Great Property and Location on the Island

Everything was beautiful in our room and around the property. The restaurant Oasis is fantastic! Comfortable beds, furnishings, etc. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

Very nice Resort

We really love this resort. It is the second time that we have stayed there. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The pool area and grounds are exceptional!

We just returned home from eight days at the Waipouli Beach resort. It was amazing! The resort itself is beautiful! It is kept very clean and every employee we encountered was kind and helpful. The condo is also amazing! It has everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation here. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and every type of utensil required to make wonderful meals. It is also centrally located. You can walk to shopping and restaurants. If you choose this condo at this resort, you will definitely have a wonderful vacation on Kauai!!

We had stayed at this property before in a different unit. It was as nice as we remembered. We had stayed in a privately owned unit the time before and it had boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which was very handy. It also had some spices and everyday things you need. This unit seemed a bit cleaner but did not have any of these item. However everything matched (dishes, towels, etc.) both were nice. We brought our own spices -however there too many places we love to eat that we didn’t cook it, so that wasn’t an issue for us. It would have been nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella but if you know ahead you can plan on renting them as soon as you get there. We liked the unit very much. It had a great pool view, the air conditioning kept it nice and cool and it had a fresh clean smell. And the refrigerator was great-sub zero- kept all of our beverages ice cold! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to clients and friends.

Family Vacation

All 20 members of my family vacationed together, we had 5 beautiful condos at Waipouli Beach resort. Each one was beautiful, we enjoyed the beautiful pool, spent a few afternoons at the Oasis, and some time relaxing on the beach. It was so convenient to have the shopping center across the street we enjoyed the Shave Ice shop, the Mexican Restaurant, Safeway and ABC store. Loved our stay!!

Family Fun in Kauai

Loved our stay in the Waipouli condos! Each of our children had a condo for their own little families. We loved the pool, the grounds, the extraordinary beach, the whole island. Don't think we'll ever top this trip- loved being together and loved the local food and people. Thx sooo much!

I absolutely loved the room we had! On the first day, we went grocery shopping, and were able to fill up the refrigerator and cabinets - the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware so we felt right at home with food prep and eating. I also had a few opportunities to call the support service, and I often spoke to Tamra. She was very helpful and patient with me as I asked some questions that were basic "how do I find..." type. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty pillows. My kids slept on the couch and the recliner, and seemed to sleep pretty well also. Overall, the entire experience was outstanding. Thank you so much!!!

Waipoule Beach Resort

Having stayed in the condo project before, we were aware of the common grounds an amenities. Very large pool with dual slides and water pathways. Perfect for children and adults. Beach area was nice. Water was a bit more choppier than I was used to, that seemed to be the case on other parts of the island also. Locals seemed to confirm the ocean water conditions were rougher than normal. Unit we stayed in was nice. Not as many kitchen tools as we would have liked. A couple of baking dishes and pot holders would have been nice. Nice to be able to have an in room washer and dryer. 15 to 20 minutes to Lihue avoiding rush hours, Kapaa town just up the street and a Safeway market with retail center across the street. All in all a good vacation had by everyone in our party. Our two bedroom was very nice

Kauai trip

The resort and room exceeded expectations. Great pool and fun places for young kids to play in the ocean on the beach. Kapaa is very centrally located for most everything to do on the island.

Simply the Best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was fantastic, all the staff are friendly and hospitable, the grounds are kept in meticulous shape and what's not to like about that lazy river pool! We'll be back soon!!

Some ups & downs

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this resort and this was not first time staying here however there ended up being several issues that caused a shadow over our stay. There was some confusion about our checkin and checkout dates but was quickly resolved. Apparently this unit changed ownership while we were staying here and as a result the power was shut off during our stay. It did get corrected however the internet service was also affected and never resolved.All inquiries sentvto management were resolved but the stress cauaed by the issues were irratating especially since we had booked many months earlier. We rented 2 units F202 and F302. Both had seripus issues with enough hot water for the size of the units. What is the point of having an amazing soaking tub if you cant even fill it with hot water. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen in F302 was missing a few key items such as kitchen scissors, a variety of pots with lids for cooking. Overall we love the units we rented and hope the issues are resolved as we hope to return.
