Detta helt nya fyrabäddsrum hem har en modern planlösning och sitter på en befälhavande plats med utsikt över hela strandlinjen av Cape Cod. "Cliff Home" ligger inom Ocean Air Estates direkt på en klippa över havet. Det här privata samhället har egen tillgång till stranden där du kan simma, söka efter skal och se vilda vilda djur. Denna strand är perfekt för kajakpaddling och stå ombordstigning.
På grund av populariteten hos vår andra semesterbostad "Harbor House" i West Falmouth konstruerade vi och byggde Cliff House med hyror i åtanke. Huset har en modern planlösning med högt i tak och privatliv från alla rum. Huset befaller öppet havsutsikt över hela strandlinjen från Plymouth till Provincetown. Sjöfartarna i kanalen ligger precis framför huset. Varje rum har egen tillgång till uteplatser och uteplatser. Koppla av på de helt nya dörrmöblerna medan du tittar på fartyg, gå in och ut ur Cape Cod Canal. Se valar, delfiner och sälar leka runt klipporna direkt från ditt däck. Varje rum med eget badrum är vackert inrett med alla funktioner i ett hotell. Alla sovrum har däck och havsutsikt, mörkare nyanser och femstjärniga madrasser och sängkläder. En gas spis är en sekundär kontaktpunkt till panoramautsikt gör en fantastisk finish till Great Room.
Bostadsplatsen är perfekt att vara några kilometer från de bästa stränderna och de historiska platserna i området. Plimouth Plantation, May-blomman och smörgåsmuseet och arvshagen. Att arbeta hemifrån är enkelt med skrivbord och höghastighets Wi-fi.

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Took day trips to Boston downtown Plymouth, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod. Hot tub and fire pit! Plenty of parking available. Views from four different levels were all amazing.

Another Magnificent Stay

We love this house and host! The views, amenities, and location are perfect. Even in mid-February, our stay was fantastic. We’ve stayed here multiple times and on each visit the home was perfectly prepped, clean and inviting. In our opinion, this is the perfect vacation home.

Extended Weekend Getaway

The home was exactly as advertised with absolutely breathtaking views!!!! The beds were comfy and the home was gorgeous and inviting. There are tons of beautiful birds and we even seen a bunny! Truly a relaxing time. We definitely would stay again!

Excellent location and home!

Great communication with host: super responsive and accommodating. Beautiful views and location. Every level has a deck. You just can’t beat it. Could sit out there all day. Great set up for multiple families (or teenagers) with bathrooms for every bedroom. Details really thought about for guests. Would definitely rent again!

Never disappoints

This is our 3rd time staying at Cliff House. Love the layout, especially waking up with the sunrise in the 1st floor bedrooms. Amazing views. Craig has always been very responsive when we’ve needed him. My kids love the hot tub and short walk to the beach. We’ll be back!

Perfection - Craig has thought of everything

A completely effortless experience. The views from every room of the house are amazing. His background in architecture and vacation homes is apparent throughout the home. The layout, the furnishings, the kitchen and bathrooms all make a short or long stay feel natural. Will definitely be coming back again!

Beautiful home!

Such a great place to be! While not immediately on the water, beach access very nearby. However, the view makes up for this. We stayed during a bit of a storm and it was magnificent! We would love to return to this home, all the conveniences of our own homes. Well done!

Perfect Family Getaway

The Cliff House is a beautiful home with breathtaking views of the ocean. We loved the open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The large kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. All floors had large decks with unobstructed views of the ocean - perfect for watching the sunrise in the mornings. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub which was very clean. It was a perfect home for our annual family getaway. Cliff House is one of the best properties we have stayed at and we look forward to coming back.

This house is absolutely wonderful! The view is spectacular, the furnishings are lovely, beds are extremely comfy, and the appliances are top of the line. PERFECT HOUSE!!

We are a group of 7 friends that take a long weekend in the fall. This was our 19th year. This house is absolutely beautiful. The house is well appointed, and the view is incomparable. You literally feel like you are on a cruise ship. Craig is very attentive and quick to respond to any question you have with either a text or a call. I would highly recommend staying at Cliff House.

Beautiful property, tricky beach access

Cliff house was stunning! Beautiful ocean views from the multiple porches/decks. Of note - lots of stairs in the house and kitchen/living area is on second floor. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Our only critique is that the house was not very close to the beach, restaurants, or other things to do. There is a "beach access" point a few blocks from the house but it is a rocky beach where you cannot really swim or lay out. Had to drive ~15 min to true beach and ~20 min to town/restaurants. Otherwise great stay. House had puzzles, grill on the porch, coffee maker with coffee, games, beach chairs, and was very clean.

Attractive home in quiet neighborhood

This home is very well stocked and maintained, clean, with plenty of amenities. The owner was responsive and helpful. Nice size rooms, large kitchen with fully functioning appliances. Beautiful views from multiple levels, you can see the Cape in the distance across the water. We did wish there was direct beach access from this house, but the parking lot is not too far down the road. Grocery store, restaurants and Ellisville Harbor State Park are only a short drive away. Be sure to wake up for at least one sunrise, it's breathtaking!

Later in University, I studied architectural preservation, with an emphasis on Cape Cod's famous Shingle Style home. In the early 90's, I began designing and building some of Cape Cod's most iconic homes in this style. Since, my travels around the world have inspired me to fuse the traditional Cape Cod style with subtle international influences and inspirations. My design personality takes advantage of this global perspective to include the finest comforts from all corners of the world. It has become my passion to find clever ways to subtly incorporate these finer influences into the warm and cozy style original to the Cape. Having rented my homes since 1992, I take very seriously my guests' experience. For example,Harbor House in West Falmouth is one of Cape Cod's most popular rentals. I am so excited to now open Bay House, my newest home, for reservation. Don't wait, be one of the first to make your reservation and enjoy the art of living inside this wonderfully beautiful home.

This property was built in 2016 and finished early 2017. It lacks nothing and is being fitted with all new furniture bedding and kitchen items. We have built high end homes before with the intention of vacation rentals. Nothing is lacking. You can be the first to rent this five star home.
