Centralt beläget på 452 Commercial St. i det lugna East End tvärs över gatan från stranden väntar vår lägenhet på dig. Gå till fantastiska barer och restauranger, njut av direkt tillgång till stranden tvärs över gatan samt utsikt över vattnet från ditt främre fönster. Vår 1 BR-lägenhet erbjuder både den nya och gamla charm i Cape Cod-livet.

Snyggt inredda med allt du behöver för en strandsemester, inklusive: handdukar och sängkläder, kök och matlagningstillbehör, solstolar och handdukar, i ett obefläckat välskött gamla Cape Cod-hem. Queen size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Kökskök. Badrummet har en hörndusch med glasskåp, keramiska plattor, sex-funktionsspadusch, uppvärmd handdukvarmer och uppvärmd golv. Uteservering på baksidan uteplats.

Hyran inkluderar inte tillgång till den täckta verandan och däck.

När det gäller parkering: vi har en plats för lastning / lossning av påsar etc. Det finns inga parkeringsplatser på fastigheten för hyresgäster. Du kan parkera på Commercial St. där det finns många platser. Parkering mäts inte. Beroende på tid på dagen kan du behöva parkera ett par kvarter bort men huset ligger mittemot stranden och steg från en livsmedelsbutik (Angels), för att inte tala om bara några kvarter från kaféer, restauranger, barer, etc. ... så de flesta behöver inte använda sin bil ofta. Det finns många kommunala och privata parkeringsplatser som ligger inom gångavstånd som erbjuder daglig och långsiktig parkering. PTOWN Chamber of Commerce-parkeringsinformationens webbplats innehåller en karta som visar var alla parkeringsplatser finns.

Obs: Om någon i ditt parti har ett speciellt behov som kräver parkering på plats, kommer vi att göra vårt bästa för att tillhandahålla parkering på vårt parti.

Another great stay in ptown

We have stayed here for the past few years and always have a great time. Such a perfect location and some really nice updates made our visit a blast. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the private back deck in the evenings. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Stay!

We loved our stay in this perfect little condo! It was so cozy and the location is perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Our puppies loved walking Commercial Street everyday and night during our stay. We’re headed home and already planning our next visit. Maryann, our host responded quickly with our questions. Perfect place for Ptown

We had a great time at 452 Commercial. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The location is perfectly placed on the East End, with everything one could need just seconds or minutes away. It was a fabulous base camp for 10 magical days in our happy place :)

My PTown retirement vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PTown. The condo was just as i imagined, small but nicely appointed. We were close to the center of town but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Having Angel Food almist directly across the street was awesome.

Great quiet place on commercial street

We've stayed here the past few years and really enjoy it! It's a great location that is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of town, but just a short walk/bike ride away. We love the back deck outside and spent a lot of time out there. We will definitely be back again!

Comfortable, charming unit on Commercial Street

Located in one of the charming old houses on Commercial Street, this first floor unit was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. There’s a walking path to the beach right across the street, and waling distance to the center of town.

Great Location

Perfect spot right on Commercial St. Condo was perfect size for my wife and I and our dog. Clean, comfy and loved sitting on the front porch. We easily found a parking spot out front. Maryann was wonderful to work with.

Perfect for 2

This condo is great for two people and is right across from the beach. The location is perfect on the East End, in the Art District and is within walking distance to the middle of town. There was a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Another Amazing Week

Wonderful Vacation

This will be our second year renting this condo and we are never disappointed!! Perfect location, safe, Clean and has all you need if you just want to stay in and cook dinner. Bed is comfortable, the shower itself is worth coming for the week, it’s like being in a spa. We will be back!
