Casa Carlota ligger i slutet av Pilitas Street endast 2. 5 kvarter till stranden utan trappor. Standard kartvy är vilseledande, det verkar att lägenheten är flytande i mitten av ingenstans. Zooma in för en bättre förståelse av exakt läge och närhet till stranden.

Byggd 2015 och färdigställd 2016, välutrustade, friluftskoncept, 1 sovrum, 1 badrum penthouse lägenhet i hjärtat av Puerto Vallarta mest eftertraktade grannskap, Zona Romantica, en gay och familjevänlig engelsktalande område.

Tre minuter till Puerto Vallarta mest populära strand; Los Muertos, utan trappor att klättra eller gå ner på vägen. Mat och dryck service som tillhandahålls under paraplyer på stranden. Bara två till fem minuter till restauranger, bekvämligheter och nattliv i Olas Atlas och Basilio Badillo, ändå undangömt i slutet av Pilitas; en dead end, mestadels bostads-, cobble-stoned street.

Minuter till Boutique och hantverkare shopping. Mini-mars, bankomater, närbutiker inom en tre minuters promenad. Tio till femton minuters taxitur till marina, kommersiella centra, golf och ekoturism.

Location and Unit Were Great

The unit was clean, had plenty to feel comfy in, we loved the rooftop area and the location was great. It was close enough to the beach and town, but not too close to where we could hear too much commotion. We would definitely stay again.

Home away from home. Beautiful view!

Such a nice place to stay. Modern and clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. Hosts were responsive and helpful! I felt comfortable and safe there. Also very quiet but near everything.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s on a quiet street away from the noise but still close to all of the restaurants and bars! Easy to walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The balcony has great views at night. Charlotte was very responsive when I had any questions. I will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Get Away with an Amazing View!!!

This wonderful cozy condo is the perfect place to escape to and enjoy the best part of Puerto Vallarta! Just a few steps to the best restaurants in PV and the best beach as well! It has amazing views of the ocean and the mountains!! The owners are most helpful and the property is very reasonably priced! We definitely plan to return to this gem near the jungle!

Perfect for a couple....Brand New Condo

Brand New Condo steps from the beach and all the best restaurants. All modern amenities. Beautiful roof top pool with an awesome view. Owners were very easy to work with. Will definitely go back in the future.

We have stayed at a few other places in the Romantic Zone but this particular ambience was the best. We were able to really relax and rebuild. No stress in communication and we were able to navigate the hills. People were friendly and so kind. Loved our little vacation! Thanks so much.

Your own hideaway in paradise

Located at the end of what we call a cul-de-sac, you can revel in the silence of no car traffic. This condo is located walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars PV has to offer. My stay was quite enjoyable as the condo contains all you could want on vacation. I loved having my morning coffee on the patio and taking in the ocean view.

Great vacation property

When there was any issue, John was very accessible and communicative. This unit had a view of the water from the balcony and is located at the end of a street. The elevator had issues multiple times, but if you travel to PV you must be ready for stairs, hills, and climbs. I would stay here again on my next trip 👍

Hidden gem in the Romantic Zone

This is a great condo located on a quiet street in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Within a block, there are many restaurants, bars and shops, and the beach is two blocks away. The unit itself is small, but has everything needed for a single person or couple. It is clean, modern and well-maintained.

Great Location and View

We loved our stay here. John couldn't have been more helpful and quick to respond to all emails. There is a wonderful spacious terrace to sip margaritas on while enjoying the marvelous view. It was a terrific location in walking distance of restaurants, the Saturday market, and lovely stores. Definitely try Jorge's Hideaway, practically next door, and Coco's Kitchen for breakfast. I highly recommend this rental.

Nice get-away

The unit was very small, but just right for two people. Great location close to beach, restaurants, walking around. Rooftop pool was a real plus. We had problems with the check in, which was totally our fault. John and Charlotte got right back to us with instructions. We'd love to make a return visit!

This is an exceptional value, a quiet space and very well planned space.

You might worry that this is off the beaten path or too close to the highway, but the truth is that it is just around the corner and out of the noise (the buildings and mountain block all highway noise) of everything you want to access. Several items stand out at this property. The hosts communication and knowledge of the areas is exceptional, the building is meticulously cleaned and secure. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the action

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Loma, as always. The condo is neat and tidy, with enough space for 2 adults. It is located close to the action, but far removed enough so that there isn’t any noise late in the evening. The balcony is spacious and provides a nice view of PV. The beach is a short walk away, no more than 5 minutes. In short, a pleasure!

First Class!

Lovely condo that is so well thought out, decorated and supplied. Properties like this encourage us to treat it like our own home. The cleaning staff were wonderful but it is nice to have proper supplies to take care of everyday living - wish more home stays would do the same. My wife, Charlotte, and I are from Portland, Maine. I first discovered Puerto Vallarta by accident at age 18 while on vacation in Mexico City when we decided to take an overnight bus trip adventure to the coast. Upon landing in Puerto Vallarta I instantly fell in love with it. Later I was fortunate enough to be able to return with my wife. We booked a condo in Zona Romantica, very near to Casa Carlota , and never looked back. Year after year we returned, addicted to the beauty and amenities of PV. Finally in 2013 we decided to buy our first Mexican Condo. We eventually discovered a great pre-construction opportunity at Bella Loma, we finalized our first condo, Casa Tesoro Escondido in 2015. In 2016 we came across an great opportunity to purchase Casa Carlota right next door and with one year of rentals under our belt, we went for it again! We oversaw construction of Casa Carlota and meticulously applied years of personal experience renting in the area, our experience with our first PV condo and previous professional experience in rentals, construction and real estate in Maine to create a wonderful home and superior rental experience. We currently visit our homes in paradise two to three times a year. We hope you will enjoy Casa Carlota as much as we do!

Casa Carlota is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife that Puerto Vallarta is famous for, yet all the while tucked away at the terminus of a very quiet and peaceful dead end, residential street. As we purchased pre-constructions we were able to design the finishes and furnishings to the highest quality.

Bella Loma is a smaller condo association with only 17 units. This allows for the amenities of a condo, with a bit more privacy. Typically there will only be one or two other guests on the pool deck. It has a friendly and family run feel. Built in 2015 it has modern amenities and feel but at a much greater value than other new condo developments in the area. The location is optimal, tucked away at the terminus of a dead end only 2.5 blocks to one of Vallarta's most popular beaches, Los Muertos, only one block to Olas Altas shopping and European styled cafes and bars and only minutes to restaurant row on Baslio Badillo and the boardwalk and Downtown.
