We really enjoyed our stay here, The hosts were very responsive and left us lovely gifts, the condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and parking is availalbe. We especially loved sitting in the front yard.

Wonderful hosts, and an absolutely beautiful property. We were welcomed with a lovely card and gift, and plenty of good pointers for how to spend our week. The unit is in a beautiful, historic building with a lovely front yard on the quiet end of town, easily walkable to all of downtown locations. We couldn’t have a better time, or a more relaxed vacation. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts for the use of their beautiful home, it was perfect.

James and Fernando’s place was immaculate and so charming. It was just the right size for the two of us, and perfectly located—walking distance to all the best spots on Commercial St. We had all the amenities we needed, including the all important parking space. We had to leave a few days early to avoid a Nor’easter but had two perfectly sunny fall days to enjoy PTown in a lovely home. We were on the first of three floors but barely heard any other noise while we were there. Overall it was a great visit and they were perfect hosts.

The property was in a great location and it was nice to be able to sit in Adirondack chairs in the shade in the front yard. The layout worked perfectly and James and Fernando were excellent to work with. Had an amazing stay there!

We really enjoyed the location. Far enough away from the busier area of Commercial street that it was quiet and yet close enough to walk to restaurants, galleries and shops.

Spectacular unit, awesome location, the nicest hosts

Imagine just the nicest, warmest, brightest, most comfortable one bedroom, then put it in the perfect location in an historic and well maintained house and that is this rental. Oh, and the decor features Cape Cod Lighthouses and a well done nautical theme.

A perfect Provincetown space.

We were delighted by our stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, and seemed much larger than we expected which was a nice surprise. It was well-equipped and very comfortable even as the weather changed from hot to cold. Highly recommended.

Perfectly darling apartment

The building itself is beautiful and is in the middle of the Gallery west end. Includes several sweet surprises like coffee from A local roaster. The decor is charming with many cute touches.

Sweet spot

Traveling back to Provincetown after many years, having lived here in the 80’s. It is a perfect spot, just enough out of town & close to all the east end art galleries. It was quiet, clean & with all the needs met. Parking spot is an absolute plus.

Close to beach access and downtown

We loved our 8 day stay PROS Walkable to what you need including market Block from beach access VERY clean Cute and comfortable, had everything we needed Great communication with host Great air conditioning CONS Sleeps up to 3 but very cozy ( this was ok for our family) If you like to spread out and/or have lots of bags, this may not be for you We would stay here again.

This place was wonderful; I spent my there alone and enjoyed the peace, the quiet, and the ability to be far enough from, and close enough to, the business of the center of town. Great place! The owners were responsive, kind, and provided a fully stocked kitchen. The place was immaculate! I would rent this gem again in a minute!

A Great Home In A Great Location

James’s Provincetown home is a warm, welcoming and wonderful place to spend some time. It is very well located in the East End near the Gallery District and a short walk to the center of town. You’ll feel at home and the condo was very clean. James can be very proud of his home and I can heartily recommend it. His communications were very helpful and he returned messages very quickly. If you are looking for a great place for a Provincetown vacation, you have found it.
