Villa Charm är ett vackert specialbyggt hem i södra stil i det lugna bostadsområdet norra änden av Tybee Island som kan hyras av familjegrupper eller ansvarsfulla vuxna över 25 år. Villa Charm är en ny semesteruthyrning som först kan hyras från och med nyår 2019. Villa Charm ligger bredvid sin syster speglade bygga Villa Palms. Det finns 4 stora sovrum med 4. 5 badrum i detta hem. Tre av dessa sovrum är varje sovrum med eget badrum med eget badrum och privata balkonger. Detta hem är husdjursvänligt och stranden är bara 500 "bort.

Villa Charms främsta inträdesnivå är en öppen planlösning av det stora vardagsrummet och ett fullt utrustat kök och matplats. Köket har en dubbel inbyggd ugn, stort kylskåp, matlagningsområde, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. I vardagsrummet finns en stor 55-tums platt-TV, 2 soffor, 1 dubbelsäng bäddsoffa. Matbordet har 8 och 3 extra sittplatser på köksöens beredningsområde.

Ett av sovrummen är på baksidan av denna entréplan med ett privat badrum inklusive duschkabin och klo fots badkar och privat balkong. Den viktigaste ingångsnivån till detta hem inkluderar också ett tvättstuga med full storlek hög effektivitet tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett halvt badrum i korridoren.

Övre våningen inkluderar de andra två sovrummen med privat promenad i duschar och badkar med klor och ett fjärde sovrum med två enkelsängar över hela sängar och ett badrum tvärs över korridoren. Detta golv har en specialbyggd våtbar med platt-TV och en soffa med drottning. Tre master sovrum har platt-TV med DVD-spelare. Great vacation house

Our stay was great. Anthony was very attentive to our needs and a great host. We were there for our family reunion and decided to make it a week vacation for the kids. There was well equipped with everything and more you needed to make our stay comfortable. It really felt like a gone away from home.

Nice rental very close to beach

Very well stocked house. Super clean and had a little something for all cleaning needs. Super close to the beach and every activity was about one mile from the house. Loved the multiple Master bedroom suites and provided separate space for the kids. Would rent again.

Spacious and exceptional

Exceptional, vacation rentals! Owner goes up and beyond and supplies the house with all the little things that are typically forgotten while traveling. Super spacious bedrooms including three in large master bedrooms with private bathrooms. Very clean and high end finishes. Super location and highly recommend!!

A Gem!

Rain or shine, this place was a fantastic stay. Though it rained for most of our trip, the home provided ample space for us to hang out and relax. The porches on every floor allowed for a great time to sit out and feel the breeze or listen to the rain. Situated in the perfect part of Tybee Island, the short walk to the beach over the boardwalk was perfect. The entire house was so clean and homelike. Tony was excellent throughout the whole rental process and answered questions quickly. This is by far one of the best rental experiences I've had!

Absolutely Perfect!

We recently stayed at this beautiful house on Tybee Island, and it was absolutely amazing. The house was located in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops, and bars. The house itself was perfect. It was spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The host was also wonderful. He was very responsive to our questions and requests, and he made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Tybee Island.

Nice clean large house with plenty of space

This is a true VRBO, Tony the owner is your point of contact and he takes good care of you. If you need anything from him he lives nearby. We were two families with 4 kids in the 12-14 range and had plenty of space. The 3 bedrooms with king beds were very large and had large bathrooms as well. The bunkbed room was a little smaller and the bathroom was across the hall but still worked fine. There is also a sitting room with couch and TV just outside the bunk room. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. The location is very close to a beach access point but this is the river side of the beach. If you want to be on the actual Atlantic you need to drive or take a very long walk. However, Tony provides a parking pass so you can park anywhere on the island without having to pay. A very nice bonus! There were also beach chairs in the garage, along with a second fridge that we used to keep all of our drinks cold.

Great beach home in a great location

The home was immaculate and just beautiful. We had family from several states meet here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was no problem as there was plenty of pots and pans, and silverware, etc., as the house was well stocked with anything you would need. We walked in to a very clean home with fresh flowers, toiletries, and even dog bones for our pet. It’s a short walk through a beautiful neighborhood to the beach. The owner, Tony, is an incredibly nice person and a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely see if this home is available during our next trip as we would rent with Tony again.

Tony was awesome. He checked in with us when we arrived. He took care of anything we needed that was not available. He was super to work with. I would recommend that anyone stay at this home for a vacation! It was a great week for our family!

Relaxing beach vacation

We came to Tybee Island for my son's graduation from SCAD. We had such a great time! The house was beautiful and clean with all the amenities of home. My daughters, son-in-law, and grandchildren had a great time at the beach. My husband and chose to enjoy the peace and quiet by reading on the beautiful balconies.

Great location and great accomodations!

I was with a group of women for a weekend away and we had a great time at the house. It was spacious, Tony was very accommodating and would immediately answer any communications with questions we had. A short walk from the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and night life. Would recommend staying here!

Great Place

Highly recommend this property. Tony, is very attentive and responsive. The freezer was installed the day we got there and it had not yet made ice. Tony showed up with two large bags of ice and then again a few days later he showed up with more! Property is as pictured and Taybee is better than we imagined! We will be back.

Beach week

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. We had a great week. the house was perfect for our group of 10. We enjoyed the large beach where we saw dolphins every day. We spent an evening in Savanah, which is very cool town. My only disappointment was that this beach is not on the ocean. I enjoy playing in the waves and body surfing. this beach is on the Savanah river, where it meets the Atlantic...you would need to travel further into the Island to experience the ocean.

Excellent!

Our family (coming from 3 states) had an amazing stay. The location can’t be beat… the beach is on the quieter/less crowded side of Tybee- which fit our needs. We could go back and forth from the house throughout the day as needed. The house itself is nice, clean, and stocked with all the tools for a great stay (kitchen fully stocked- perfect for a group that plans to cook). Also perfect for our dog! And the host is very communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. Check in and out were a breeze! Highly recommended.

Thanksgiving getaway

This property is exactly as described in the website. Beautiful home within a short walking distance to the beach. Property owner was very friendly and helpful. We were a group of 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids). Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out.

I am from a small town in Indiana - as most are. Graduated from Purdue University with a BSET. I have been a contract Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer for 25+ years working for several aerospace companies in the US, Europe and Asia helping them to certify new commercial aircraft.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property was built in 2007, was a lightly used vacation home for two previous owners. This home was a mirrored build to my home next door, built at the same time. I purchased this property in late 2018 and it has just become available as a vacation rental the week after Christmas 2018.

Relax on Tybee, enjoy the beach and the community. It is also a small town where you can tell the permanent residents know each other well and are happy to meet new visitors where you can feel part of the community pretty quickly.
