Perfect villa for a vacation in the Disneyland area. Comfortable, clean and well equipped, super comfortable beds and ideally located to jump on the freeways to get anywhere you need to get to.

I definitely took advantage of the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. It was clean and very relaxing. It took me a little bit to find the on button as i was looking for a dial/timer switch. It was just a simple press in the inside of the tub

Couldn't be happier with our stay

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with our stay. Communication was perfect, host was happy to accommodate a check-in request we had, property was exactly as described, neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. Host provided everything we could have wanted or needed to make the stay cozy, comfy and just like a home away from home. Check out process was super simple. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Thank you Iris and Mark! We would happily book again for our trip next year.

This house was perfect in so many ways. The refrigerator was stocked with water and a dessert cake and cookies. Very much appreciated! The kitchen had everything we needed including kcups for the Keurig, an assortment of teas, spices, condiments and an espresso machine. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint, the neighbors have an outside dog that barks most of the night.

Cozy home-away-from-home

We loved our stay here and would enthusiastically recommend it to others. Our hosts Iris and Mark seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked. The house as a whole was very roomy. The location was perfect as it is close to Old Towne Orange, and it provided easy access to the freeway for the quick drive to Newport or Laguna (or the airport). It was a cozy “home away from home” for our week in SoCal.

Perfect for us

We stayed here with our kids ages 3-16 and grandparents. It was perfect. Everyone had a place to relax and be comfortable sleeping. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed and we loved having the big dining room table to eat around. Iris was so great at communicating with us and made everything so smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised & more; we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Great house in a central location. This was our 2nd time staying here for our yearly beach vacation. If you're looking for a comfortable house in a location central this is a great pick. The set up is nice and feels very comfortable. The owners are friendly and they want to ensure you have a great stay. The house has everything you might need too - including different pillows types to choose from. My only constructive feedback would be that the bed in the room with the bathroom is best for one person. It's too soft and doesnt provide enough support on the sides and the hot water struggles. With 4 people showering it didn't seem to keep up. But the water pressure is great!I'm sure we'll be back again. Big thanks to Iris and Mark for sharing their home with us!

Great Stay

We had a terrific stay. There is lots of room, and one of the best-stocked VRBOs we've visited! We appreciated the coffee, water, and snacks that were ready when we arrived. Also great communication with the owner.

Hi, I raised my daughter and have shared wonderful times with family and friends over the years in my home. We love Orange and the small old town community feel. It is close to so many things. For instance, My daughter and I snow skied in Wrightwood and went to Newport beach to enjoy a bonfire all in the same day! Because we are so close to Disneyland we would go frequently... like a Sunday afternoon or after dinner. Definitely one of our happy places!

My husband and I have cats that adopted us. We like to travel, enjoy kayaking, walking on the beach, hikes, visiting friends and family in our spare time.

I hope your family creates special memories during your visit in our home as mine has over the years!

Our home has been newly renovated throughout. The kitchen is customized with quartz counter-tops, new cabinets and is fully equipped with all the niceties of home, to prepare your favorite meals with, to enjoy at "home" or take with you on your daily adventures. Multiple grocery stores and delicious dining within a mile.

Our home is a single story 4-bedroom and a family-room ranch style home with an open-space clean and bright floor plan (which includes central air and heat) that offers everyone space to relax , watch T.V. or enjoy playing games together!

Enjoy new cabinetry in 2 full baths ( one 66-gallon Jacuzzi tub), towels, toiletries, individual shampoo/conditioner, soap and hair dryers.

There is parking in the Driveway! And for a fun get away to the beach, there are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella tent, wagon, cooler and toys for the kids to play in the sand.

Easy access to the 55, 22 and 91 freeways, so you will not spend your precious time in traffic, getting to all of the prime locations that make Orange County a premier travel destination for singles, families, and couples!
