The house is great and in a perfect location. It fit our entire family comfortably. A couple things were not great. We found out the toilet on the main floor did not flush by using it and it not working. When I called the manager I was told that maintenance knew it was broke the day before but neglected to tell us. Thankfully after 24 hrs a plumber showed and pulled out a deodorants stick, apparently from the group before us. The floors were not mopped when we arrived and therefore very dirty. It did not seem like the house got a very good cleaning before we arrived. Not sure what happened with the group before us but it seemed a bit beaten up. The wheel on the dishwasher is also broken and it was not a smooth transition in and out.

Very peaceful

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the bedrooms and the top floor. The location was peaceful and quiet, which we were wanting. The kids enjoyed the foos ball table and the hot tub. We were all able to do stairs, which is needed for this property. It was great for us.

Amazing place with great view

The property was amazing and provided a great view. The property had great neighborhoods and even had some friendly wildlife. The property was easy to get to and provide great walking distance to the beach. Only downside was the three flights of stairs but everything else makes it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Great get-away for the able-bodied

This house is in a great location with beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. Everything is as-advertised. The house is new and doesn't feel lived in, a little like being in a model home. Not bad at all - clean and well appointed - but not super cozy either. Biggest thing to consider about this place is the stairs. There are three full flights of them up to the kitchen and living room (hence, very nice views of the ocean), but would be a real bummer if you had trouble getting up them (and if you have toddlers at risk of falling down them, bring a baby gate). Overall a lovely home and worked well for our group!

Such a great place for family vacation. The view is spectacular!! We even had a few deer come right to the back yard. We got to enjoy them as we sat in the hot tube. Live your best life and enjoy ever second.

Great view, lots of steps!

It IS 3 levels, so be prepared to get your exercise! View from the top floor is very nice. Spotlessly clean. Beds are very firm & pillows so-so. Hot tub was great. Three houses are being built next to it, so Monday-Friday expect lots of construction vehicles blocking the street and construction noise. We were there Friday-Monday, so once they were gone for the weekend it was incredibly quiet. Weak cell service was really the only downside, otherwise, I highly recommend!

Great getaway!

Such an awesome place to stay. It was a close walk to the beach and had an incredible view! The space was perfect for the two families that shared and the kids had an amazing time! Highly recommend this adorable place!

The neighborhood is lovely, very quiet and nice people. House has an amazing view of the water and glorious sunsets. We had a momma deer and hoboes who visited us every morning. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs, plenty of space for gathering together and also for privacy.

Ocean view & deer

Had a nice view of the ocean and could hear the waves at night. Deer welcomed us to the house upon our arrival. Stairs and tall beds were a bit of a challenge for the older folks in our group. Well equipped kitchen.

Great spot, great view, in a newer neighborhood

This is a great property to rent for a couple nights if you enjoy a newer home, a fully equipped kitchen, sizable hot tub, and easy location. If you’re looking to be right in the beach, then look elsewhere, but it is a short trip to the sand either way. It is a 3 story house, so make sure you’re ok with stairs, but if you are, the view is phenomenal from the top two levels, especially while you’re eating on the large dining table on the 3rd floor. Dining, living, and kitchen all right there — ideal spot for a good sized get together! We would definitely stay at this house again!
