Overall we would not stay at this property again. The pics are not accurate to the furniture inside the condo. The floors were not clean, the fridge took three days to cool down, the dishwasher is filthy and needs to be cleaned asap. The towels and paper products supplied aren’t great, and you must pay to rewash the towels and reuse them. Regarding the laundry situation, there are no change machines on the property and no credit card machines, you must bring plenty of quarters to do laundry, otherwise you’ll have to use the change machine at a laundromat. A couple positives would be a great view of the gulf and access to an umbrella and chairs on the beach was welcome. There also a nice coffee machine and blender in the unit.

Awesome Beach Trip

This is a great condo with excellent views. Thoroghly enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the balcony! Such a spectacular view for watching the Blue Angels Air Show! This condo exceeded all my expectations! Loved the Beach vibe decor! Will be back!

Very nice unit, nicely decorated, comfortable bed and the best view on the beach. The building is situated closer to the shoreline than all the other properties so you don’t see any other properties - completely unobstructed view. We will be back!

Entry lock

The entry lock key pad was a major issue. Sometimes we had to enter the numbers literally 10 times. I don't know if the battery in the unit was weak or if the keypad was worn out. I prefer this type of entry system because you don't have to deal with keys or fobs.We have never had issues like this at any other rentals.

Spectacular view

The condo beautiful and beachy! Very clean and the check-in was easy and organized. Very nice kitchen with all appliances needed. You couldn't beat the view. Loved sitting on the balcony! It was nice that the beach chairs were provided each morning until 5:00 pm.... Two things could have made our stay perfect..the condo keypad was tricky.. usually 1-4 tries to get door open.....also a couple step stools could be provided..the bed was memory foam and very comfortable but...so high off of the ground it was very difficult to get onto...it's about 33 inches above the floor! We laughed about it but might be a real challenge for others

Property was perfect and exactly as advertised. Check-in and check-out was simple. Beach was perfect and included beach chairs/umbrella was very appreciated. Property owner was responsive and helpful. Even mailed a forgotten item to me. I will definitely return here.

Absolutely the best

EVERYTHING was top notch. The living room had a full couch as well as multiple soft upholstered chairs, which was great. I appreciated the large dining room table —easily sitting six —to be able to spread out rather than having a small round circular table which many units haveThe bed was comfortable. The linens were soft. The kitchen was spotless as were the 1.5 bathrooms of course everyone comes here for the beach and that too was perfection. The balcony is on the fourth floor with beautiful views. The beach was uncrowded and the umbrella and chair arrangement that comes with the condo were absolutely key. there’s also an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, and covered assigned parking.Even though we all imagine we’re going to spend most of our time on the beach, the comfort of the actual apartment is very important. Most of us don’t spend every single moment at the beach and so having comfortable living room furniture and a large dining room table really adds to your vacation. I have rented apartments all over the US and Europe and this is one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in.

Wonderful condo

The condo is right on the beach with unobstructed views and it’s on the quieter end of Pensacola Beach. Very clean, nicely decorated, and the owners have stocked it with everything you could need for a few days stay (except salt and pepper lol). There’s even a box fan for those of us who are hot natured and can’t sleep without noise - thank you so much for that! You even get free use of the umbrella and chairs setup by a rental company! That saved us 200! When we had issues with the gate (due to a vrbo glitch we didn’t get updated info), the owner responded quickly to messages and helped us figure it out. The pool was great except for no umbrellas which was odd. We loved our time there and would love to come back as soon as possible!

Great Place

Perfect place for a quick getaway. Great view. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Quick walk to a restaurant for a night out. Convenience store across the road in case you forgot the bread. Easy check-in and check out process.

Great location and view!

This was a very nice property in a great location directly on the beach directly across from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant and a Tom Thumb as well as walking distance to shopping. The unit was pretty well stocked. We did choose this one for the heated lap pool which is important to us and it was cold. The whirlpool was heated but not the pool.

Birthday weekend

Great condo in the perfect location right on Pensacola Beach. Nice furnishings and beautifully updated kitchen. Having a bath and a half in a one bedroom condo is also helpful. Owners were very communicative and the dedicated parking and umbrella with chairs provided with the unit was exceptional. Would happily stay here again.

While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research we bought at the beautiful Sans Souci. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Walking/Shopping Streets by Travel Mag).
