Puerto Vallarta blir snabbt en så populär hot spot att vi nu upplever en betydande ökning av byggarbetsplatser i den romantiska zonen. Tro det eller inte, det finns nu 22 nya eller renoverade byggarbetsplatser, varav de flesta är centrala, inklusive byggnaden intill oss, som nästan är färdig.

Det är helt oförutsägbart, men konstruktionen är mer framträdande utanför högsäsong (Thanksgiving till påsk). Konstruktionen sker normalt på vardagar.

Sweet romantic zone Condo

Lovely one bedroom condo with a million dollar view. Well stocked and tastefully decorated. Conveniently located. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again .

Perfect spot!

Loved this condo! Not only was it centrally located to everything I wanted in the romantic zone, we could literally walk out the back gate to the beach. It was bright, airy, stayed cool during the day and very clean and inviting. We definitely plan on staying here again

Fantastic

This condo was great. Clean and exactly as described. Enjoyed our 10 day stay!!! The view with our coffee was incredible!!! Even seen whales one morning!! Only thing is its location is uphill, so going to and from downtown was hard for these late 60’s gals! But we did it!

Love the Condo

Condo was as promised. Very comfy bed, pillows and couch. I did feel guilty having to run (waste) the water for sometime to get hot, not condo owners fault. The night club music didn’t bother me, i enjoyed it. The music wasn’t every night and was quiet by 10:30. Being a pool person I was thrilled it was never busy and lots of loungers available. I did Uber lots as my knees did not like the hills. Beautiful view! Lobby staff is awesome. Sergio (probably spelt wrong) is the best!

Perfect PV getaway

This was my first time in PV. I had an amazing stay at Casa Sunny. It is the perfect location, overlooking Mantamar Beach Club and close to everything in Zona Romatica. Check in was super easy and the apartment felt clean, safe, and secure. I will miss waking up to the views every day. Great host and Will definitely stay here on my next trip to PV.

2nd PV trip

This was our 2nd trip to PV. I have to say this was the best place we could have imagined as far as the condo is concerned. Plenty of kitchen items, mini splits kept the place comfortable. an elevator was helpful, the pool was more that I expected. Being at the end of the road kept late night auto noise to almost zero. I wish I could say that about the clubs out on the beach. It seemed like the restaurant on the beach in front of us was competing with the hotel to the left. oh well, the listing explained what to expect, so not a suprise at all. I would stay here again if we return. The property manager was very responsive. You should stay here!

Getaway to PV

The stay was fantastic, the check in was a breeze and super secure building I felt safe and secure. The location was perfecto!!! Walked to beach and sat on balcony watched sunset every night! Thanks for letting me stay at your beautiful condo!

Fantastic place

Great place to stay. We loved it. Great location, and the view is amazing. The clubs nearby were a little louder than we expected, so not a great place to stay if you want quiet. But otherwise fantastic.

Amazing Stay Casa Sunny

My wife and I stayed at Casa Sunny for a month (April/May 2024) and loved it. The unit was as advertised and was perfect for us. We really only used the kitchen for breakfast, otherwise we walked or taxied to the great restaurants that PV has to offer. The local people are great and very accommodating. The view from the patio is amazing and really quite mesmerizing. The local facility staff as well as, Beatriz the property manager was very helpful. As other have mentioned, the unit is in close proximity to a couple of rooftop bars that get loud. However, that only last until about 10 PM, and closing the patio door make help a lot. Be prepared to walk up and down the hill on Amapas street. For us that was fine as we looked forward to getting our steps in each day. We would stay here again for sure.

It is as beautiful as it looks in photos.

What a beautiful place, you get to enjoy looking at the sea, during evenings enjoy beautiful fun music from the buildings on both sides and during late night star gazing. Building is safe and close to all fun bars, club and restauranters. You will enjoy yourself and this condominium.

Amazing Condo

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed at in Mexico! The Condo had everything you could possibly need and more! Loved the area and the view is spectacular. Thanks to Barry and Beatriz for being so helpful and easy to communicate with! Looking forward to next year!

Great place

We stayed for 4 weeks in this unit. Beatrix was very helpful if we required anything. The condo was well stocked with pots, dishes,cooking utensils and such. The view was fabulous. Some music from the hotel next door but it never bothered us. Usually the music was pretty good and we enjoyed listening to it from our terrace. Would not hesitate to stay here again and we would have booked for next year but part of the time was already reserved!

Close to beach but loud

Condo was great and is exactly as shown in the photos. The pool was also really good and the ocean is literally a block away. You have to go uphill to get to the condo but you have a great ocean view once you get there. As others have stated, it can get quite noisy during the day. It was Bear week the first week we were there and there were beach clubs and hotels blaring music for most of the day but it did stop at a reasonable hour. The second week was definitely not as loud. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Condo

Nice place with an amazing view of the beach! Loved my stay here but be warned the Mantamar Resort in front of condo has late parties on weekends which can run late into the night

I love this place called Puerto Vallarta (PV). Since I set foot onto these shores in January 2017, I knew that this was the place I plan to spend my winters when I retire.

Situated in the Zona Romantica famous for its spectacular restaurants, bars, nightlife, galleries, jewelry and many other stores. Just turn left out of reception and walk straight down Amapas.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I had a great time renovating and furnishing this place named after my mother, Sunny. This bright ultra-modern completely equipped apartment is colorful and beautifully decorated with paintings and sculptures of sun symbols, butterflies flowers and more. And the magnificent view and proximity to Los Muertos beach and downtown Zona Romantica are hard to beat.
