Super comfortable beds and very clean. It is decorated with a fun artsy flair. Look forward to a return trip!
