Helt ny havsfront hem. Tre sovrum sover 6 (2Q, 2S) huvud med ensuit och gå i mantel.

Om du behöver en avkopplande semester är det här för dig.

Så fort du går in i loungen kommer utsikten att glädja dig och för nätterna slappna av och njut av eldstaden.

Det finns fyra smarta TV-apparater i fastigheten. Två i sovrummet, ett i köket och ett i loungen. Alla vardagsrum och sovrum har takfläktar.

Köket är modernt och välutrustat med diskmaskin, stor dubbeldörr kylskåp frys, gasspishäll, dubbla ugn med konvektionsmikrovågsugn.

De levande områdena alla öppnar på den stora undercover veranda med takfläktar, utomhus lounge och matsal inställning, byggt i gas BBQ och utsikt över vattnet.

Hemmet är helt skärmad (inga säkerhetsskärmar) och inhägnad med direkt tillgång till vita sandstränder.

Du kan säkra bilen och båten i dubbellås upp garaget där du också hittar en andra kylfrys.

Rengör fångsten på fiskrengöringsbänken, laga krabborna på den stora gasbrännaren på grillen (stor rostfri pott medföljer) och när du är klar färdig under utomhusdusch.

Tvätten är också fullt utrustad med frontlastare tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Tyvärr inga husdjur. Lakan och handdukar ingår ej. Hyra sängkläder finns. Rökning förbjuden inuti.

A very comfortable stay in a great setting

I have 5 siblings and every two years we fly in from overseas and all parts of Australia with our children and grandchildren to Burrum for a holiday.Obviously we've stayed in many different houses over the years.Beachside has definitely been our best experience for a range of reasons. A lovely house, great location and well appointed. As both my husband and I cook we were quite impressed with all the utensils etc. provided in the kitchen. We loved the outlook and as a gardener I was taken with the maintenance of the garden. The only problem will be that in two years time every other member of the family will want to stay there.

In that time we have stayed in fifteen different rental properties. Most of these provided us with comfortable and appropriate family accommodation. However, our 2021 "Beachside" experience was head and shoulders above all the others. The design, construction and finishes are first class and fixtures and fittings are of high quality. The ocean view is superb and the house is very well ventilated. We found it absolutely spotless when we arrived and we felt obliged to leave it the same when we left. We had no hesitation in renewing our booking for next year.

Amazing location

The booking process was so easy had no problems at all would definately recommend to anyone house was beautiful better than the pictures , I no hard to believe . Amazing location can not fault at all will be returning next year
