Nice spot

Everything is 1/2 hour away! Charleston has limited roads so plan accordingly. The price was right. Loved the 2nd level screen porch and pond.

The screened in porch overlooked a pond with a fountain . It had nice comfortable chairs and was peaceful and relaxing. Close to airport, shopping and restaurants.

Quiet and close to the interstate for easy travel around town. The condo is beautifully decorated and relaxing while sitting on the patio listening to the fountain below. Great spot to spend the weekend!

Weekend getaway

Beds were comfortable and screened in porch was very nice place to relax. This condo definitely needs an overhaul. Sliding door didn't lock and dishwasher didn't work. Communication with host was excellent.

Long weekend getaway

I found this property and saw the pictures and price and decided to book. Older place but well keeped and very clean. I have no complaints. Will book again.

Well-priced and comfortable condo

Quiet property in a condo neighborhood in North Charleston. We appreciated that it was affordable for a four-night stay to see things in and around the Charleston area. Grocery store was close by. Other than a too-soft-for-me mattress, we were very pleased. Communication with owner/host was very good.

Great Value

This property is very nice. Ckean comfortable and close to grocery stores and airport. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The property owner is very responsive and helpful.

North Charlestown

Very nice two bedroom upper unit in a gated community. About 25 minutes to downtown Charlestown. TV and Internet worked well. Has a nice screened in balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Clean, safe, and in wooded community...very nice. Condo nicely decorated and mattresses are A . The condo is old and shows on the walls which need a good skim coat and most interior doors need to be replaced. Otherwise, very nice. We are picky and would stay here again. The location and comfort for the price is great.

Very nice property

We loved the screened in balcony! Perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching wildlife in the lagoon. Kitchen had everything we needed and more for a weekend stay. Large capacity washer and dryer. Shower faucet was a little confusing but we figured it out. Modern living room space. Couple minor issues like touchless trashcan needed batteries and a panel from blinds in the balcony door kept wanting to fall off. Otherwise a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay!

Run down and bug problem

While the property itself was clean it feels very run down once your there. Lots of poor details, holes in walls, bad paint, crumby molding etc. There was a bug issue while I was there. 5 large wasps/hornets found their way into the unit over the few days I was there and freaked me out a bit dealing with them. I also found silverfish in the furniture. There was off site check-in process that was not well communicated and was not in the original VRBO check-in instructions. I didn't get specific details texted until the day of and I was in the air and missed the texts. I originally asked for more details on check-in weeks earlier and was told they would not provide them until later.

Great Labor Day weekend getaway

My husband and I met my son in Charleston for a concert this weekend and Shawn’s condo was the perfect place for us to stay. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We specially loved the screened in back porch. My son Always wants me to make him clam chowder when I come to visit and the kitchenI had everything that I needed to make it. We unfortunately locked ourselves out and Shawn even came over very quickly to let us back in. We would definitely stay here again thank you Shawn for a great stay.

Quaint Place in North Charleston

After booking and prior to checkin, all communication with Shawn was great! He was very responsive to messages and answered all of my questions. When we arrived in Charleston, Vance was great and explained the checkin process well! The welcome basket was also very sweet. The property was very clean and in a nice little gated area. It was the perfect place for us to retreat to after our long days in Downtown Charleston. It was a very easy 20-30 minute drive to the Harbor/Downtown area. I would definitely recommend this property if you're looking to visit Charleston but don't want to pay crazy prices.

Must stay!

The condo was so cute and cozy! The check in process was super easy and the host even gave us a welcome package with a bottle of wine! Definitely goes the extra mile! The condo was extremely clean and very cute! Very convenient to get to and from places and very quiet! 10/10 recommend!!!
