Heron Cove

Fronten av Heron Cove är vilseledande - det ser ut som ett mycket vackert hem i ett bostadsområde nära Devils Lake. Men det är verkligen ett lyxigt enhistorisk palats som ligger på en vacker arm av sjön, med en stor inhägnad gård som öppnar sig till en slug vibrerande med fågelsång, reedy gräs och lilypads. Ett solrum i hemmet sätter dig i en kusig fåtölj med full utsikt över vattnet, så att du kan njuta av svallet, svartvinsens trål och synen av rådjur i gräset. Hemmet är vackert inredda med trägolv, lyxiga möbler, välkomnande inredning, en matsal med plats för tio och ett vackert anpassat kök med granitdiskar. Sovrummen har lyxiga sängkläder och baden är utsökt. Ett familjerum med gasspis och stor plattskärms-TV / DVD gränsar till köket, medan ett vardagsrum och solrummet ger extra utrymmen för tyst samtal. Utomhus en stor, multi-tiered däck, matbord, utemöbler, grill och en liten strandpromenad på sloughen kommer att roa både vuxna och barn. Bara en kort promenad till Sand Point Park för familjens simning! Om du kommer till kusten till krabba i Siletz Bay, fisk på Siletz River eller båt runt på Devils Lake, ta med din båt, har Heron Cove av gatan parkering för din båt och fordon! Denna plats är bara en tio minuters bilresa till stranden, restauranger, golf och Chinook Winds Casino. Efter din dag med att utforska kusten väntar din egen privata reträtt på din återkomst!

Gorgeous house - better than the pictures portray. The 3 levels of decks in the back were one of the best features (which is saying something). Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and Spacious Home

Loved our stay here, lots of space, places to rest and talk with family. Good location to head either direction to ocean beaches, casino and shopping or just walk to the lake down the street. Especially loved the sun room with lots of light, furniture and views.

Peaceful Retreat

Hard to leave such a relaxing home. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the quiet surroundings with a lot of wildlife around us. As a Disney Vacation Club member, my hotel stays are gauged against the Disney Standard and this home surpassed expectations! We would definitely stay here again.

Devil's Lake cozy getaway

This house was beautifully decorated and had multiple seating areas both inside and outside to either hang with friends or have a quiet moment alone. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. I would highly recommend this rental. So peaceful and serene!

Lovely getaway

Nice change of scenery watching the daily habits of the water fowl and taking walks around the loop. Calm atmosphere, my teenage artist loved sitting on the little dock and sketching while we soaked up a little bit of sun by the fire pit.

Holiday weekend beach vacation

Family Beach Trip

Really lovely property with a beautiful lake view. Felt very private even though we could hear some traffic on the nearby road. We enjoyed watching the lake wildlife (mostly ducks) and even noticed a couple of deer visiting the lake. Check in/out was very easy. The house had everything we needed. Beach and town were a short drive away. We would book again.

Very pleasant and peaceful place

Nicely updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and has a great backyard that looks out at a large green space before the lake starts. Enjoyed eating out on the big deck and making s'mores around the fire pit. When we made the reservation under amenities it listed that it had a hot tub but it does not. We would stay there again in the future.

Weekend getaway

The house is charming and we felt very relaxed. The outdoor space is very nice lots of seating and lovely large firepit. We were able to roast marshmallows the first night since there was no rain. The sun room was just gorgeous we did lots of bird and nature watching. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items however no extras like spices, salt and pepper, oil, bring your own. Short drive into town to explore. Would stay again.

Daughters Wedding Weekend

The property was amazing. The inside was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The home was decorated with cute little signs to remind us to relax. And a few scripture references that was such a blessing. The management company Meredith Lodging was amazing to work with and continued to touch base with us during our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Family Beach vacation

We love Heron Cove. The patio area is so private and love that it backs up to such a large green space and enjoy viewing Devil's Lake in the distance. The kitchen is very well stocked. The kids loved that it is so close to the lake and swimming area. Any questions we had were anwered right away and we didn't have very many. The only negative is that the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom is VERY uncomfortable and we hope the mattress can be upgraded because we would love to come again.

Relaxing with friends

We all loved the house it was a beautifully decorated. The only thing we could say negative is the couches are needing replaced. The Hide a bed hide a bed was the most needed to be replaced. The master bedroom was wonderful. The other beds were so so. I really hate to say anything bad because over all it was very nice.

Beautiful home but moldy windows

The home was beautiful and had enough space for all of us. The outside fireplace area wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and topically clean. Overall really loved the house. Unfortunately, we called ahead to have the house checked for mold since one of our quest, the main reason we were staying, has a severe allergy to mold. We know the coast can have issues with mold which is why always we reach out before booking. They couldn't guarantee there was no mold since they don't check on the properties but their house keeping does. It was frustrating when we got there and there was in fact, black mold in almost all the windows. We went to Oregon to spread ashes of a loved one and couldn't all be together because of this. We were only here for two nights and didn't want to waste a day of house keeping coming to clean it, so we did our best. The property management will most likely need to do actual mold remediation to correct the problem. I would recommend this place to others who don't have an allergy or are sensitive to mold.
