The house was in a great location walkable to both Santa Monica Blvd and Melrose. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture very nice. The gardens were charming and if not for the unusual heat, we would have spent more time outdoors. Chuck was a very accommodating host and communicated very well. I would definitely stay again.

This house is in a great location and is well maintained and super cute! I had to come into town for surgery at Cedars and was so glad to have stayed here. We came in early to enjoy the area and then I was able to recover there a few days post. The bed and house is very comfortable. The yard is super private and cute. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

First and foremost, the location is excellent! Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Chuck was quick to respond to any questions, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was very nicely set up; my friend and I loved having our morning coffee there. It was also great to have a parking spot with a gate. I do think the property could use a deep clean…it wasn’t dirty, but could use a thoroughly deep clean. Overall, this was a nice spot in an excellent area!

Chuck our host was very helpful and always responded quickly to questions and concerns. We had a little confusion on checking in because our code didn’t work properly but Chuck immediately responded and got us in. The home is in a great location walkable to both Melrose and Santa Monica and was very quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked, and all of the electronics worked properly and simply which is always appreciated! Everything was as described and just what we needed. We will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. This home is as advertised! It is lovely, peaceful, cozy and private. We had everything we needed and more. The location is amazing with so many places in walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars, this neighborhood has it all. We would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Chuck’s house so many times now I feel like it’s MY house. I love that it’s gorgeous and so convenient to everything. I am so lucky we found it years ago.

We had an excellent stay. Chuck & Craig are excellent hosts, and the property is exactly as advertised. The location is peaceful and safe, and the property itself has brilliant indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out in. Recommended.

Melrose Stay

We enjoyed our stay here, quite relaxed and a great location for us. Air con was perfect although we only used it once for an hour or two, but if you really needed it, it is excellent! The place is as it shows in the pictures, there are enough towels and good soap! Overall, a great stay!

Spring in LosAngeles

Overall, it was a great stay! Chuck was very helpful, the accommodations were great and very clean. Beautiful home and the location was excellent. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space to pull into after a long day.
