Välkommen till vårt hem. Denna lägenhet är mycket rymlig, med 2 sovrum (1 dubbelsäng i vardera), vardagsrum med utdragbar soffa, matplats, kök och badrum. Familjevänligt område med en nyrenoverad park mot trädgården för nöje (basketplan och basebollfält ingår). När det gäller plats är hotellet cirka 10-15 minuter från Boston och cirka 10 minuter eller mindre från flygplatsen (beroende på trafik). Mycket lätt att navigera runt, nära bussar och tåg. Gångavstånd till köpcentra (livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger och snabbmat). Protokoll från Assembly Row där du också kan njuta av shopping, en film eller nattlivet.

Perfect place to rest in between exploring Boston.

The residence was perfect for our girls trip, we were close to the train station to get us out to Salem as well as to get us into North station to get to Boston. Very clean and accommodating.

Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here! Our host was extremely responsive and great to communicate with! The only challenge was parking; however we were able to easily communicate with the other tenants.

Great few days

Perfect spot for a quick jump into Boston by bus! The house was just what we needed after two long days walking around Boston. That was the MOST COMFORTABLE bed I’ve ever slept in!

Short trip to Boston

Nice park for children in the back of the house. The bed was so comfortable. Near a big supermarket. The street is narrow. We enjoyed our stay and found everything that was needed.

Boston or Bust

We needed a place near Boston for our “tour thru New England” trip. This place was exactly as advertised with a great park behind it. Clean and roomy for us to stay (& even work) while we were here.

Perfect get away spot

We stayed here for the weekend and went to Salem during the day. Host was very attentive with checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy! Place had everything we needed for 4 days! Will look for this place again if we travel back to this area! Also decorated very cute!

A beautiful apartment in an interesting city

A lovely clean spacious apartment with good air conditioning in all the main rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The property is well located being a 15 minute Uber journey to downtown Boston or 50 minutes on the T. Communication with the host was generally good although they didn’t answer our questions about storage of luggage so we had to do our own research and make our own arrangements.

Great location for day trips

My octogenarian Mom and I stayed here and took day trips to Newport, RI, Concord and Cambridge, and Salem. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Some staples are available but not others (pepper). Great price point.

Review

Older house with nice renovations. Good kitchen setup as we made at least one meal or two per day (dishware and cleaning supplies well provided!). Furniture was a bit dirty but nothing off-putting. Place itself was clean and plenty of linens. Not a bad location in terms of being outside of Boston proper but still very close. We drove in each day and parked with no hassle. About a 20 minute drive for 7 miles or so. The immediate surrounding area was not all that well kept (including the park) but for inner City probably average. Fairly quiet neighborhood which was nice. No laundry in case that matters to you. Manager responded immediately to my two phone calls with minor questions!

Good location has parking but not without its headaches

Rental was VERY clean and just as advertised. Close enough to Boston to only be a 15-40$ Uber ride to city depending on . Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked minimally but sufficient. Complaints were that neighbor has EXTREMELY loud trash can muffler car that’s parked just outside bedrooms which was fired up and allowed to warm up for 10 minutes each morning. Also if you have a car (which is the entire reason we stayed outside the city) you share a driveway with the other VRBO guest. So…you have to use an Alexa to communicate with your vrbo neighbor to have them move their car if they are parked behind you. That might be normal in the city but was a suprise for us. We had some issues on the day we had an early morning planed trying to get out of the driveway.

essentials were missing. why would a rental with a kitchen have NO silverware? That's just odd. I looked and old reviews from WAY earlier mentioned it but they never bothered to get some cheap utensils. The parking was a bit of a pain and the noise of upstairs neighbors would be a problem if you were a light sleeper. That said the location was good and the house was clean.

Great stay

The room was stylish and very clean.The host was always polite and quick to respond to any questions, which made my stay very comfortable.There were plenty of seasonings and cooking utensils, so it was easy to cook.It would have been even better if there had been a washing machine, but there was a laundromat about a 5-minute walk away.I definitely recommend this place!

Inconsiderate Owner. Lies in description

Unfortunately, this property did not live up to expectations. We were in the downstairs unit. The upstairs was sooo loud. They weren’t running or jumping, but every step echoed throughout our unit. It’s an old house that creaked under any movement. Worst than that, four women were only given four washcloths for four nights of stay and six towels. No hand towels were supplied. When I messaged the host about the shortage, he was rude and said there was nothing he could do at first. When I pressed further, he finally said he would bring some the next night. He NEVER brought more towels, washcloths or hand towels. The absolute worst thing was two of the nights he remotely turned up the heat without notifying us. When we finally realized what was happening, I messaged him. He turned it down but we were already sweating and red faced. He apologized but did it again the next night. Also, the parking he says is available in his description is actually only one parking spot to be shared between the two units. So, you’re supposed to speak to the other tenants if they park in the street and block you in the driveway. What?! He doesn’t tell you that until day of check in. So, if you like to wash your hands and face more than once a day and dry them on something you haven’t dried your entire body on, don’t stay here.
