Denna 3 sovrum (6 personer max, 3 bil max), 2-badrumshus har massor av extras. Dess uppfattning är bättre än vissa stranden hem (ett teleskop kommer att göra val och skepp ser roligt för alla). Det finns Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top queen sängar i 2 av sina sovrum. De enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet, nere, kan skjutas ihop för att göra en kung (lakan finns). Köket är välutrustat med allt som behövs för att göra en gourmetmåltid (nytt sortiment med smidig toppyta, kökshjälpmixare, kryddor, (4) brödrost, all kakad diskmaskin, köksredskap och kaffekvarn.) På kvällen ser du en DVD eller Blue Ray-skiva (över 60 DVD-skivor finns i huset) eller spelar ditt favorit Play Station 3-spel på en 47-tums platt-TV. Lyssna på din favorit CD eller iPod på ett Bose Wave musiksystem. En promenad på stranden kan göras när som helst. Enkel tillgång till stranden är bara 1/2 ett kvarter bort. På dessa regniga dagar spelar ping-pong på bordet som sätts upp i garaget eller det finns spel och pussel i stort sett. Och glöm inte Fido. Detta är ett hundvänligt hus. Wifi.

Great place for quiet stay

The house was in a great, quiet neighborhood. Beach access is across the street and made fir such an easy time for us especially our seven year old grandson. The home’s accommodations and features were just right!

Family Birthdays on the Beach!

It was everything we hoped for- 2 min to the beach, lovely space where we could all lounge together, beautiful views, and all the kitchen we needed. It was the perfect place for celebrating my 60th and our youngest's 25th birthdays. We hope to stay again in the future- thank you!!

When you need home away from home!

Loved it! Dog friendly, photos of all visiting dogs (forgot to take one of ours!), kitchen has EVERYTHING. Grandparents, parents, and 2 teenage grandsons had a blast and got some needed downtime playing board games and putting together puzzles! Will visit again!

Was a great house was in a perfect location and no complaints. Really didn’t use anything that the house had to offer just sleeping and in and out to events. Large enough for a family with no crowding. Nice access to the beach.

Peaceful getaway

We came here with my MIL to celebrate her birthday. Had a relaxing weekend, playing lots of games, cooking, and walking to the beach. The views from the kitchen and dining table are incredible, the walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house is definitely older and in need of a few updates and there is a musty smell in the basement that comes with being an older home on the coast, I suppose. Overall, it was perfect for our weekend away and we would recommend it.

Lovely Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is comfortable and well equipped. The ocean view from the open kitchen and living room is lovely. There are a lot of stairs, but if you have strong legs/knees this shouldn’t be a problem. The wood stove kept us cozy the rainy days we were there. The management service was very helpful when we couldn’t figure out the WiFi password.

Not quite what we expected

There were no curtains - so we woke when the sun hit the windows.... 5am. Closet was locked, so there was nowhere to hang our clothing. The microwave was placed below the counter, so it was literally below knee level .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house just a little dirty, had to put cupboard door on under kitchen sink it was off so dog wouldn’t get into garbage, outside light not working near steep stairs very dangerous, coffee pot leaked carafe cracked, refrigerator not cold, stove didn’t heat up well, definitely needs new appliances, and better pots and pans, view was great, too many signs and instructions on what to do and not do especially on refrigerator.

Great house

This is a great house. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. However, if I owned this house, I'd be upset by the lack of cleanliness. The owners stay in these homes as well. I wouldn't want to have to clean while I visited my own home. The hosting fee is ridiculous for the level of cleanliness. This is the 3rd home I've stayed in this year that has been dirty. I come often because I have property in South Beach that I'm working on. If the hosting company doesn't do bettet, I'll start my own company and offer deep cleaning to these owners! 3 times now, all dirty. What is the $700.00 hosting fee for, if it's dirty? It's bad business for the owner and the rental company. Dissapointed for myself and the owners.

Disappointing

Entry Code didn't work,lucky there was a electrician there trying to fix lights who give me a number to call. DVD player didn't work, internet went down, so no TV at all or computer. House was very worn and dirty, both showers water run everywhere. Most outdoor lights didn't work.Furniture very uncomfortable to watch TV and not enough sitting. The only thing going for this property was the ocean view.

I would not stay here again

This property is old and run down. The entire house needs to be re-floored and the walls in every room need to be painted. There was a squashed bug on the wall when we arrived, one of the beds did not have a blanket, the basement smells musty, one of the mattresses was so old and sunken in the middle it was unusable. I have stayed in a lot of rental homes and I am fine with things being dated but things in this home are dated and run down. For the price that is being charged per night, my expectations for a nicer condition home are reasonable. I complained to Meredith Lodging and in response they offered me $100 credit, which would necessitate me giving them more of my business. No thank you!

Great Location!

We had a lovely stay on the coast. The house is situated perfectly. The views of the ocean and sunset were fabulous and we could open the windows at night and hear the ocean. The beach was just steps away and so much fun for playing frisbee, football, and running with the dog. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen decently equipped, although it is time for someone to go through and take note of deficiencies such as missing blender pieces and measuring cups. I feel a 5pm check in time is very late, especially in the winter when arriving in the dark. We requested an earlier arrival and were granted 4pm, which helped. But the management company is a downfall, and seems to take care of a lot of area houses, as displayed by their signage. I'm not sure the actual homeowners have been around in a while. The company clearly doesn't take care of the backyard space, and amenities felt issued. There were very institutional towels, one tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, and the lowest quality of toilet paper, facial tissues, and paper towels.

Big house, nice neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house would be great for 4-6 guests.. there were only two of us. The original small house we rented, up the hill from this one, we were told was no longer available so we were offered this one at the same price. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were ok, beds very comfy. Deck is on the side so not the same as a full front view of the beach. View of the beach from kitchen windows was good but had to stand or sit at the windows to see. Hard to keep windows clean at the beach but they might want to clean those more often. Lots of steps so not good for someone of limited mobility. Huge TV but had problem with a timer of some sort turning it off. We did call for maintenance and a man came. He wasn't exactly sure either of how to stop the timer but we finally figured out what to do to keep the TV on.

Terrible Place to Stay

The property is dirty, dated, smells and obviously hasn’t been well cared for. There were cobwebs throughout the house, crumbs all over the kitchen counters and dining table, house smelled strongly of mildew, linens were threadbare and stained, kitchen cooking utensils are old, stained, and should have been replaced a long time ago, and the property was not stocked with enough linens for the 6 people it is advertised for. Closets were locked and we weren’t able to hang clothes up. Dehumidifier was on in the downstairs, no instructions for use were provided, and we suspect there is mold in the house because of the dehumidifier and the pervasive smell of mildew. We have rented many times from VRBO over the last decade and we were very unpleasantly surprised by the condition and dirtiness of the rental property. Handyman that came to fix the somewhat functional shower was rude and then we had to help him move his van that wouldn’t start and was the blocking the driveway. We will not rent a VRBO that is managed by Meredith Lodging again.
