All this overlooks the azure ocean.

A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions - ideal for early sunrise strolls, biking and running.

Great condo and resort

We would stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort again. Our condo was nicely furnished and we really enjoyed the pool area! I also had a massage at Spa by the Bay in the lobby and it was very nice.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had the best of times. The property manager was super nice and very helpful. They were quick to respond to calls and the condo was beautiful. Very well furnished and supplied with supplies for cooking. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo in Kapaa

We had a great stay at this resort. The condo was roomy and modern and we were able to easily prepare our own meals. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the hot tubs. It was a convenient location for visiting all areas of the island - centrally located and close to shopping, beaches, activities and the airport. Management was very responsive when we had a question. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Amazing Pool!

We loved the location, pool, and ample space of this place. The bed was comfortable, and washer and dryer came in handy. We would stay there again! Only minor detail that made the end a bit crazy was the early check out of 10am, but that was my oversight. ttime of 10am

Excellent!!

We absolutely loved the space! Kitchen was updated and well stocked, unit was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Property grounds were gorgeous, we loved the restaurant onsite and beach access. We will definitely recommend to others and return ourselves!

Great Location

Check in and Check out process was very efficient. The condo was very clean and all items were in great condition. The property also has a great pool and the grocery store is right across the street along with a Starbucks. The unit was very close to the beach and bike/walking path that goes along the shoreline. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful Condo

The property was beautiful with pools and on the beach. The Condo was immaculate and a great place to come back to after a busy day. The kitchen was stocked with with everything you could possibly want (bring your own spices). Communication with the owners/management were very quick to respond.

Lovely condo in great location

I would suggest an email or text 3-4 weeks before departure letting us know when to expect the arrival info ( keypad code). And I would have appreciated a welcome text or email after we arrived to ck on things. Otherwise a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo

Superb stay!

The unit was spacious and immaculate! The Waipouli Beach Resort (WBR) is well maintained and centrally located between the northern and southern shores of Kauai. Even when traffic is heavy, the WBR is easy to get in and out of because there is a traffic light at the entrance. This unit has easy access to the beach and pool areas. It is also close to Safeway. The unit has a well stocked kitchen. There is a small view of the ocean. Although I would have loved a larger ocean view, this unit was so comfortable and well-appointed that I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great Stay

Very clean. Property in a great location. Easy to walk or drive to shops and beaches and restaurants. Pool was great, although water was chilly! We didn’t use the beach in the property as it looked rocky to us, but there are many beaches just a 5 min drive away. This condo had everything we needed (except hair conditioner!). Kitchen has all the pots and pans and Tupperware needed. Grocery store right across the street if needed.

Perfect Location on Kauai

We loved our week at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The location can't be beat. It's really centrally located to both Poipu and Princeville/Hanelei Bay, and the town of Kapa'a is incredibly charming with cute shops and restaurants. Plus Safeway and Starbucks are right across the street. Pool/hot tubs on the property are beautiful. Beach is great too. The Oasis restaurant has a great atmosphere, but is only open for dinner. Happy hour at 3 on Wednesdays has live music but grab a reservation if you want a spot. Condo had everything we needed, but we missed that it was a queen sized bed. The Beach House in Lawai is still our favorite for dinner at sunset. Fish Bar Deli in Kapa'a is fantastic for either lunch, dinner, drinks or grab and go. We hit it twice and it was excellent all times! Note visiting in the winter (even March) comes with very strong tradewinds and so we mostly stayed to the hot tubs on property because it was quite cold. The pool water wasn't particularly cold - the wind just made it chilly when you got out of the water.

Great Stay at Waipouli on Kauai

Just had a great stay with Candace and Kauai Calls at Waipouli. The condo was nice with everything you need. We love staying at this resort, beach front, central to everything, great amenities, friendly staff and restaurant on-site.

Unsure if I’d come back

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was pretty fun for the kids, not so much for the adults. Restaurant is only open on the weekdays. Make sure you get a rental car as the beach nearby isn’t swimmable. No staff on deck if anything is needed. The toilet in our room would not flush properly, we had to keep taking the back of the tank off to flush. Property wanted us to wash towels etc before leaving l. Dishes were dirty from the usage before .The location was nice with Safeway and Starbucks right across the street which made it easy for us to get groceries and a coffee. Kids loved she water slides .
