Perfect house for a large family gathering. We loved the short walk to the beach and the open spaces, inside the house and outside too.We enjoyed the house and area very much!

We were very impressed!!

Lots of room for guests and the kitchen was well equipped which we don’t always see! A beautiful two block walk to the boardwalk and front of the beach! We would definitely recommend.

This house is the perfect fit for our annual family beach trip. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and we love the large deck. The house was very clean which isn’t easy for such a big house. Communication with the owner was good. Looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful House for 9 Friends

A group of 9 friends who met 50 years ago at college met for a reunion in Seaside. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs -- all were very nice. The kitchen opens into the dining/living room -- open floor plan was really great for visiting. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with enough plates/cups and utensils. The host was very responsive to any questions and check-in was easy. Thank you!

Perfect Stay at the Coast

Best VRBO we've ever stayed in! It was clean, homey and fit our needs perfectly. Owner was amazing to work with - great communication and made our stay more than comfortable! We will definitely book again!

Family House

This was a great, very clean house for our family- 5 adults and 3 small children. Wagon ride or walk to the beautiful beach! Nice floor plan and outdoor deck for everyone to spread out. Good location to local restaurants and businesses. Host was super friendly and helpful! She was so quick on responding!!! It is in a neighborhood, so has your neighbor noises, etc.

Great location

2 blocks from beach and less than a mile from downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much. The propane tank on the bbq grill was empty and the grill was pretty old and rusty. We find grilling an important part of our summer stay.

Perfect PNW Beach Getaway

This VRBO is on the south side of Seaside, away from the busy downtown area. The 2-block walk to the beach was perfect and that area was no overcrowded. The house was clean, light and airy. A large deck and open fire pit area made the cool evenings and nights with a sea breeze floating in just perfect. We could not have been happier with our stay.

We'll be back

We loved our stay! The home is darling and the location wonderful! Our only two complaints were a full kitchen garbage when we arrived at the house a pretty pesky ant infestation. Otherwise the home Was clean and comfortable!

Oceanside Blessing

Very comfortable accommodations and prompt responses when reaching out to the owner. Everything was in its place and provided in the location made our stay. Extremely entertaining with seaside festivities and beach campfires. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow lots to be done in a short amount of time and will definitely return.

This is our third stay in kari's home! We love everything about it! Quiet street, updated home, quick walk to the prom and beach. Kari is so easy to communicate with and is so helpful and accommodating! We recommend this vacation home without reservation!

A great place to enjoy time in Seaside!

My whole family was very happy with our stay! House was sparkling clean and fresh and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having enough towels for the weekend. When I needed an iron and ironing board Kari had them delivered right away. That type of service makes a huge positive impression.

A Seaside Getaway

Our first time visiting the Oregon coast we knew we wanted somewhere close to the beach with enough room for the whole family. The house is about as close as you can get to the beach and in a quieter section of the beach at that! Compared to some other areas we visited in seaside and canon beach is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, a nice escape from the more densely crowded areas of both communities. We had an unfortunate, freak of nature, accident while staying and the host arranged a rush clean up job so that we could continue enjoying our vacation. The house came well equipped with everything we could need, especially in the kitchen as we like to cook. The host and property made for a great first time trip to seaside!

Great stay

The location of the house is great. The check in procedure was really easy and the owner was easy to reach when we had a hiccup getting in the door - user error. It is so close to the beach and within walking distance of a couple good restaurants. the living space was great for larger groups. We had 7. I will say that the stairs to 2nd floor are kind of steep and you need to be careful. An elderly aunt was very nervous going up and down. Please note that the twin beds in the room with multiple beds were smaller beds. I believe the owner said they standard and not XL. If you have adults, it will not be a comfortable stay in those beds.

Everything was great! We were missing a couple of things but wasn’t sure whose responsibility it was to provide…was quickly resolved with a quick trip to Safeway. All in all it was a great stay.

We booked a house to have enough room for our family to enjoy while visiting seaside. I have a teenage Son who enjoyed the air hockey. The house had a perfect amount of space for us all to be comfortable. The host thought of little details, like board games, which was appreciated. The house was also a short distance to the beach, which was great. It was a relaxing trip.

Purchasing this home was a project for us and it took 12 weeks to remodel the interior & exterior bringing it up to modern day standards. This home offers a comfortable & classy beach feel and leaves our visitors wanting to come back to make memories of their own.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION while this home is not on the beach it is a straight shot from the home down T Street and you are on the S. Promenade. Walk, Ride or run down the promenade & visit the downtown attractions or stay on the South Side and watch the surfers ride the waves in the cove, search for shells & enjoy a more peaceful part of the beach.

Seaside offers a different perspective to your typical Seaside visit while still being walking distance to Broadway St. This quiet end of town offers restaurants, shops, bars, golf & its own local grocery store. This park also offer restrooms & a public boat launch.
