This Vrbo was perfect for our stay in Boston for a friend’s wedding. The keypad locks on the doors made for easy in and out of the apartment. There is a strip mall conveniently located right across the street and another shopping area closer to the T, otherwise the location does feel a bit far from the action of Boston. Unfortunately, the television was unable to be used during our stay due to a parental control setting accidentally being activated on all streaming apps by a previous guest. We made do with our laptops but it was an inconvenience for some evenings when we just wanted to unwind after a busy day. Maria was very attentive throughout our stay, answered questions promptly, and tried to get the tv issue resolved. The check in and check out process was smooth and being able to park our rental car in the back was very nice, the instructions we were given for that were thorough and clear. Overall, we would stay here again.

Pros- 1) good location; 2) good sized living room and dining room; 3) love not having to carry around a key since you enter with a code; 4) wall units kept the place coolCons- 1) the staircase to the unit is extremely narrow and it's difficult to take up luggage; 2) every time someone from upstairs walks around, it sounds like they are jumping up and down-it is so loud and can easily wake you up if you're asleep and they're still awake walking around; 3) not enough kitchen supplies (no cutting board, very few bowls and plates, no scissors, no saute pan); 4) parking should be included (it only costs 25/year to purchase a resident parking for the city and the owner charges 15/day for parking); 5) the place needs a fresh coat of paint and a more thorough cleaning crew

The apartment was as described. I love older homes, so it was a treat to stay there. It was a three-family house, but we rarely heard the other families, and we made sure we weren't too loud. We could not turn on the TB with the remotes, but the owners were swift in responding and re-programmed the TV with the correct remote the next day. We were gone most of the time, so watching TV was not an issue.I would recommend this apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, with the T station within walking distance, and would gladly stay here again. There was also a bus stop very close to the apartment, as well as multiple restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice stay good location

Stayed for the Boston Marathon. Very close walk to Main orange T- train station. Stores for needs across the Highway with some restaurants. 5 min drive to Assembly Row. Great restaurants while not going into Boston itself. Only downside is it was very noisy with the upstairs. Also had construction working on lower unit at 6am and no a!c.

Perfect for our longer stay

Our stay at the Piano apartment was pretty great. The hosts were very responsive to any issues that came up and friendly, too. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very close to numerous restaurants and stores for any shopping needs.There were enough linens, the heating worked well, the oarking space was wide and the handrails in the stairs were helpful. The internet stregth was great and we were very comfortable staying there for numerous weeks.

Salem Trip

We wanted to take our girls to Salem around Halloween but didn’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Salem. This was the perfect spot for our family. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway.

Quiet neighborhood in a good location

Very clean apartment. Really convenient for our Billie Eilish concert at TD Garden and quick trip from/to the airport. Owners were very helpful and accommodating to let us drop off our luggage early. Our granddaughter is a musician and was over the moon about the baby grand piano!

Medford

The flat was excellent and well placed for access into Boston and beyond. The Orange Line Transit station was 5 minutes walk from the flat and this line runs through North Station where you can take the Commuter Rail system to Manchester-by-the-sea or Concord. Within a 2 minute walk there are supermarkets and fast food outlets too. If looking at this flat as a place to visit Boston and the surrounding area, I would recommend you consider it.

nice clean place

We all had a great time. Place was clean, well stocked and close to shopping and highways. check in process was easy. The only minor issue was that the mattress was very noisy and springy.

Exactly as described! A lovely spot close to tons of amenities and the train station

The property was lovely! A beautiful combination of new and old, the overall feel was very comfortable and welcoming. Couple little things that could be take into consideration for minor improvements/additions: - bed in the master bedroom creaks and squeaks loudly (each time my husband rolled over through the night, the noise would wake me up) A piece of plywood over top of the slats would easily solve the problem. However, the sheets were beautiful and soft, and the mattress was very comfortable! - there was only one dish towel, but no dish cloths. We had one roll of paper towel but couldn’t find more if we would have run out. - the welcome binder I think needs a few updates, but still had very helpful information in it. - the house has 2 units, and the back door of our unit exits to the shared laundry room. The door handle on this door is one like you would find on a bathroom - like you could open it from the outside with a flat headed object, and therefore it would be easy for someone to come in unannounced. We pushed the small kitchen table over against it for some extra security, as it butted against the fridge when we did so. The location is fabulous… many amenities less than a 5 min walk away, including a pharmacy, 2 grocery stores, pet store, coffee shops, restaurants, a gym, and more! We were also about a 10 min walk from the train station that took us right into Boston in about 15 mins. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Good stay

Place was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Location wise also very centrally located and easy to get to whatever we needed. We found out closer to check in that parking on site was available for a daily fee. Would have appreciated knowing this at the time of booking.

Medford review

Property was nice and ranks a 5 on all of the factors listed above. That said, the property lacked a few things that would have made it a 5 overall. Would prefer to give a 4.5 in general. Feedback is that it was difficult to find the parking behind the house even with the aides provided, especially in the dark. It might have helped to have a video showing how to get to the parking. Also, the beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable. Perhaps a foam mattress topper or new mattresses would help. Finally, there were some stains on the ceiling that appeared to be from a previous leak. It would be nice to have those repaired and painted. But, even with these points of feedback, would stay with this property owner again.

Very nice 2 bedroom mid level accommodations in Medford with easy walking distance to Fellsway shopping center and very close to Boston. Clean place with easy access and very responsive communications with Leonardo and Maria.

Decent location, could improve amenities

The location of the house was convenient to sights around Boston. The inside was in good shape and the wood floors and brick wall are nice touches. The kitchen was lacking in supplies and there were very few towels for a family of 4. Suggest restocking the kitchen with basics such as baking sheets, sponges for cleaning dishes, and kitchen towels and providing additional bath towels.
