Centralt beläget, men i en lugn sträcka vid 452 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA och tvärs över gatan från stranden, väntar vår lägenhet dig. Gå till fantastiska barer och restauranger, njut av direkt tillgång till stranden tvärs över gatan, samt utsikt över vattnet från nästan alla rum. Vår lägenhet med två sovrum erbjuder både det nya och det gamla Cape Cod-livet. Enheten har exklusiv användning av den 158 kvadratmeter täckta verandan ner. Snyggt inredda med allt du behöver för en strandsemester, inklusive: handdukar och sängkläder, kök och matlagningstillbehör, solstolar och handdukar, i ett obefläckat välskött gamla Cape Cod-hem. Koppla av och njut .... Provincetown väntar på dig! 2013 tillkom ett vackert andra badrum.

När det gäller parkering:
Vi har en plats för lastning och lossning av påsar osv, men det finns inga platser på fastigheten för hyresgäster. Du kan parkera på Commercial St där det finns många platser. Parkering mäts inte. Beroende på tid på dagen kan du behöva parkera ett par kvarter bort, men
huset ligger mittemot stranden och steg från en mataffär, för att inte tala om bara några kvarter från kaféer och restauranger, barer, etc. så de flesta behöver inte använda sin bil mycket. Det finns också många kommunala och privata parkeringsplatser i
gångavstånd som erbjuder parkering dagligen och på lång sikt. Parkeringsinformationssidan för Ptown Chamber of Commerce innehåller en karta som visar var alla parkeringsplatser finns.

Obs: Om någon i ditt parti har ett speciellt behov som kräver parkering på plats kommer vi att göra vårt bästa för att tillhandahålla parkering på vårt parti.

Very comfortable and pleasant. Great location, close to everything but still quiet at night. Exclusive access to the front porch was a real plus! Parking just down Commercial St at Pat’s Parking Lot was convenient and trouble free. Shower in the en-suite bathroom was a little tight, but the second bathroom shower is much more spacious. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect location

We have been through a lot this year and we so appreciated the communication before our stay, in addition to the clean and cozy home. Perfect location in the quiet east end neighborhood of Commercial St. and the front porch is divine for taking in sun and people watching. This was an oasis away from home, and the healing vacation that we needed.

Beautiful place, well equipped and comfortable

We had a few days exploring Cape Cod and surrounding. Our first trip to the states, from England. This was a lovely apartment. The only issue is the taps for the en-suite shower are quite difficult to manage especially if you have any hand mobility problems such as arthritis.

Nicely stocked!

I've stayed at many short term rentals, and I don't think I've ever had one this well stocked/equipped. All those little things I've had to purchase or bring to other rentals: containers for leftovers, sandwhich bags, cling wrap, sugar, tissues, etc. This home already had all those things and it was much appreciated. Also had all the cooking apparatus I could want. Great house with 1800's charm, perfectly located on a quieter side of Commercial street, but not far from the fun. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely fabulous!

Gail's condo was perfect for us (me, my husband, and our adult son)! Cozy but plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to see and do. Gail was a great host, gave us plenty of information ahead of time and was responsive while we were there. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect End of Summer Trip

My partner and I came with a group of friends and had a wonderful time at the Tall Ship Condos. The showers had good pressure and were hot. The beds were comfortable. We also used the pull out bed in the couch which was alway comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. We will definitely be back!

It has everything!

Wonderful, pet friendly, comfortable, convenient. My third stay here, and it was delightful. The big front porch is a great place to hang out, and there is a direct access to the beach right across the street, with a little peek of the bay. PAAM and Angel Foods are right there, too. Food, art, ocean view--what more could you want?

Perfect NE Summer Getaway

Total score! Wonderful location- so convenient to beach and town. Porch is incomparable. Parking not a big deal even over the week of the fourth. We stayed a week and had some teens with us for two nights. It was perfect for all ages. The spot is perfectly appointed with just what you need, making it so easy. Of course, doesn't hurt to have Angel Foods across the street (sandwiches, wine, lemon bread!). My only regret is we didn't stay two weeks.

Great location!

We loved this little place just a short walk Provincetown’s center and right across the street from beach access. We stayed in the unit with the lower front porch and it was so nice to enjoy a cup of tea and a book out there. Gail was quick with communication and the check in process was super smooth. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we lucked out with some spots fairly close. We followed the street cleaning rules and glad we did - seems like a $100 parking ticket if you leave your car in a street cleaning zone!! Over all we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place and Provincetown in general.

Perfect.

Comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described! A great front porch for watching everything on Commercial Street; beach access directly across the street; PAAM on the other corner; an abundance of galleries and restaurants in close proximity. And dog friendly! We loved it!

Girls' Getaway

My sister and I are repeat renters at Tallship and this was my friend's first time joining us. We take an annual trip each April and this home DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. Great location...quiet and beach access across the street. Condo is impeccably clean; kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. This week the weather was fantastic; enjoyed walking on the beach during low tide and strolling down Commercial Street. Several shops and restaurants open...1620 Brewhouse always a must stop. Already planning next year's trip.

Convenient in-town location

The condo was roomy and comfortable. It is situated right on Commericial Street which makes it easy to go anywhere in town, and is especially walkable. Seating on the porch made it easy to "people watch" and enjoy the warm weather without leaving the apartment. But if you did choose to walk along the beach there is a public entrance directly across the street. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is absolutely spectacular. Gail honored its history while adding important modern conveniences. It is clear that a great deal of care and taste have been applied to preparing it for rental. They've attended to every detail down to providing beach chairs, beach towels, and dog dishes. The location is excellent with beach access across the street, and a grocery store just steps away.

Nice location and porch

Overall a cozy place with a great location. Not really spacious as described but fine for us (2 adults and a dog). As noted - parking is a challenge. We opted to pay for a lot for the week rather than hunt for a spot and worry about moving the car for street sweeping. Upstairs neighbors were loud - especially at night. And you can hear everything they are doing. They also threw a party and left behind garbage both inside and outside in common areas. So that was disappointing. Overall a nice cozy place in a good location. At this price point my experience is that there are much more dog friendly options across Ptown with a stronger sense of hospitality.
