Charleston vacation

Location was very good, short driving to downtown Charleston (20 minutes). Also easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood condo is located.

Everything was clean accommodating plenty of towels . Couldn’t figure out the tv in the living room and we had no pool key for the stay I suggest you keep these on hand . You did refund money for that . The location is great and loved the place .

A great spot between the airport, plantations, and not far from downtown Charelston.

Beds and pillows gave us great sleeps. Loved the view out onto the pond. Enjoyed watching the geese with babies walking around.

Very clean, smelled great, and quiet. We hope to come back when we can enjoy it more. We were really in and out this time. But the place was as advertised.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. Bathroom and Kitchen supplies were well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. One thing to note is that there isn’t a BBQ grill available even though it is listed as one of the amenities in the property description. Overall, a great property.

Check-in was easy, gate is manned 24/7. Coffee and snacks were much appreciated. Condo is decorated nicely & plenty roomy for 4 people, but could have/should have been cleaner. Tub and floors weren't very clean. Kitchen could use a deep clean. We didn't complain to the host but did take pictures to share with him so he can address it with his cleaning crew. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pond. Unfortunately, we couldn't get any programming on the tv in the living room and the host was unable to offer suggestions toward a solution.

Short stay in Charleston

The place was as advertised. Clean, very easy to communicate with owners. Had a lovely screened in porch. Small kitchenette. Simple check out instructions. We loved the view of the pond and watching the alligator sunning itself in the evenings. Lively neighborhood setting. Close to downtown Charleston. Would stay again if they would have us :). One thing, and likely user error, it wasn’t easy to find the dumpsters to take the trash to.

The perfect week!!

So clean and welcoming. The beds were so comfy, even the pillows were perfect ( and I'm a hard pillow pleaser, lol). We were within 20 to 30 minutes of everywhere to wanted to go. For so many units in this community it was really peaceful. The pool was a great plus and was never crowded. The hosts were so easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great stay

We enjoyed the stay. The house was super clean and close enough to amenities. Quiet/nice area. The check in/out process was simple and easy. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we come back to Charleston, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Very comfortable and clean. Lovely grounds and the pool was wonderful. We loved the screened porch for morning coffee and evening visiting. Nice view of pond and interesting wildlife...Communication was fast and responsive with host. Very easy from airport, check-in, figuring things out. Highly recommend!!

Prior to starting real estate career I was in management and traveled some so l always looked for accommodations which were very clean and good locations. Love my family, blessed to have some great friends and always enjoy making new friends. Enjoy just about any outdoor sport or adventure. Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
