This beautiful three-story home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults and offers an ideal coastal retreat with easy access to the bay beach and nearby island attractions.

Step outside to enjoy the serene views of towering live oaks draped in Spanish moss and relax on the generous porch overlooking the shaded driveway. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before dining al fresco at the outdoor table or grilling on the propane barbecue. The home is well-lit outdoors, making evening strolls along the beach a peaceful pleasure.

Inside, Serendipity boasts a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and convenience. The ground floor features a covered garage with space for three cars, and an elevator provides easy access to all floors—perfect for transporting luggage, coolers, and beach gear or accommodating guests with mobility needs. The second floor welcomes you with an open-concept living area, including a cozy living room with a pullout couch, loveseat, smart TV, and Wi-Fi throughout. Absolute Gem

As everything as advertised, the house is immaculate and ever better looking in person, There's ample parking and there's an elevator.... Just rent the place its priced fair Be mindful that the place its right at the entrance of the island... so if you're there to go drink at the bars you'd have to use Breezy Riders...... they will take you across the island for 5 back and forth each way......Overall I book this place again without a doubt

Wedding Weekend Celebration

We had 3 adult couple staying at Serendipity. Lots of family dropped in and out. Such a lovely comfortable house with lots of space to gather. Short walk to the beach. Needs an iron(found the ironing board). Absolutely nothing to complain about. Will stay at this house again.

Great house

Came to Savannah for a marathon. Stayed on Tybee Island. Super easy drive into the city from the house. The house was awesome. Spacious and had everything we needed. Management company was easy to work with and quick with replies to any questions I had. Would recommended the house and would stay here again.
