Thank you for a wonderful stay! We appreciated being on the ground floor and the view was perfect. The beach area was easy to get to and it was the perfect place to enjoy a bonfire. I must say the bed in the master bedroom was so comfy. I didn't want to get out of bed, but adventure awaited us. It's so cool to see low tide replaced with high tide, then it's back to people exploring again when the water went away. It was great!

Perfect relaxing weekend

Place was right on the bay. Morning walks to the ocean- beautiful even when cloudy and wet. Close proximity to good restaurants , groceries, presto logs and more. Very comfortable

Worked Great for Us!

This was a great location - close by the beach, eating, shopping, and heading south along Hwy 101. The place was set up well for the four of us.

Uncomfortable Furniture

Living room furniture was horribly uncomfortable, very worn, ripped cushion. Wifi only worked in the living room. Low shower heads, we are all average height and had to bend over to get hair wet.

Great location.

The property was stocked with everything we needed. We were in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. You can walk right out of the back door to the beach. It was lovely.

Relaxing getaway spot

This was the perfect spot for three sisters to get together. Easy access for beach walking, seafood lunches, wildlife watching in the bay from the patio. Fully stocked kitchen, though we could have used instructions for the coffee maker. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Lincoln City was wonderful!

The two-bedroom condo we had was great. It was clean, it was right on the bay and everything was accurate based on the pictures. There is a great little bar not very far away that serves a good breakfast, there was clam digging, kite flying and lots of sea lions to look at. Very good location!

Girls trip for mom's 83rd Birthday

Good location. Over all it was a good stay. The couch and love seat were feather filled and very uncomfortable. Everytime you move you would get poked by feathers. The network and wifi were horrible a d pretty much non-existent.

Nice place. Quiet. Great for walking the beach and the Taft Historic Neighboorhood. View over the rock wall is spectacular. I did not need to talk to property manager so only a 3 star (middle) rating.

Great stormy Spring Break stay

We got off to a rocky start with a late check in due to an extended cleaning schedule (it looked like the poor cleaning woman had a huge mess to deal with). And the grandkids and I got caught in a hail storm on the beach, so once we gained access to the condo we were SUPER grateful for heat and warm showers. We made a fire (bring presto logs!!) in the fireplace and were quickly settled in. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we can’t wait to come back 😊

Great location, needs some TLC

Beautiful view, nicely situated floor plan, fireplace and lots of helpful stuff in the kitchen. My only complaint was little things that needed repair, replacement; such as, dirty (stained) floor rugs and carpet, broken fan in main bath, etc.

Girls Trip

Me and two of my closest friends stayed here and it was super lovely! Lots of room to hang out, especially in the living room. We loved the fire place. I thought the view was of the ocean and I'd see waves, but it's more of a bay and the ocean is just to the right a bit. Still beautiful. We saw seals playing in the water right outside our window. Would stay here again. :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time, at Dock of The Bay 102. The condo was modern, and updated nicely. The beds were comfy, and the Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. The only not amazing part was that the stars to the beach ended and it was hard to get off the rocks for some of us.

I was a little bummed we couldn't use the back door and had to walk around. Also, you should put that you only allow a certain firewood because the website just says bring your own. Otherwise it was great.

Perfect Setting

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful setting and so convenient to just walk out the door and have the beach. In the cove there is so much less wind then if we would have been around the corner on the open ocean. The condo is in fine condition with plenty of dishes for in home meals. The ONLY complaint is there was only one wash rag in the master bath for a 3 day stay and no one on premises to get any moor from.

Loved the condo, RUDE UPSTAIRS GUEST!

First off, our stay was great and the condo was just what we needed! To the person who was staying in 302, we were fully aware of the rules posted by the owner and did not appreciate your uncalled for attitude and words spoken to us and our family! We made sure all rules were being followed and we could hear your very loud phone complaint and extremely rude comments! We are mot some white trash people and don't appreciate your demeaning comments about us!!!! Also, can you please fix the base of the shower head and the mold and cracks in the ceiling of the master bedroom!
